The current CDC recommendation for an oral antibiotic for a likely STD would be 2 grams of azithromycin (four 500 MG tablets) taken all at once. Be prepared for a little stomach upset.
This is inconsistent with what I've read, please provide reference link.
Get an STD test done ASAP, there in BKK. May need a shot of ceftriaxone, or oral doxy, or azithro, depending on the STD. PULSE clinic is good
This is consistent with what I've read.
NoBuglyFitches - Please tell us what you know about PULSE. I've seen it many times while accessing the series of ATMs, but I've never walked through their doors. Cost? Need for appointment? Time to get STD results and treatment? I normally get my STD testing elsewhere, though PULSE would be very convenient on Soi 13 near Sukhumvit.

PULSE clinic
NoBuglyFitches - Please tell us what you know about PULSE.
I used them for a routine test in HK, not in BKK. Found prices here.

PCR28 test looks to be THB 8750, same day. Doctor will likely have a good idea on what STD, if any, is the likely culprit in the OP's case.

So, anyways. There is a safe sex thread for this stuff. STOP POSTING THIS SAFE SEX STUFF HERE! Please !!!!
http://www.internationalsexguide.nl/forum/showthread.php?1035-Safe-Sex-and-Sex-Related-Discussions-in-Thailand
It's a popular topic and that's why it has its own thread.
Went to Soi 7 Monday and the talent in the first and second bars on the left as you walk in was amazing. Lot's of hot young girls. However, don't walk all the way down. Stop at the first corner and don't go left. Going past the first left hand turn, puts you in ugly and lady boy territory and going further down does the same.

Not quite
What you are quoting is the percentage of the population that is HIV possitive, not the transmission rate per sex act. Those are 2 very different things. However you bring up a good point. So, in Thailand only 1. 3% of the population is HIV possitive and then if you were to have sex with those particular people who are positive (and not taking meds because if they are on meds then they are undetectable and cannot infect you) then you would have a 1/20th of 1% chance (. 05%) of getting infected from normal vagina intercourse.
So I other words you are probably more likely to win the fucking powerball or mega millions lottery than you are to contract HIV from having unprotected vaginal sex.
05% (or 0. 05 * 0. 01) * 1. 3% (or 0. 013) = 0. 0000065 or 6. 5 E-6 Thus, your chance of contracting HIV is about one in 153,800; so theoretically if you banged any random ***** in Thailand 153,800 times (or banged that many bitches) you would be all but guaranteed to get HIV by the Law of Averages. That's about 10% likely with 15,380 instances and about 1% likely with 1% likely with 1,538 instances (which is about what you might bang in a year).
This increases sharply to 0. 05% or one in. 01 *. 05 or a 1 in 2,000 chance if the ***** is HIV+. Furthermore, professional prostitutes have a much higher rate of HIV. Street meat is the highest as it is completely unregulated and many don't get tested at all. Bangkok street meat is as high as 48% HIV+.

This is why HIV is still a danger to the population at large. It's a good thing cancer isn't contagious, because people with this mentality would spread that too.

The sad reality of the game
It's the game. Some guys use condoms, and many more don't. I always go with condoms when it comes to pussy, but blowjobs are best when it's bareback. Only a few times with the same girl did I ever go bareback in my long mongering career and that was when condoms weren't really a thing yet when it came to pay for play. And by Beelzebubs balls, till this day, she was still my best girl, my best fucks ever. I'll always remember her. But that's the game dude. I'll use condoms, but plenty of other guys don't use condoms. Don't blame me. It's the reality of mongering.
And you know what, if the prostitute is good to me, and I've fucked her a few times, I might just go bareback with her anyway. Why not? I'm an old man now, once I'm dead, who gives 2 fucks what happens after that. This is why the world is going to hell in a handbasket. Cause a bunch of old politicians want to watch the world burn, cause they know their time is up anyway, so why give 2 shits?
As a matter of fact, I'm seriously considering Bratislava for the whole BBFS escort thing, granted it's a premium, high cost and all, and you and the chick have to get tested, but man, once in a lifetime right?

My advice is to ignore all the advice that you are getting here (eg, azithromycin or doxycycline) except for the advice that you get from a professional.
-
1 in 10 LBs are HIV positive; and 1 in 5 have other STIs
Discussing LB experiences is against forum rules.
But purely on the medical side, in case someone doesn't know, LB aka MSM (men who have sex with men -- USA CDC term) have the highest incidence of all STDs, including HIV. And anal sex is the riskiest activity.
Approx 1 in 10 of LBs tested in BKK were HIV-positive and one in four had some other STD
Https www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov pmc articles PMC3242825 and PMC8782340 (add forward slash) 35282719.
Then there's antibiotic resistant gonorrhoea (which can actually show up in 2 days, which is why I advised OP to get tested on the spot), monkey pox etc etc.

Maybe the analogy to the lottery wasn't the best comparison but the fact remains that even according to your own numbers you would have to fuck over 153,000 women to absolutely 100% contract HIV.
Let's use car accidents maybe that's a better comparison. I'm sure that depending on what country you are in, you are much more likely to get in a car accident than to get HIV from having unprotected sex. If you get behind the wheel 153,000 times in Mexico for example, you are bound to be in a wreck. Does that mean people stop driving?
Look the bottom line is this bro. Everyone needs to weigh the pros and the cons of having unprotected sex and then decide for themselves whether the risk is worth it to them. Me personally I'd rather take the 1 in 153 k chance than to have bad sex because I couldn't feel anything through a rubber. Now if you are a germaphobe and feel that 1 in 153 k is too much risk for you, then by all means please put on a condom.
It is your money, your dick, and your life.
Cheers,
Gabacho.

Thanks.
I definitely don't recommend BB with Thai hookers, or any hookers. But 200 milligrams of doxycycline after the deed could be a good idea. A doctor once prescribed 30 days of doxycycline for me for malaria prevention, so I suspect it's OK to take it occasionally. I've taken a one gram dose of azithromycin after fucking a civilian (nonpro) when I was afraid of taking something back to the girlfriend. These may work for chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis.
You should get the Hepatitis B and, perhaps depending on age, HPV vaccines. You could look into PREP for HIV if you're on the paranoid side.

Otherwise Doxycycline 200 MG post exposure will reduce the risk of infection, but only marginally for Gonorreah.

Honestly, for newbies, the best idea would be to visit one of the Pulse clinic the day you Land in the Big Brothel.

99% BBFS and other tall tails
Whatever claims being made about BBFS are based on individual results. They cannot use those experiences to project into a population that all girls provide BBFS in Thailand. Sort of like saying all punters ought to be able to spend money like the Koreans do. Everyone had the same opportunity to make money. LOL!
Lastly, not everyone considers BBFS an opportunity. I do know this, it is most likely than not that those reporting only using condoms 1% of the time are under reporting the incidences they have received a STI over their lifetime.
A bargirl posted the results of an STD test, thinking it cleared her.
Oops.
Here's the truth. Pretty much any bar girl in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia is going to have HPV / HSV whether or not she has symptoms. And if you're fucking bar girls, you probably have it too. It's just basic statistics.
According to the American CDC, more than 42 million Americans are infected with HPV, and about 13 million new infections occur each year. HPV is the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI) in the United States, and nearly everyone will get it at some point in their lives. Americans have less sex on average than Thai / Filo bar girls, so you do the math.
Herpes is a common viral infection that's spread through skin-to-skin contact. Globally, an estimated 64% of people under 50 have HSV-1, and 13% have HSV-2. You can get HSV-1 on your cock and HSV-2 in your mouth too.

Some people take it for months at a time. It doesn't typically cause problems.
People who are pregnant or allergic to tetracyclines shouldn't take it.
Trial results show doxycycline COULD be effective for syphilis and chlamydia if taken as a single 200-milligram dose within 72 hours after unprotected sex. Results for gonorrhea are mixed.

Last I read was that 200mg of doxycycline might reduce the chance of
infection to about half for some common stds. Even though highly adverse to taking medicine
I have therefor been been popping it after every condomless encounter,
which is going to mean pretty much daily for a month.
The fact that it seems to be mostly prescribed for treating acne, and thus probably rather safe, is an added attraction,
though if anyone has newer info/links, that would of course be interesting to read.
After a week of banging low cost hookers in Jakarta left and
right without condom I half expected to have contracted some minor
ailment (chlamydia or gonorrhea most likely), but after my visit to
"https://pribta-tangerine.com/prep-new-999" some days ago, I was somewhat
surprised to be in the clear for everything tested.
They've raised their price to 1200 now, but not updated the webpage.
Apart from that, everything was quick, efficient, and professional.
I also suspect it's cheaper, and much more knowledgeable, than most of
the smaller clinics you'll find around Sukhumvit.
Walk in, no need for id or booking, and get the results via email,

Therein lies the distinction- prolly not recommended for active infections, it needs to be basically popped daily for at least 3 days after BBF for those newly infected. Viruses can hide in the liver for that long apparently.
Pretty much any bar girl in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia is going to have HPV
I got a very severe case of herpes after a BJ from a street girl in Angeles City 9 years ago.
I need to take aciclovir twice a day otherwise the pain gets really intense. After a couple of days it feels like there's an alien creeping around inside me.
I try to do the right thing but I've never been able to use condoms so I usually take them off at some point.
I always rode BB in AC and Pattaya and after a few years I thought I was indestructible, but then I started racking up stds.
After treating chlamydia and the clap a few times I stopped worrying.
Then I got herpes and that's the worst of them all.
And I've been spreading it. Just so you know.

I realize there is inherent risk with sex workers and I do intend to practice it, but I cannot deny there is a temptation to do it raw. Are there some options that are less risky than others? Places or agencies that are better on testing and treatments? I know doing it at all is dumb but there are some options that are dumber than others.

I know what you mean
I realize there is inherent risk with sex workers and I do intend to practice it, but I cannot deny there is a temptation to do it raw. Are there some options that are less risky than others? Places or agencies that are better on testing and treatments? I know doing it at all is dumb but there are some options that are dumber than others.
Years ago when I was much younger I went raw with a working girl, and it was one of the best fucks I've ever had in my life. Granted, she was super nice to me and did sexual things to me that I never experienced before, so there was that. I still think of her to this day. Not that going raw with any chick is going to be stupendous all the time, but I hear you dude. The temptation is always there. I don't know of any agencies or places in Thailand that will officially do it. There used to be one in Bangkok some 10 years ago that facilitated the testing, but that escort agency is gone now. Nowadays it's massage joints like Butterflies and Princess that will do it, but it's more on the down low without tests. And obviously much riskier.
I'm actually thinking if you have time, say couple of weeks, find a chick, maybe even a more civilian type, you and her get tested, and then do the deed. Sure, you'd have to trust her that in time between the test and all the fucking that she doesn't go raw with anybody else. But even before then, take Prep for yourself just in case. I know it's a lot of hassle, but I'm thinking if I'm lucky enough to do that one day, I might try it. I do miss the feeling of going raw with a chick, and cumming inside her.
I'm an old man now, and before I finally leave this wretched world, I do want to check this off my bucket list. To fuck a babe raw one last time. Safely.
Wait a minute. I'm super old and could die any minute, why do I care about STD's? So weird, that there is the paradox my friends. That's the conundrum.
-
But even before then, take Prep for yourself just in case.
Any suggestions on how to get that? Never really looked into it.
Wait a minute. I'm super old and could die any minute, why do I care about STD's? So weird, that there is the paradox my friends. That's the conundrum.
Might be similar to my reasoning. My worry is less about what will happen to me and more that I become a risk to others. Right now I live in a country where STD risk is low enough pregnancy is the bigger worry. So I don't worry too much about raw sex unless in very risky situations like an orgy that doesn't require test results. I'd be more hesitant to have sex if I was risking infecting someone else and raw sex would be off the table. Which is something I enjoy back home.
Thinking if I do decide to take the risk I'll probably just grab a girl or two from a more high end place for a long time stay to get a full night of indulgence out of the way.

You'll know it when you see it, they tend to be smaller places by the side of the road. Don't try at any of the big brand named pharmacists in the huge malls, they won't bother unless you have a prescription.
Even high end sex joints, the chicks there won't guarantee safety. It's no safer than any other chick you'll get in Thailand. Thing is you have to understand that most of these chicks will have a local boyfriend or husband, and those dudes will be sleeping around with other local chicks, and they tend to fuck raw. The safest bet is always condoms, and of course testing.

Not sure why you care what the Thai guys are doing if you're hanging around a red light district.
With men from all over the world and you're all banging as many women as possible.
I thought I'd done really well for years, doing bareback everywhere and getting away with it.
Then suddenly I started getting stds and eventually, I got the worst of them all; herpes.
The doctor who first treated me in AC said he'd worked there for 30 years and he knew this to be a very virulent strain.
Trust me, it's brutal and it's changed my life completely over the last 8 years.
I wouldn't wish it on anyone, but, I never got on well with condoms, so if I need to take it off, I do and in the heat of the moment.
I don't care how many people that might affect.
That's the kind of risk you're taking.

It's inevitable to an extent
Ever notice a stock only crashes when you buy it? Or it rockets up right after you sell it? Same goes for STD's man. There are guys out there who go bareback their entire lives, even bareback anal, and not a damn thing happens and then there are guys who religiously use condoms all the time, even for blowjobs! Yet somehow they still get herpes or Lucifer knows what else. It's all dumb luck, or lack of luck. Or just fucking fate. Like those people that died in the Jeju plane crash. When it's time, it's time. If it's time for an std, then that's the way the herpes cookie crumbles. It's the risk we take my friends in this vaunted hobby of ours. If we want fresh hot pussy, we have to take this risk. There's no way around it. And believe you me, I fucking want the sex. I'm so old, and I've been ugly my whole damn life, so now I'm ugly and old, which is a sad combo. So the ONLY way for me to get laid is paid sex, you betcha your bottom dollar, I'm taking the risk. Got to YOLO this stuff dudes.

Compare it to walking everywhere barefoot (like a Thai farmer) - you can walk pretty much anywhere: mud, gravel. All those pointy little rocks won't do anything and you'll be perfectly fine. Now try doing the same thing when you've always been a city dude, only barefoot inside the perfect surfaces of your condo, always nice comfortable shoes when outside. See what will happen when you run around in hard soil with all sorts of pointy / hard stuff like all the Thai farm kids do.
Another comparison, try living a day like the poorest Indians, drinking the same water, eating the same type of food. You will easily get the worst food poisoning of your life, especially if you've always been fully aware and careful with the hygiene of what you eat.
So, about the condoms. Who do you think will get sick more easily if fucking some random bar girl bareback? The veteran monger who has been inside 1000 girls bareback in the past 20 years and is still going strong, or the guy who always used condoms even for BJ and licked pussy through a plastic film and had 4 non-pro partners in his whole life?

Statistics are strange
Don't fall for anecdotal evidence or survivor bias. Its a numbers game. Best analogy is its like rolling dice. You could get snake eyes with one roll, or roll a million times and never get it. Its not completely luck because the more you do it the more chances there are for it to happen. Meaning someone that always barebacks is much more likely to catch something. Doesn't mean they definitely will, nor does it mean someone that is careful definitely won't. Humans are bad at risk assessment. Most people will either think they are invincible or that a single misstep will ruin them. In reality you are just making it more or less likely by your choices. You can control the odds, but you can never make it a for sure thing one way or the other.

Afaik, HSV gives you some cold-like sores now and then. With HSV-1 being concentrated on the face, and HSV-2 on the genitalia, and most infected people not even getting those symptoms, I'm guessing the relative harmlessness of it is also part of the reason there is apparently no cure for it yet, unlike other stds, HIV excepted.

Herpes symptoms
It sounds like you're speaking from experience, so what other things about HSV-2 is it that makes your life shit? I tried to google it now, but couldn't really find anything that made it sound that bad.
I picked up my dose of herpes in the back streets of Angeles city. I know exactly when and where I got it and who from.
Which makes it suck even more because she was kind of a fantasy of mine.
Within a day or two I could feel it on my dick. Went to a clinic and the doctor gave me a big shot of antibiotics and.
Loads of medicine. I asked why he'd charged me $100 for an std test and he said 'Trust me, I've worked here for 40 years.
And the herpes strain you just picked up is extremely virulent. '
Everything I read online about herpes says if you just ignore it, it goes away. I tried that a few times and mine.
Just goes on the rampage inside my groin, then starts spreading throughout my body.
It destroys any joy I have for life. It's the weirdest feeling, knowing there's a virus creeping around my nerve endings.
It makes me feel like death would be preferable quite honestly.
Then it takes days of medicine to calm the symptoms down again.
So after a few years like that, I'm now taking 800 MG per day of aciclovir to keep it suppressed.
Those pills aren't cheap so that blowjob has ended up costing me a lot of money. I don't even want to work out how much.
By the way, I have a friend in England who doesn't monger but he's also got a bad problem with herpes.
And there are reddit groups who talk about how hard it is to live with it too.
So I'm not sure why you couldn't find any info on it because it's very common apparently.

Living with an STD, what's it like?
I'm super old, and thinking that with little time left and almost nothing left to lose, what's wrong with picking up an std or two while living out my sexual fantasies. Thing is, as much paid fucking as I've done in all my decades, I don't think I've done nearly enough, because I haven't picked up an std yet. Doctor says, it's almost 100 percent I've gotten hpv, that's something inevitable, when I described to him my sexual history. And of course, nobody wants HIV. But if I pick up herpes, syphilis or gonorrhea along the way, especially at my age, I'll be dead in a few years anyway, so what's the big deal right? And I know in our hobby, plenty of dudes with the herps, will fuck bareback anyway, cause they don't care who picks it up next, cause they already have herpes, so to hell with anyone else. I know that would be my thought process as well. It's like, if a place already has trash all over it, I'd just chuck my trash there too.
I suppose, if I get to live my Thailand dream, then an std or two is inevitable, so what it's like fellas? Does it affect your day to day much? And with how cheap medical costs are in Thailand, it's all pretty manageable no?
-

Don't shave
Apparently shaving your pubes increases your chance of contracting an STD by up to 75%. That's because shaving causes lots of tiny cuts that infections can get into. Of course, not shaving increases your chance of getting crabs, but that's a minor inconvenience and easily cured. So guys, if you want to lessen your chances of taking home an unwanted souvenir, keep that 70's Bush!

Except for hiv, which fortunately now has prophylaxis that's close to 100% effective.
Its almost upsetting that HIV is even still a concern with things like PReP. Its effectiveness is in the same ballpark as condoms and nearest I can tell side effects are so rare and mild I've seen more warnings on asprin. If we got this stuff used by most people AIDs would be wiped out in a few decades.
Say it ain't so, cause it's the only recourse I have for boner pills when I'm there. I can't imagine they'd change the rules so drastically in just 2 years. This is South East Asia we're talking about. There's just certain things that are done in certain ways and it never changes. Without boner pills, and now my shitty job being even shittier, I really should just kill myself. Just wish I had the guts.
Boner pills are easy to buy at pharmacies in Pattaya. I just bought a box of 50 Kamagra for 1000 baht at a pharmacy.

Not to all your big rollers obviously but a few dollars a week adds up over the year.
Keeping HSV at bay it's different for every person. There are certain triggers that one should pay attention to. Diet is a big one. Food sign arginine can triggering outbreak in foods high in lysine can help prevent them. Nuts are very high in arginine it should be avoided especially for a few years after one's initial outbreak when the body is still trying to learn how to control the virus. Sunburn is another trigger as is any type of abrasion or skin irritation near the inoculation point. So when you are engaged in action it is preferable to use a lot of lubricant, and if one uses a condom be sure to lube one's unit before putting on the condom. Stress and exhaustion can also be triggers so when on a trip minimizing alcohol use in getting enough sleep is essential. Most of the people I know who have had HSV for years had very few outbreaks as they have learned what their triggers are and also tend to recognize prodrome symptoms such as an ache in the garage, a bit of sensitivity, etc. And yes some people I know are taking acyc regularly and the good news is there are generics available in Thailand they're quite inexpensive. However if one pays attention to triggers and perhaps a supplements daily with lysine, I'm not sure constant medication is needed.

I know it sucks for you guys out there that have the herps, but at least you got it from a worthwhile activity. It's like that quote from the movie 'Auto Focus' : "A day without sex is a day wasted".
If you're going to get the herps, at least get it from a ho. Imagine if you got it from your wife or girlfriend, because she cheated on you. That would be so much worse. And statistically, to get an std, you'd have to had banged hundreds of babes. Hundreds. Love is a battlefield, and sex is kinda too. Soldiers occasionally get shot. If we want to be the sexual heroes to other would be hobbyists, some of us have to take the hits man. I don't have the herps yet, but if I did get it, it would mean that I got it in Bangkok, and that would mean I finally made it back to Thailand, and at this moment in time, I'd give anything to go back to Thailand. I'd sell my soul if there were any takers.

Most of them can be fixed with a few pills but catching herpes really messed me up.

A 1 in 10,000 chance of winning doesn't mean you'll win if you play the game 10,000 times. You could play 50,000 times and never win. Or you could win on the first play.
Getting heads on a coin flip has 1 in 2 odds, but you can flip a coin 10 times in a row and get tails every time.

This is why we love orgasms & the nature of happiness
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wO2zso1Kfxc
Around 8:18 the shrink explains why we like orgasms. And I think for me it's quite true, but short of alcohol, weed or hard drugs, I do everything I can to distract my mind from thinking about the events of the work day and my terrible, asshole colleagues. It's so true for me, at this point, I'm dying to quit my job, take whatever cash I have, and fly to Thailand to fuck, so I can have me some orgasms and forget my many, many problems.
This is why we love orgasms & the nature of happiness. Sounds like a good book title no?
Anyway, the video is pretty good, goes into detail on why we're so unhappy these days. Aside from the obvious things like not having enough money *sigh*.

I think that's all that is required. Less than 1000 baht at Safe Clinic in the Times Square Bulding on Sukhumvit in Bangkok. It's on the other side of Sukhumvit from Robinson at Soi 17. There are multiple sex clinics in that building including Pulse.
There are at least 3 sex clinics in The Trendy Building on Soi 13. I've never used these but my friends have. My only personal experience is with the Safe Clinic in the Times Square Building. They have testing and treatment for STI's.
Some recommend going to the Red Cross for free testing but for me it's so cheap and convienient that I use the clinics close to me.
No legitimate place is going to sell you PrEP without an HIV test first.
You're wrong about that. Most, if not all, pharmacies in Bangkok will sell it. Only problem I had was finding one that stocked it.
You're wrong about that. Most, if not all, pharmacies in Bangkok will sell it. Only problem I had was finding one that stocked it.
Exactly. Any mom and pop pharmacy in Thailand will sell you anything you want as long as you have the cash, and they prefer cash. Unless things have changed dramatically in the last few years, anyne should be able to get anything from them, not just boner pills. Although for me back then, it was just boner pills. Man, got to love that sidegra. Also, it's about whether they have what you're looking for in stock. If they ain't got kamagra, then maybe they might cialis, and so on. Got to love them Thailand pharmacies.
NOT the brand name pharmacies in malls, they want prescriptions in there. I mean, if you've been anywhere in South East Asia, you'll know it when you see it, mom and pop type pharmacies. They are never in a mall, usually in a small store by the main road. You'll find plenty along Sukhumvit road.

Called South East Asia Pharmacy I think (or something like that, east, asia, pharmacy). Got the impression they usually have it in stock, as that's where some other pharmacy recommended I try after I'd tried 3-4 others without luck.
If you go to https://pribta-tangerine.com/ and buy the two-three extra packs you are allowed to buy at one time, their lower cost for the medicine will make their included test for liver function, hiv, and other stds, in practise be free compared to the higher cost per pack at regular pharmacies, so that's where I went the next time.

Precautions

Those who have tried Prep how were the side effects? On the internet it says there can be vomiting and diarrhea etc. Very big list. When I'm traveling in Asia I don't want to be shitting my pants.
What are the requirements for starting Prep? Only a negative HIV test? Or do you have to test the liver functions and is Prep hard on liver? If I do an HIV test in Europe before traveling to Bangkok or Pattaya is it easy to get prep there somewhere? Or should I talk about it to my doctor here In Europe? I have a free company doctor I know well but just feel shy to tell him that I might need Prep as I'm traveling on a sex vacation in Thailand and I don't like condoms.

There's any number of side effects for any kind of medication, they have to list it out after all. I wouldn't be too concerned about it, the odds are pretty low you'd be affected by it too bad. A free doctor? Dude, by all means just tell him or ask him anything. Why be shy? I know Prep is an HIV thing, but going bareback, there's still all the other STDs though.

I mean if you are afraid of HIV it might stop you from taking some risks going bareback all the time. I don't like condoms but I can still pass everything if the risk seems to high. With prep it might be different as there is no real fear of HIV. And so many antibiotic resistant bacteria that are not nice like gonorrhea. That in a sense might be even worse than HIV, which can be treated well these days. Better just limit the bareback action to the minimum. Only with "safe" girls. Of course you will never know and be able to tell by looking at someone or her status but it might help reduce the risk anyway. And I care about other people so I don't want to pass anything to someone else, to a perfectly healthy girl if I bareback someome "good girl" later. Prep doesn't do any good for that. So many other nasty stuff to catch still out there. And now there also seem to be very thin 0.03 mm plastic condoms in bigger size 56-58 mm, which might be okay.

The 'Trick & Treat' Rockefeller Medical System
Don't be so gullible to believe everything 'mainstream'. There is no evidence for the existence of viruses, as Army doctor, Dr Milton Rosenau, discovered in 1919 -- when he could not transfer sickness from one individual to another. Turned out their maladies were related to early, crude, radio transmissions, and the equally-crude typhoid vaccines of the day. Whenever you hear 'pathogen', think 'poisoning', instead! Rabies? The animal merely ingested some toxic, plant foods. So much for 'plant power'; animal foods are far safer and more nutritious. Always do the opposite of mainstream advice, and you'll be fine.
Arthur Firstenberg's work "The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life," is a book that explores the history and impact of electricity on human health and the environment. Firstenberg argues that many environmental problems and major diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, are related to electrical pollution. The book challenges the common belief that electricity is safe for humanity and the planet, detailing the effects of electricity from the early eighteenth century to the present day. Firstenberg's work has been well-received, with readers praising its thorough documentation and ability to connect technological advancements to their unintended consequences.
Radar 'Flu' (1957); Hong Kong phooey (1968): military satellite constellations; 'Covid': 4G/5G cellular frequencies. Why blame 'viruses' and inject with unknown, toxic 'vaccines', when the root cause is right under your nose? It's 'Trick and Treat' to dumb-down, sicken and reduce the world's population down to 500 million, according to the Georgia Guidestones.
The 1899 Merck manual listed pure, pine-gum spirits of turpentine as an STD cure. Since the 1980's, Jim Humble's MMS (master mineral solution) has provided an anti-microbial remedy via chlorine dioxide gas. Hence Trump's oblique reference to the 'bleach' remedy. He'd have been taken out back and shot, had he stated it more directly. Also known as 'water purification tablets', for travellers.
I don't feel any side-effects. 10 days of Doxy on the other hand gave me the worst diarrhoea of my life.
That's because the antibiotics destroyed you natural, gut flora. Don't fall for the medical mafia's quack remedies. HIV, like all alleged viruses, does not exist. It is merely a ruse to push toxic AZT -- which really will finish you off!

10 days of Doxy on the other hand gave me the worst diarrhoea of my life.
Just goes to show we all react differently to drugs and how pointless asking the question here is. Myself I only felt a minor queasiness sometimes during my hiv-prep and doxycycline period, but nothing much. In my case I speculated it could have been because I was drinking a fair amount of coffee as usual, which the usage docs says can increase stomach upset when combined with doxycycline, but the symptoms was so minor that I didn't bother quitting the coffee to see if that would improve things.
For my next sex-vacation I'll probably add anti hsv-2 tablets too, to reduce the risk of that. Somebody else here (thanks) made me aware there are strains of hsv-2 that are apparently producing symptoms a lot worse than just some cold-sore like blisters once or twice a year.

And it is also true that every known side effect has to be included in the list no matter how unlikely it is. So I guess the only way to find out for yourself is to try. Doxycycline I had once for days for malaria prevention but I didn't notice any side effects. Of course the dosage for malaria is pretty small. Someone also mentioned difficult HSV-2. I got HSV-1 to my penis in 2010. The first outbreak was bad and then maybe the following year I had another one and possibly a third one later. Now I haven't seen or felt anything from HSV in 15 years. Either the virus is gone or sleeping without any outbreaks so for me it was actually nothing. Maybe HSV-1 does not thrive downstairs? So it might actually be a good thing because it might give resistance for HSV-2. On the other hand there is some research that herpes virus increases heart disease risks:

That's about 10% likely with 15,380 instances and about 1% likely with 1% likely with 1,538 instances (which is about what you might bang in a year).
This increases sharply to 0. 05% or one in. 01 *. 05 or a 1 in 2,000 chance if the ***** is HIV+. Furthermore, professional prostitutes have a much higher rate of HIV. Street meat is the highest as it is completely unregulated and many don't get tested at all. Bangkok street meat is as high as 48% HIV+.

Long story short, you are NOT more likely to win the lottery than to get HIV, and this is how mufukkaz get HIV. Go get tested. Take PReP.
The only problem is that these calculations are very difficult and sensitive to changes in numbers. Maybe Thai population on average about 1% of them of have HIV but in bar girls, freelancers and prostitutes it could be a lot higher like 5-10% so calculations change a lot. Many people don't have sex with "average person". Also if the partner has an HI virus it depends on which state it is how likely you are to get it. And of course the medication being used if any. So the real risk in many situations might be a lot higher.
I read about one man from my country who only had sex with condoms. Once his condom broke with one girl and he got infected with HIV. So how unlikely would that be if barebacking vaginal sex wouldn't be risky? Everyone always wins a lottery.

Currently, Doxy PEP for bacterial STDs is 200 MG taken as soon as possible after unprotected sex. That I can find on the internet under CDC.
https://www.cdc.gov/sti/hcp/doxy-pep/index.html
For those unfamiliar with the terms, both PEP and PrEP are general terms for "Post-exposure Prophylaxis" and "Pre-exposure Prophylaxis". They apply to more than just HIV.

On the idea of infection
Just ride it out. Antiseptic cream may be used to prevent secondary infection of sores, but antiviral 'Zovirax' -- forget it !
The medical mafia is the biggest propaganda show on earth. Right up there with false flag events like 9/11 and the whacking of dissenters ... usually by directed-energy (frequency) weapons, followed by, 'He had heart trouble'.
It is a tricky and nuanced situation. At face value the infectious disease model of illness does seem to carry weight. Bad bugs get into our system and wreak havok, cause problems, and require proper treatment "of course". After all look how things get better when we take antibiotics. Look how society was improved by vaccination programs. Look how much safer we have become by tracking to the nth degree every epidemic with rapid testing. Look how the doctors have saved so many lives from the ravages of communicable disease.
At least this is the standard modern day model. These "pathogens" are so very dangerous and we require more and more tech and intervention to treat and prevent, to wit: the latest iteration, mRNA vaccines. There has been a multi-generation campaign to hammer this home in the minds of the public. After all it is quite a lucrative model indeed! I am not even alleging it is a "conspiracy". It's just the natural behavior of a regime to solidify it's philosophical underpinnings so as to secure its power. Nothing mysterious.
Because many "pathogens" are observable, it is an easy matter to project blame. Somehow some fuzzy electron microscope pics of some lumps on a cell has become proof of a virus.
Stand up at an infectious disease symposium and start questioning the model. . . See how long you last. Such discussions are outside the Overton window of the current regime, it's mouthpieces, it's priest class, etc. And so you are not going to hear in the mainstream media, or hear from 99.9% of allopathic physicians, or find funding and grants for studies in academic institutions regarding alternative models.
If it were indeed as simple as getting adequate sunlight, fresh air, contact with the earth, accessing excellent nutrient sources, releasing toxic thoughts and feelings from one's life, etc, well that would be rather problematic for the continuation of the current system. Largely we just need meat, plenty of it raw, and lots of saturated fats (butter, cream, etc) and eggs to have a massively robust immune system and vigorous detoxification pathways that maintain health. The occasional "infection" become a brief and minor nuisance.
The infectious model's fundamental axiom is that there are virulent pathogens in this world that are a threat to our very existence. But presence does not prove what actions they are actually taking, and think how crude is our ability to know on a microscopic and sub-microscopic level what processes are actually going on.
I urge any interested to consider the works of Aajonus Vonderplanitz (aajonus.net + books on Amazon). I am sure he is (was) not alone in stating that "infection" is a detoxification event, and any "pathogens" present are the workhorses doing their best to assist in the clean up.
Why was it that Pasteur could not provoke an infection by transferring bacteria from organism to organism until toxins will added as well? Likewise provoking an immune response to a vaccine.
Are there times when the detoxification process is running rampant and becomes dangerous? Of course. Someone in septic shock is dangerously close to death. The inflammatory response needs to be suppressed and their vitals stabilized. But let's not forget that we have suppressed a detoxification event and so these individuals actually need future support to facility detoxification over time.
So largely an "infection" is a happy day, for in the vast majority of cases it will run it's course and the individual will be cleaner and healthier for it. Surely it is Mother Nature's spring cleaning process. Suppressing these may allow us to conveniently get back to our modern lives, but it does not help us to thrive long term.
Some whys and what ifs. . .
What if instead of pathogens, viruses are an inherent capability of the body?
What if they are expressed when necessary?
What if they are a intra-species communication system, alerting fellow members of the species of toxicities in the environment (or consciousness!) that require cleansing?
Staph is ubiquitous. It is on every square inch of every human at all times. Why do only some who get a cut or scrape develop "infection"?
How is it that Sanford Katz (https://www.wildfermentation.com/) can experience a perfectly healthy life, HIV+ by simply eating a diet rich in fermented (read: probiotic rich) foods and living in a loving supportive community?
Human beings have been bare-backing each other for millennia, and the species has gone exponential. Is it likely that now, in the modern day, bare-backing is the problem? Or is it likely that modern life itself in some way is the problem?
Is it likely that nature has randomly and suddenly, in roughly 1980, come up with a deadly virus that now will kill us for engaging in the vital and critical (to the species) activity of bare-backing each other to produce other humans? After millennia, suddenly everything changes in 1980???
I am not saying it's a simple situation or that I have all the answers. There are 100's of well-what-abouts that will arise. But in my own life, I will say I am no longer of a state of consciousness that goes around fearful of infectious disease. Is it 100%? No. Do I have doubts at times? Sure. But increasingly I see that my state of consciousness is by far the most important determinant of health, and certainly not where I stick my di * k.
Yeah I'm still considering it. Prep might lead to risk taking in other ways.
I've never been able to do this, but I think if you're in Thailand long enough, and you trust the chick enough, that she's 'yours' for a few weeks. Then maybe you and her get tested and there can be no holds barred balls to the walls fuckity fuck sessions. Even when you're with her, you can take a few hours break to fuck other chicks with condoms, but then back to her for bareback. That's my dream anyway, but I've never been in Thailand long enough for that. Hell, at this point I don't know if I'll ever be able to go back. But I live vicariously through this forum *sigh*.

To those who don't believe in viruses
Trever and Josh: Since you don't believe in viruses etc, I challenge you to fuck a known HIV positive person up the ass bareback. If Viruses are not real and HIV doesn't cause AIDS you have nothing to worry about right? I await your reports. BTW I'm not against BBFS, I do indulge all the time. I also know F2 M transmission via vaginal sex is extremely low probability and I also use PrEP. You can take reasonable risk and not act like an uneducated idiot by denying well known and established medical facts. Use science and statistics to understand what your risk is and make your own decisions. But living in RFK's la la land will just get you sick and maybe killed. But then again, maybe that's just natural selection in action (which you probably don't believe in either).

I wonder how many of these people have herpes and fuck bareback? If HIV in semen, vaginal fluid, or blood comes in contact with a herpes sore, the risk for infection is high. Straight or not. Having the herpes virus makes sexual transmission of HIV more likely if the person living with HIV is not undetectable too.

Be aware of the medication you bring in
Story starts at around 15:01.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bi5vVesIHfg
Apparently some dude brought over his ADHD meds. Who knew that would get you into so much trouble. That's why I buy my boner pills and whatever else pharmaceutical IN Bangkok itself, and not bring it in. Remember folks, if it's something you can buy in a pharmacy that needs a prescription, you can find it Bangkok where mom and pop pharmacies will gladly sell it to you without one. Just money baby. Alls you need, cash money.
Also, how hot is the female news reader? What a babe. She kinda reminds me of that one chick I banged, repeat 3 times in Addict massage coupla years ago. She looked kinda like that. Thin frame, kinda sleepy bedroom eyes. Pale smooth skin. Muah! Chef's kiss.
Hope this is right place to ask, I tried the reddit askDoc channel and no response =\.
I see some red bumps on my pubic area that doesn't feel sensitive when touched and one I see a little white tip. Pics attached. Also have some bumps that are irritating on my base and scrotum. It's sensitive when touched. Look like Kaiser won't let me send msg while here. Is this an STI? Should try to get antibiotics? After a few years of this hobby it finally happens and kind of clueless. Thoughts? Advice? Should I try to get antibiotics at pharmacy or actually go to a hospital or something. I'm near Nana area any advice would help, thanks.

Professional medical advice in Bangkok is so easily and economically available that I'd not bother with anything else myself.
Enter the first mini shopping centre you see once you exit the mrt (you'll see starbucks quickly enough), and walk through it to the next building if I remember correctly. I see you can make a booking, but I just walked in and was seen within 5 minutes.

PreP advice
Hello,
So I'm planning a trip to Bangkok in a near future for 2 weeks and I plan to go hard. Been in Thailand once before, had the time of my life, but left with chlamydia. That's not be the big deal, but still would like to minimize the chance of that and everything else that might be a bigger deal. I never stick my penis into anything unprotected but still enjoy a good BBJ. Anyway my question is about the PrEP. Is it just doxy or is there any other things I should consider? Is it fine to take it for 2 weeks straight? Can you drink (some days might be a lot) while taking it, how does it mix with boner pills (usually never take them, but I think might need them at some point.).
Bottom line is, how could I bang 30 girls in 2 weeks, while getting BBJs and have the least chance of caching something: the. Thank you.

Ureaplasma Parvum
Hi guys, After I returned from a 3 month trip to Thailand. I stayed in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Hua Hin, I got tested in my hometown in Germany. I already got testet three times in Thailand, show the negative results the ladies and. The work done.
Now I had a complete scan and the result was everything negative without the bacteria Ureaplasma Parvum. Doctor said to me I have to take Doxyclytin but I react with a allergy some years ago. So hew decided to give me Azimomycin. I called my cardio doctor and he said: No! This is contraproductive for your health.
Now I Decided to look into the internet, I contact a Infectology doc in Berlin and he said: Never ever search for this bacteria!! Its I mostly 80% in the vagina of woman and 50 & in the penis. Its harmless, maybe not if men or women has a immunology depression.
In the future I will let me tested only for the main STD disease as HIV, Gonorre, Tripper, and of cours Clamydia. Never after Mycroplasmen!

Getting HIV from BBBJ is close to impossible and requires some extraordinary circumstances to be even remotely possible. The only reason the risk isn't put at 0% is because 0% isn't something that can ever be guaranteed and you will have some people behaving in complete deviant freak behaviors.
By all means, use Prep just in case there's a risk you'll be a bit reckless because you can behave as you normally would. But planning Prep specifically around blowjobs is just silly.

Not a requirement just best to be prepared.
Yes I am mean condoms. I was not aware I had to have them.
My personal philosophy is to keep condoms on hand. If the prostitute I hire wants one I want to have the brand I prefer on hand in order to maximize my pleasure. For example, if you need to rock MAGNUMs then you better have them at the ready. Girls will often have condoms if they have a preference or get them free from other sources.

I get a Gold Star.
Last night, I had a drunk and horny lady ready to wrap her pussy around my dick, but I directed her to use a condom. She works bar and is high volume, so better not to take a chance.

Anyone ever had this stuff in their pee?
This stuff has been coming out of me every time I pee or cum since February.
It might have started about some bareback action in Pattaya in July 2024.
Because I started noticing irritation in my urethra around that time.
But in January I looked down at my pee and saw these things.
Been to hospitals, doctors and STD clinics and the travel clinic.
I've had about 7 blood tests which all came back negative for parasites.
I've taken antibiotics for chlamydia, UTI, parasites etc.
I've done all the herbal treatments too.
Nothing has made any difference.
They're about 10 cm long when fully stretched.

Take Ivermectin 0. 2 MG per kg bodyweight 3 times / day for 2 weeks on empty stomach. (if you weight 65 kg that's 65 x0. 2 =13, take the closest value, 12 MG).
If not avail at pharmacy, buy the one for animals, same shit. Just make sure is pure (small tablets) not in a mix like apple flavored horse paste.
Good luck!

At first glance they look like worms / parasites but with a magnifying glass, it looks more like mucous or some kind of excretion.
But as I said, they've been tested quite a few times for parasites and always came back negative.

Different bacteria, needs different antibiotics, even common gonorrhea is of 2 different types, and each is not affected by the treatment for the other one, one needs doxy, the other penicillin type.
Ivermectin is a wonder drug, and is dirt cheap, this is why is downplayed and ostracized by the big pharma. I just bought a 100 X 7. 5 MG pill jar for $7. Go to the vet. If it doesn't help, it won't harm you in most cases, it's like aspirin, very rare people get adverse reactions from it.
Personally I take it for 2-3 days every 3 months prophylactically, just in case.
It may be that you have sperm leakage in the urine, and that's a different story.
The best thing is to find a doctor or a lab that can identify what that is, then you take the guessing out of the equation.

They all tested that stuff for parasites and the tests came back negative. They also tested me for prostate cancer.
I spent a long time identifying these things and the closest I got were whipworms or trich.
So I treated myself for both.
I know all about parasites and how difficult they are to deal with because I had giardia 10 years ago which resisted all the 'effective' treatments and nearly killed me.
Which is why I haven't given up on trying to deal with this. I finally got over that by using herbal treatments.
I actually just went out shopping and meant to buy some Ivermectin but forgot. But I'm going to finish this week of doxycycline first before I start on that anyway.

Seems very suspect that they keep treating you without testing the actual parasite.
Yeah, I didn't explain it very well. A few times I've collected loads of those stringy things and given them to the doctors to test.
The last test I had done in the UK was specifically for parasites.
The Thai doctors didn't seem to know what they were doing but through my own research I can see now that they were just going through the possibilities step by step.
The other stuff I said was that I've been treating myself based on my own research in the meantime. I've had plenty of time to think about it because it's been going on for 6 months now.
I found a thread on a forum which seemed to be talking about the same stringy stuff in pee and guys all over the world said they'd been through all the same experiences with doctors and tests and antibiotics etc and even after years they still didn't know what it was.
That's why I thought I'd post it here.

I don't know if anyone picked up on what I said about Trichomoniasis (trich)?
I'd never heard of it before but it's estimated to be the most prevalent nonviral STI worldwide.
It's one of the things which seemed most likely to be my 'worms'.
Reading the forums here, it seems like a lot of guys go bb.
So I'm guessing trich is probably rampant in places like Pattaya.
I'm barely active these days but I have probably passed this on.
I might have picked it up from a non working girl in Chiang Rai or from a working girl in Pattaya, or even from a woman in Nepal.
Or if it's a parasite I could have got it in a million different ways.

Do they ask why you want it?
I just asked in the local pharmacy today and they wanted 1000+ thb for a small box.

Afaik, that is something slightly more than just the regular prep medicine (though I'm no doctor), and may account for part of the price difference. Another part is probably that Thai hospitals, especially private hospitals (if that's what Pattaya Memorial is), usually add a much larger markup on the drugs they sell, and often don't choose the cheapest version.
A girl once taught me that when in a private Thai hospital, if the price of the medicine is non-trivial, always ask for the prescription, and then go across the street to get the generic or cheaper version, or sometimes even the same version of the medicine, from the non-hospital pharmacy.

She was new in that business and I guess she didn't give much thought of the risks, thinking that she'll be fine by using condoms.

It was Prep, I watched the stuff, a blue box exactly like the one pictured in the Jakarta thread.

Thanks for the report. Any more info on Thaniya Road KTVs?
I prefer Patpong to the madness of Suk / Nana / Cowboy. It's just more chilled. Sure, as a non-Asian punter walking down Thaniya you get some pretty odd looks like "what are you doing here". But you just brazen it out, go to the mamasans or papasans at some of the fabulous KTVs with the rows of girls outsides in costumes, ask the prices and make your selection (s). Once they realise that you might have a few bhat to spend, are not baulking at the (reasonable) prices, they are fine. Some of the girls look a bit sceptical but I've never had one refuse to be selected. If you are there for a few nights they start to recognise you as a reliable returning punter and you are welcomed not only by the same bar but by the others as somehow the jungle drums seem to beat along Thaniya that you are a good punter.
The Silom area, for me, is head and shoulders above the mayhem of Sukhumvit. Lumpini is great in the daytime, there are lots of good massage places, it's easy getting Bolts or even Tuks and the traffic is not crazy. BTS available and quite apart from Thaniya some of the side roads have reasonable options. If you're a gogo fan (I'm not particularly) you've got Kings Castle I and II and Radio City. The Irish bar has a great band. I could go on. I won't. I just prefer it. If I'm in BKK for say 7 nights I'll do 2 only at Skyview on Suk 24 for the Alley / massage / soapies. I might still venture to Nana or Cowboy for a walk around but for me it is akin to Walking St in Pattaya. Go see, enjoy some sights but you are unlikely to get drawn and have much better service options in Patong, Thaniya, Suk 24.
As an over 70 year old farang I have also been approached by mamasans in front of those KTVs and implored by them to please come inside, choose a lady, buy a drink and so on. And when I ask "will there be sex?" the mamasans will say yes, you can take a lady to your room for that.
And when I ask if some girls will have Real Sex / BBFSCIP with me, the mamasans look shocked and ask if I want to die from HIV.
And when I ask about a Real Blowjob / BBBJCIM at minimum, the mamasan just looks shocked by the very idea of such a thing, shrugs and never gives a coherent response.
That is when I smile, thank the mamasan for her time and move on.
Then when I think back over all the years and dozens of times I have passed by those KTVs at all hours of the night, it occurs to me that I have never once seen a man walk out of one of them with a young lady in tow or walking next to him that in any way suggested they were on their way to a hotel room to do anything in private, much less have anything remotely similar to Real Sex or a Real Blowjob. Not once. Never seen an Asian man or a farang man walk out of those places with a girl of his choosing to go do anything, not even for a trip to Burger King.
However, it sounds like you have had personal experience with a few ladies in those KTVs. Will you share any details about whatever happened in there with a girl regarding sex, for how much baht, how real was it, etc?
Thanks much if you do.
And when I ask if some girls will have Real Sex / BBFSCIP with me, the mamasans look shocked and ask if I want to die from HIV.
So basically the mamasans were saying that their girls have HIV. LOL.
-
That is certainly one way to look at it
So basically the mamasans were saying that their girls have HIV. LOL.
Yes, not a good ad campaign. I wouldn't put it up there with "How are you fixed for blades"?
But for sure she was conveying the attitude of the place toward Real Sex / BBFSCIP, at least from the mamasan down, in that she or her girls equate such a thing with everyone dying of HIV / AIDS. Uh, OK.
Either way, it was enough for me to get the message that my chance of achieving anything like BBFSCIP or BBBJCIM in that place with that mamasan's girls was probably 1 in 1,000. And there might never have been as many as 1,000 girls working on the entire Thaniya Road over the past 10 years.
Moreover, as of this writing I have not read or heard any personal report or testimonial from any other punter on the planet that would contradict that conclusion.
As far as any Field Reports I have ever read here or elsewhere goes those Thaniya Road KTVs are where you pay thousands of baht to sing karaoke to ladies and hear ladies sing karaoke to you, maybe while holding your hand, at that's about it.
Maybe that assessment will be dramatically refuted by the time this submission gets posted.

I did a Bangkok Sukhumvit street bar girl BB in start of the June, now at least my rapid HIV tests show a negative result so that's what it is.
Maybe she didn't have it or? The risk is small anyway.
But maybe next trip I should have HIV prep?
-
Bargirls generally don't get HIV from customers, the virus is normally transmitted from their Thai boyfriends, who occasionally go with Farang men.
Your chances of getting HIV from a Bargirl are tiny, but greater than zero.

Visited the https://pribta-tangerine.com/ clinic again recently for a combination of buying a new supply of hiv prep and a std-test. Unfortunately had to do pay a bit extra to include the hiv test, as it seems they have some rule that you need to do hiv test before you can buy hiv prep there, even though the doctor you have to consult with mentioned herself that it wasn't very necessary since I was using prep and had done the hiv-test there previously.
Even then, if you buy three boxes of hiv prep the total comes out as almost the same price as buying the prep at a normal pharmacy, but you get a basic std test (hiv + chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea) included, as they sell the hiv prep for 600 baht per 30 tablet box, while pharmacy sold it for around 900 last time I bought it there. Also kidney function test, due to reports that a very limited number of people get problems there from the hiv prep.

Preexposure prevention medicine
Hi.
I was wondering about the effectiveness of Pre-exposure drugs to prevent HIV such as Truvada. Found an interesting fact that this offers protection only after developing resistance which takes 7-21 days from 1st dosage and when taken regularly. I didn't know this, don't think many are aware of this.
If you are the insertive partner (using your penis, in either vaginal or anal sex), then daily PrEP builds protection by 7 days. For women, it takes longer for developing protection, around 21 days of daily usage.
Does anyone take such medicine regularly, and did you have any side effects. Let us know please.
Regards.
Joyckar.

Is there a pharmacy in Bangkok where PrEP can be bought without a prescription?

Joyckar.
In Australia PREP is 7 days as the rule for full protection.
Doctors now mention on demand where you take two tablets 2 hours before sex and one in the morning. Although they say it has not been heavily tested but the idea is you saturate your system with 2 tablets.
Never noticed any affect taking it and I only use it on holidays in Thailand.
PEP on the other hand was a nightmare literally for me about 6 years ago but perhaps the drugs have improved since then.
The success of HIV treatments is why I worry more about bacterial STDs. Those of us who do BB also need to get tested and appropriately treated.
Where do you get tested in Bkk and which package do you usually take?
I'm usually away from Bangkok for my mid-trip testing, but I know of 2 locations in Bangkok. 1. Red Cross and 2. A private business on the main floor of the Trendy Building on Sukhumvit Soi 13. Perhaps another poster will jump in with more detailed information about the low cost Red Cross location and short hours (I seem to recall it is morning only 4 days per week).
Most of my mid-trip testings have been in less popular punting places such as Samui, Hua Hin, Patong, AoNang, and Chiang Mai. I typically find those places using Google Maps "STD Testing Near Me". Most locations have a test location within walking distance of my hotel. Typically they have multiple test options. My last mid trip test I talked to the attending doctor and he recommended the bacterial test group, which involved waiting 48 hours before the test results were provided online. These test locations have been 100% professional and judgement free. I dont remember prices, but they are not cheap. Perhaps 5000 baht including doctor consultation and testing. Treatment is often available on site at a modest upcharge.
I get more complete tests at home shortly before travel and then again a month or two after travel.

Scary moments
I practice safe way. It was LB, I was top. After I withdrew post ejac, found rubber detached. Got very worried. Took 200 MG doxy. But went to sleep being very tired. Got up earlier than scheduled worried and very low spirits. Started checking everything, which medicines, which test, where to find. Then I went to toilet. I had thrown that rubber in dustbin. Show it. Out of curiosity picked up. When I saw, full cum inside, my happiness soared to mount Everest. This I had not checked in the night being drunk. Now I was assured, it was intact full session, came out while retracting. Understood importance of rubber like never before. Peace of mind is what is more important than those few moments of rubbing without rubber. My take. I will always use rubber.

Using saliva or mucus I believe, or possibly a finger pin prick blood sample . I imagine the margin of error could be higher than a clinic blood test. I had such a test included when I visited the Red X place in BKK 3 or 4 years ago. Got emailed results in an hour or so. Just thinking about saving a visit again during their limited hours opening and waiting around.
Are HIV self-test kits available over the counter or off the shelf in Thailand?
Ask for OraQuick or CheckNOW oral swab tests at PULSE Clinic (multiple locations, but location nearest Sukhimvit is Soi 13 at the Trendy Building). You can also try SouthEast Pharmacy between Soi 13 and Soi 15 first if you are near. Southeast Pharmacy has PrEP OTC, so suspect they will have such tests as well. Ping them on LINE ahead of time to confirm in order to avoid wasting time. Good luck, AR.

DIY HIV tests in Bkk

The above is one of many places that will do a 30 minute wait HIV test in Bangkok. Home tests are widely available. : that is where you prick yourself and send in your blood sample. If I was in Bangkok and thought I had been exposed to HIV, I would book a clinic appointment immediately,. I would certainly not put my faith in a DIY job in Thailand or anywhere else not least because the gay lobby are invovled in many of those operations and they want recruits to proclaim their cause and help move the focus away from their own bunny rabbit hobbies.

HIV testing window
The important this you need to do is get on PeP PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) medication is a combination of antiretroviral drugs taken by an HIV-negative person for 28 days after a potential HIV exposure (like condomless sex or needle-sharing) to stop the virus from establishing an infection, but it must be started within 72 hours (3 days) of exposure for maximum effectiveness.
You actual HIV status will NOT show up of at least 10 days with the quickest test. Nucleic Acid Test (NAT / PCR): Detects viral RNA; earliest detection, 10 to 33 days after exposure. Finger stick tests take at least 18 days after the exposure to show accurate results.
4th Generation Antigen / Antibody Test (Lab Blood Draw): Detects p24 antigen and antibodies; usually 18 to 45 days after exposure.
4th Generation Rapid Antigen / Antibody Test (Fingerstick): Can detect HIV 18 to 90 days after exposure.
3rd Generation Antibody Test (Lab or Rapid): Detects antibodies; can take 23 to 90 days after exposure.
Go see these folks of you need either PeP treatment or testing of any kind: https://maps.app.goo.gl/hDj7zJyoT8D2Y5Bz7.

30 min HIV results NOT valid till 10-18 days after exposure
To clarify what that clinic is offering you is a rush lab turnaround time in which the test will be completed and results to you in 30 min. That is what you are paying extra for. If you don't mind wait till the next day when it comes back from the lab normally then they will email you the results as usual no rush lab fee.
- This has nothing to do with when your actual exposure to HIV was. You will still need to wait between 10 and 18 days for ANY HIV test to show an accurate result of your HIV status.
E. g. Lets say you have a wild night with a lady or ladyboy and you forget to wear a condom be / see you were drunk. The next day you can't have an HIV test because it will show a false negative even if you were infected be / see the your body has not generated the antigen / antibody combinations in enough quantities to be detected by the test. You need to wait 10-18 days before being tested. Does this make sense now?
- If you were on PrEP meds Truvada or Descovy (oral HIV prevention meds) or Apretude or Yeztugo (injectable HIV prevention meds) They would stop the virus from replicating and stop you from getting infected. These meds can also be taken up tp 72 hrs after an exposure with very good results. These are avail. In Thailand and Cambodia I got them there recently.
- You should also take PeP Doxycycline 100 MG daily (avail at most any pharmacy in the world, mostly no Rx needed, Rx needed in US) which would protect you from other STD's such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis.
The only thing that these drugs Do NOT protect you from are genital herpes and hepatitis be, see, the.
Yes I am a doctor and also take Apretude and Doxy myself. But don't get all your medical advice from a forum talk to your doctor and the clinic doctors they are very good at what they do in Thailand. In many local county health departments in the US you can get care for free even if you can't pay.

I've done exclusively BBFS for a few years and have caught nothing yet. My precautions are shower together before sex (I insist on washing her pussy), shower/urinate immediately after sex, and daily Doxy. Addition of the Apretude seems like it may be a good idea. Is this easy to get at Bangkok Red Cross or Pulse Clinic? I'm thinking one injection at the start of each trip. Or, does this need to be used for extended period of time before it becomes effective?
My other precaution is full battery of testing before trip, bacteria testing mid-trip, and full battery of testing at end of trip. Last month another punter and I went to the Bangkok Thai Red Cross for STD testing. It cost me about 1200 baht to test for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. The other punter had reduced testing and I believe he paid only about 400 baht. When I've gone to private clinics, the price was much higher. I intended to write a report on using that Red Cross clinic, but so far my lazy nature has taken control.

Apreptude and Truvada or Descovy are all available at PULSE, Red Cross, and Pribta clinic (www.pribta-tangerine.com). These drugs will protect you from HIV even if the risk is low you are still at risk when doing bareback and its higher with sex workers obviously.
In order to initiate any PrEP meds you must first test HIV negative before starting or else you can damage yourself and create a viral resistance problem which will cause you harm. All clinics will insist you have a neg. HIV test the day of start of treatment.
- PrEP any-HIV drugs Apreptude and Truvada or Descovy take approx 7 days to start working if you are male and having vaginal penetration. If you are receiving either vaginal or anal penetration then they take about 21 days to begin working.
- Apreptude is an injection that is 2 shots initially 30 days apart then a single shot once every 60 days continuously. However you are protected 7 days after the initial injection.
-Doxycycline is avail. Over the counter at most any pharmacy in the world except for in the US. Doxy will cover you for most of the rest: chlamydia, syphilis, and to a lesser extent, gonorrhea.

HIV Self tests Not worth it
Thanks for the professional input on clinics, timings and the various drugs available. Do you have any input on the self-tests I mentioned earlier in the thread? Allowing for the minimum infection period, can they be a reasonable substitute for a clinic test?
The self tests are not as accurate due to the amount of viral material being sampled and if you don't get enough serum or saliva then you will get a false negative and think you are clean when you are actually infected. You want to be SURE you are good and not have any doubt. The time investment is minimal for in person test and clinic hours at Pribta-Tangerine are Mon-Sat 10 a-19:00. You can just walk in no appt. Needed get blood draw, pay and leave. They will email you results in a day or 2. Below is some info from google.
HIV self-tests are highly accurate, often matching lab accuracy when used correctly, but lab tests (especially 4th generation) can be more sensitive for early infection, while self-tests have a higher chance of user error (false negatives / positives), requiring follow-up with a healthcare provider for confirmation, especially with positive results.
They offer privacy and convenience, but laboratory blood tests (vein blood) generally detect HIV sooner than finger-prick or oral fluid self-tests, which have lower antibody concentrations.
Accuracy Comparison-.
•Lab Tests (3rd /4th Gen): Offer over 99% accuracy and detect HIV sooner (e. G. , 18-45 days after exposure for antigen / antibody tests) because they use plasma (from a vein) with higher antibody / antigen levels.
•HIV Self-Tests (Rapid Tests):
Accuracy: Highly accurate (often 99% concordance with labs) when instructions are followed perfectly, but slightly less reliable than lab tests due to potential user error.
Sensitivity: Oral fluid tests can be less sensitive and have lower positive predictive value in low-prevalence areas, increasing false positives; finger-prick tests are better but still lower than lab tests.
Window Period: Generally reliable around 3 weeks post-exposure, but up to 3 months for full accuracy, slightly longer than some lab tests.
Key Differences & Considerations.
•• User Error: The biggest factor in self-test accuracy is perfect adherence to instructions; mistakes can lead to false results.
Sample Type: Lab tests often use venous blood (plasma), while self-tests use finger-prick blood or oral fluid, which have lower HIV marker concentrations.
Detection Time: Lab tests (especially 4th gen) can often detect infection earlier than self-tests.
Follow-Up: Always confirm a positive self-test with a lab test, and even with a negative result, consider follow-up if recent exposure occurred.

STD Testing at Red Cross in Bangkok
One of the good experiences I had last month in Thailand was STD testing at the Red Cross in Bangkok. I was fortunate that a local punter friend went with me, so it was an easy first time experience for me. Though it isn't as easy as paying big money at a private clinic like Pulse, it is a whole lot cheaper. This is my guide to using that Red Cross.
1. Finding it. Use Google Maps and find it. It's labeled as the "Red Cross Aids Research Centre" on Ratchadamri Road.
2. Hours of Operation. They are normal weekday business hours, I don't remember details so you should look at their website to verify that you are going at a time they are open. They have some strange holidays, which may or may not be listed on the website. Our first attempt was on an unpublished holiday and we had to come again the next day. We arrived during their lunch break where only partial staff was working, still we got in and out in about an hour.
3. Getting There. I recommend taking BTS to Ratchadamri station. If you are staying in the Nana/Asok area, take BTS west to Siam station and then transfer to the southbound train (Silom Line transfer from Sukhumvit Line). Go just 1 station and get off at Ratchadamri station. Walk south on the west side of the street for about 5 minutes and the Red Cross is a large complex on the right side. Go inside the gate and you will see 3 large entrances, take the center entrance for STD testing.
4. Getting Started. Be sure you have your passport, that is checked. Everything is well labeled, including how to get started. You will go from station to station to station for registration, selection of services, blood and/or urine collection, and payment. They have plenty of English speaking help and they are clear in their directions (e.g. , go to station #X for blood collection). Very nice people, every one of them.
5. Selection of Services. If you know exactly what you want tested, you can tell them and they will make it happen. If you aren't sure, they offer consultations. Neither of us did the consultation, but in hindsight I wish I did one to learn exactly what testing and services were available.
6. Sample Collection. Depending on what tests you select, they will collect blood and/or urine. They give clear directions of where to go and what to do.
7. Payment. I paid cash, I don't know other forms of payment. I paid 1130 baht and got tested for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis; I don't remember the cost breakdown. My friend paid 330 baht total (he thinks 200 baht for HIV test and 130 baht for syphilis test).
8. Results. Although you can wait for some results and get a printed document, we left and our results were sent via email. The HIV and syphilis results arrived in an hour or two and my chlamydia and gonorrhea results arrived within a day or two.
9. Password. They will give you a password to open your emailed results, which should be your birthdate using the Thai calendar. In my case, they messed it up, but that was OK.
In the end, I was pleased at the whole experience. Oh, yes, we were both negative on all tests.

I did anonymous testing, and got a green 'Wellness Plus Center' credit card-sized card with my initials and a bar code on it. Might use for imminent visit instead of the self-test route or private clinics.

Doxycycline woes
I did PeP on a 3-week sex trip (200 MG after sex, which for me then meant every day since I had sex every day).
My stomach started hating the doxycycline after about 15 days. No matter how I took it, after a meal, with plenty of water. I usually have no problem with any medication. I think next time I'll go for the PreP (100 MG every day). Or I'll use condoms on and off, say one day out of three so as to give my stomach some recovery time.
I also tried out Truvada, preloading 4 days in advance. After about 3-4 days I felt like I was down with the flu. I can live with the AIDS risk though. I'm more worried by the doxycycline intolerance.
One of my doctors has me on 50 mg of daily doxycycline for skin problems, I've been doing this for years. When I'm in Thailand, I up that to 100 mg/day in hopes that it will fend off bacterial STDs; so far I've had no nasty side effects and I've avoided STDs. Based on zero solid knowledge, 200 mg/day seems like a whole lot for an extended period of time.
Doxy PreP seems good to me. About a year ago I read that there is an ongoing study of sexually active gay men who don't use condoms. Some are given 100 mg/day of doxy and some are given placebo. The study is to show if 100 mg/day of doxy will prevent transmission of bacterial STDs. Preliminary results were positive, though final results had not been published last I knew. I'll keep using 100 mg/day while in Thailand.

Have the results of the double blind study been published? I'd like to read it. Gonorrhea has become tough to cure in recent years, in 2000 it was reliably cured by a week of doxy. Now it's a course of oral plus an injection.

Don't worry about this stuff
Look dudes, let's be honest here. Most of this here on this forum are ancient as fuck. I'm super old, it's amazing I haven't had a heart attack yet. At our age, are we really that concerned with all this? How many years do any of us have left? We fucked up the world, and young people are going to have to deal with the mess we're leaving behind. I fucking love that! If my life is miserable, everyone else's should be too.
-
If post prep (200 MG) take ASAP after sex.
That's a rather funny involuntary oxymoron.
PREP stands for Pre Exposure prophylaxis. "Post prep" would be PEP Post Exposure Prophylaxis.

HPV's and the NO from the USA on the Vaccination
I'm stateside and planning my first trip later this year to Thailand and / or Vietnam (want to see and experience both!
HPV's are one of the STD classes that scare me the most. Warts are not something I want if I can be vaccinated against getting them.
However, I'm 61 and currently in the USA, the HPV vaccination is available only for men up to age 45. So my doctor won't allow me to get the vaccine anyway.
What do fellow mongers do to assure you don't get unexpected souvenirs when it comes to HPV's? Do you get the vaccine there? I've read about medications many of you take daily that keep away other STD's but do they also block HPV's?
Thank you.

HPV Vax

What do fellow mongers do to assure you don't get unexpected souvenirs when it comes to HPV's? Do you get the vaccine there? I've read about medications many of you take daily that keep away other STD's but do they also block HPV's?
Indeed. Getting genital warts might be considered more debilitating to mongering than HIV. There is no pill for HPV, only vax. You can get the Gardasil9 vaccine easily in BKK. A couple locations that offer the vax quick and no-questions-asked are MedConsult (5500 bhat per dose) and WellMed (6500 bhat per dose) clinics. I have also seen packages offered at many local hospitals, but didn't see a cost advantage. Before you run off and take the shots, consider the following:
1. Gardasil9, which covers the most genotypes, only covers 9 genotypes (hence the 9 in the name). However, there are 29 genotypes of HPV. So getting the vax will protect against only 7 of 14 high risk genotypes and only 2 of 15 low risk types.
2. Before you get the vax, you should get tested for the 29 genotypes and ensure that you are clear for the genotypes that Gardasil protects against. Gardasil9 protects against genotypes 16,18, 31,33, 45,52, 58,6, 11. The first 7 are the high risk genotypes. For the other 20 genotypes, there is no vaccine or prevention other than "safe sex".
3. It is correct that the HPV vax is contraindicated for men above 45. This is because of the high liklihood that an older person has been exposed already. However, if you have a high risk profile (eg frequent barebacking of prostitutes), then a doctor should recommend due to risk profile. You can try to convince your US doctor, but you need to be blunt about the basis of your risk.
4. Getting the vax is not a one-and-done prototol. You need to get 3 shot-in-the-arm doses. After you get the first shot, you get the second shot after one month and the third shot after 6 months.
5. Last, before doing anything, do your research. Google has much more detail to prepare you before testing and consultation.
Not a simple silver bullet for sure, but well worth it for those who are frequent fliers on Bareback Airlines. Enjoy, AR.

One of my regulars was hospitalized for Hepatitis-A recently; although I haven't seen her for a while, my feeling is if one lady has Hep-A, its probably going around. So I got the vaccine. No after-effects, no pain.

Probably best to call them to confirm details that it covers the 3-dose regimen. Good luck, AR.

Hepatitis
There are so many strains of Hepatitis viruses that I doubt any vaccine can provide any protection.
Hepatitis A is very common, spread by food or mouth kissing. It's safe to assume everyone in 3rd world countries carries some strains of Hep A and is immune from their infection and symptoms.
Hepatitis c is rarer but can lead to liver cancer. I know a few perfectly healthy people who got Hep see infection by sex and died within 2 years, even with aggressive experimental treatments. I am not aware of any effective vaccines or treatments against Hep see.

Cheap and easy STD testing
This is just a reminder to get tested for STDs and a recommendation to consider getting it done at Red Cross in Bangkok, as described my original post. I went with another punter and he was finished in 30 minutes. Mine took 40 minutes because on my last visit the Red Cross staff typed some of my passport information incorrectly. I had tests for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. Results were received via email within a few hours and cost was 1130 baht (I paid cash). The option for just HIV and syphilis is much less expensive and results are received within about 2 hours.
An alternative is to get at-home tests, but they are not cheap. Days prior, I bought an HIV test kit from Boots, paid a good chunk of money, and my results were inconclusive. That was wasted time and money.

STI Testing: good to know your status before it becomes a STD
In my opinion
Testing is good. You get to know your status. But unless your partner gets tested and trust her to give you the straight scoop about her sexual health status, then you are playing STI roulette with your dick. Everyone here is adult and knows the risks. But a girl who is asymptomatic and that you repeat with can give you a nasty surprise. It is only a matter of time before you roll a hard six. Just speaking from experience. After going through testing and treatment. A box of condoms costs a whole lot less. Now that I have retested for 8 different STIs and know my status is negative, I will be using them on a strict basis from now on (just my new personal choice).
After what I have been through it is no longer worth the risk!

DoxyPrEP is something to consider
I do this while in Thailand to reduce chances of getting a bacterial STD. It's far from perfect, but testing to date make it seem a lot better than nothing.

How much would it be in total to go to a clinic in Bangkok or Pattaya for a 30 day HIV prep pills? I guess HIV test is the first they do. And then you have to wait for 7 days to it start working. So it means since I'm traveling for 3 weeks it would be effective the last 2 weeks? Do you need to continue using it after the risk is gone and possible exposure is over?

Then go around the corner and get PrEP at SouthEast Pharmacy for THB980 for a 30-pill bottle (sold OTC, no questions asked). As soon as you get your (hopefully negative) HIV result by email, you can start your PrEP and be protected by following evening. In other words, they will only ask about your medications if they have suspicions and are looking for a reason to deny you entry. A very low probability issue.
What if you next travel to another Asian country and are asked about the medication at the customs. Then you don't have a prescription. However, if this is a concern, when you go to get your HIV test ask the doctor to write a prescription. Another poster had a similar concern because he was going to Myanmar after Thailand and wanted peace of mind because of the higher probability of getting checked. If you are going to MedEx, then ping them by LINE that you want HIV Test as well as a written prescription for PrEP from their doctor. All done in one. Good luck, AR.

Healthlab Clinic (Hua Hin)
Healthlab Clinic (Soi 47 Hua Hin) - Putting this out there just in case someone is in the Hua Hin area and needs to do a quick STI test. I did a selected panel (HIV, Chlamydia, Hep, Syph) for me and my lady friend during my last visit. Cost was around 5. 5 K baht total for both of us. All results came back same day. We actually waited and received our HIV results within 45 minutes - 1 HR.
The place was super clean. Staff were professional and friendly. If you give them you WA #, they will also send results via text. A+ service!

To get results quickest, add-on their VIP Express service which will get you the result in 4-6 hours. You can contact Medex staff online to ask about the full price for everything and even schedule an appointment. Then go around the corner and get PrEP at SouthEast Pharmacy for THB980 for a 30-pill bottle (sold OTC, no questions asked). As soon as you get your (hopefully negative) HIV result by email, you can start your PrEP and be protected by following evening. If you have any questions or doubts about this, MedEx will typically allow a quick consult with the on-site doctor. No need to buy the PrEP at Medex as it is much more expensive than SouthEast Pharmacy. Good luck, AR.
I just went to Southeast pharmacy on Sukhumvit road near soi 15 and asked for HIV prep. They didn't seem to get it and offered me an HIV self test. Then I showed them in thai what HIV prep means on my phone and they said "no have". So need to have another plan to get prep here?

Up to the International Trick and his partner
Using condoms protect both partners and is a decision made between the two people who have chosen to have sex with each other.
I prefer sex without a condom!
But I am not to let that stand between me and fucking a girl that want to. In fact, some of my regulars who require condoms give me the best sex I've ever had in my life. Never underestimate the importance of finding a condom brand and type that works for you and quality lube.
However one choose to protect or not protect themselves as long as both partners are aware of and accepts the risk, game on!

I'm curious your secret
Good info but a few questions. I like sessions that are multi pop. The first two pops sex (covered) and the two more BBBJCIM. I like 3 hour sessions. (I'm 71 and yes 4 pops not a problem).
I like to spend a lot of time going down on her. I like my pussy bald and I want to get rimmed. So for all this activity doing I just ask for ST and then once I the room ask her to stay longer and ask her how much more she wants? Or before going to room lay it all out for her and ask her how much? I should ask if rimming is OK and is CIM OK? And is she shaved? Money isn't no a problem as I am used to paying far more in NYC.
Devises and pills help you get hard. They don't help you to pop.
Exactly. I'm surprised at how many people don't understand this. It takes time for the seminal fluid to build up. Another common misconception is “draining your balls”. Only a very small portion of seminal fluid comes from your balls (5% to 10%), hence, those of us with vasectomies cannot feel a difference in orgasm.

Coming like a Clydesdale at 71 years old!
Devises and pills help you get hard. They don't help you to pop.
True. However, I did not think for a minute that a septuagenarian was shooting pearl ropes four times in three hours. Most guys that age have long had their prostates removed due to cancer or benign prostate hypertrophy, and no longer shoot anything out their bell end. I took the term "pop" rather loosely. My interpretation was that he got to mount the hooker and satisfy himself for four separate periods of time during a session. Whether he orgasmed and shot puffs of dust out of his pecker four times or just tapped out due to exhaustion at the end of each round were less important details.
It is not usual for elderly mongers to report that they had multiple "pops" in a day with different girls but only orgasmed with one. In such cases, it is understood that they did not drop multiple loads on the same day.
-
For those who are on statins, depending on how long will reduced the ability to get hard, it also reduces the fluids. I found this out after months of stopping for a number of reasons.
As noted there are the blue pills to get you hard but as one gets older the so call pop will decline there are simple exercises one can do, all you got to do is Google or AI, in time they will strengthen the muscles around the area give one that blast back and increase the fluid but don't expect to be dishing out a pint LOL doing them also help with how long one last.

On those last 2 the girls will ask did you come yet and I'm like yes couldn't you tell? They say very little came out but for me it feels like a full fledge orgasm. On the few occasions where I muster a 5th it's me jerking off while she licks my nipples or DFK. I guess I'm blessed idk. I have slowed down in that I'd do this 2 or even three times a week but now just one night a week. Also I only jerk off on Sunday nights since if I do more that that it saps my sexual energy and I can't enjoy my weekly monger night.

New meds on the scene?

At this point only one 75 year old frequent Thailand punter who lives most of the year in USA has given me that entire testimonial. Another one in his 70's has reported some but not all of those results.
The 75 year old has tried several different versions of the new meds in the USA and tells me he grew a boner like he hasn't experienced in years within 15 minutes of taking each version, sublingually as directed, and went on to fuck and fully finish multiple times with his Thai wife of 25 years and the mother of their two kids within the next 36 hours, something he hasn't done or remotely felt like doing for a couple of decades.
On the strength of his testimonial I checked around all the usual suspect venues and sources in Bangkok as well as an A. I. / Google Search and the result was no version of these meds is being sold in Thailand yet and that an overseas order for them cannot get past Thai Customs.
The names of his tested versions of these meds are RoSparks, MedVi Quad and Bluechew Gold.
I'm just passing along the info to see if anyone else here has tried and tested them and what the results were.
I would say a med that triggers a boner in 15 minutes or less, is not effected negatively by the recent intake of food or alcohol, lasts 36-48 hours, might facilitate multiple real pops with only an hour or so break between them and in the USA can be bought online for around $11 USD per dose, would be an even more useful med in Thailand for punters in their 60's and 70's who would actually meet different young ladies worth fucking over the course of a few hours every day vs the likely options available to us in Hometown, USA.
So I don't know what is taking the usual India and Chinese knock-off med sources so long to manufacture and ship tons of these new meds into Thailand for resale.
I've also tested RoSparks 3 times and twice it become effective in about 15-30 minutes, but 3rd time it took a couple hours to kick in. Perhaps the slow response was due to me not fully dissolving under the tongue, I may have unknowingly swallowed (I was driving at the time). Other than that, for me it felt same as Viagra or Cialis. I also paid about $11 each.
Another new one I've tried once is AVO Max III. That responded quickly and seemed to cause more intense response. This cost only about $3 each, but requires refrigeration due to one of the ingredients.
All of these drugs are based on Viagra, Cialis, and/or Levitra. I can’t remember any of them being based on Stendra (which for me is marginally effective, but was insanely expensive last time I bought it). Some of them have other medications that work on your emotions. If interested, Google can tell you the ingredients of each. Be prepared to scan through a lot of advertising before you find which ingredients are in each medication. They are produced at compounding pharmacies, not at the big pharmaceutical companies.
The fast response is because they bypass the stomach by dissolving under the tongue.

Anyone can do a DIY version of these pills in Thailand. The two most active ingredients in ALL of these meds to deal with PHYSICAL ED are generic Viagra (Sildenafil) and Cialis (Tadalafil). See table and snips attached. What these compounding pharmacies in the US do is more or less mix a full 100 MG dose of Sildenafil (pill form takes 30 min to take effect, lasts about 4 hours) together with a full 20 MG dose of Cialis (pill form takes 30 min to take effect, lasts "up to" 36 hours). These two compounded PDE5 inhibitors are the primary active ingredient for all formulations. And anybody who has been in Thailand for more than an hour can find these drugs in pill form at pharmacies on Sukhimvit. Now if you want to simulate the fast 15 minute action of Levitra and sidestep stomach absorption (food and alcohol), then all you need to do is substitute the pill form of Sildenafil with Sildenafil jelly packs that are dissolved under the tongue (sublingual). There you have it, RoSparks available in Thailand for a fraction of the cost (note that RoSparks only has a 50 MG half dose of Sildenafil, so a half packet of Sildenafil jelly to simulate).
At any one time, I have never taken more than a 50mg half dose of Sildenafil OR a 10mg half dose of Tadalafil. I know there are many who like to play doctor on web forums, but I would be very careful taking a full 100mg dose of Sildenafil AND a full 20mg dose of Tadalafil together. There are very real risks of interaction with other drugs. Or just Google PRIAPISM.
Note that neither of these medicines "give you a boner". Rather, these medicines suppress the enzyme that causes you to lose an erection. They way an erection works anatomically is that when you are stimulated sexually the brain will send signals that create nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide causes blood to flow into the spongy tissue of the penis and voila, there is a hard on. Think of nitric oxide as closing the valve to trap the blood and fill the tube. At the same time, the body produces an enzyme called PDE5 which causes loss of erection. Think of PDE5 as opening the valve to let the blood back out of the tube. If you didn't have this balance of interactions, then an erection would never be created and would never go away! PDE5 inhibitors inhibit the production of the PDE5 enzyme which keeps the erection. However, most important, you won't get an erection unless you have the sexual stimulation in the first place. There is no substitute for the stimulation that comes from a pleasing partner.
The other two drugs are Apomorphine and Oxytocin. They basically work on the PSYCOGENIC ED side of the equation by stimulating dopamine. I won't get into these as they are not available even at dodgy OTC pharmacies in Thailand or anywhere else in SE Asia. Apomorphine, which was originally used to treat Parkinson's, has been approved in lower doses for psychogenic ED, but is very sparsely researched. Apomorphine was available in Thailand for ED via hospitals until 2024. No more. Ask me how I know. Oxytocin, which is used to induce labor in pregnancy, I wouldn't touch. Oxytocin has not been approved anywhere for ED and has no proven research for ED. I believe that the meds containing Oxytocin, which normally comes in ampules, are the ones mentioned by HT that need to be refrigerated.
As with the post from ET, I am passing this along as information. Everyone can do what they want, but I would caution all to do their research and understand what these things do and don't do. IMHO, tread very lightly. Enjoy, AR.

But these are in troche form (dissolve under tongue) and perhaps less gets absorbed into the bloodstream compared to oral forms of the same drugs. It did not seem to be too much medication. Just do a sex bomb cocktail
I finally got my damn viagra prescriptions from my doctor here, and knowing I can get good quality sidegra from any mom and pop pharmacist in Bangkok, the next time I'm in town I'm going to combine them with a swig of whiskey plus my blood pressure medication. That oughta get the dick pumping. If my heart explodes then so be it, at least I'll be having fun. Hell, that night I ain't so much, and ate too fast I had to projectile vomit everything out just to feel ok a bit. Felt like my stomach muscles was tearing itself apart. And that was me over indulging from food. Imagine if I can get back to Bangkok to over indulge in sex. I should finally die by then.
I don't know though fellas, the chicks I got in Geylang while I was in Singapore kinda spoiled me, cause they were some real GFE / PSE rimming experiences. Granted, kinda pricey since it's SGD. I doubt I can get even half of the experience in Bangkok, but since it'll be a third of the cost, I figure the math checks out. Now, at my old old age, I finally get that for Singapore it's about quality over quantity, while for Bangkok it's about the quantity, since the sex is cheaper I can afford to have more bad sessions until I find the chicks that I can repeat.

These are coming from specialized compounding pharmacies who are making off-label combinations of medicines. India knock-offs only copy standard medicines for practical legal reasons like export controls. I have never seen an India or China copy of compounded medicines. Let's see.
Thinking about this again, I find these meds a little suboptimal in their design, especially as they mix Tadalafil with Sildenafil / Apomorphine. Tadalafil lasts 24-36 hours in the bloodstream, while Sildenafil lasts 4-6 hours and Apomorphine lasts only 2 hours. So what if you have a session in the morning and evening? By the evening, only the Tadalafil will remain and the Sildenafil / Apomorphine will be long gone. So do you take another pill? If you do, you are further compounding the amount of Tadalafil in the bloodstream. I would think a design where they separate the Tadalafil from the other short-acting components would allow one to take Tadalafil once and then take the short-acting ingredients as a sublingual so that multiple pills could be taken for each session. Anyway, just wishful thinking. I doubt these compunders will tout less is more.
Getting the quick onset effect is easily replicated by using Sildenafil jelly (Kamagra jelly) packs. They are made for sublingual use and you will get action in 15 min. However, whether you use sublingual or pill, it is typically 1 hour before Sildenafil will peak in the bloodstream. For Tadalafil, the peak is reached after 4 hours. Maybe I should run an experiment. I had a Tadalafil for my session last night. Maybe I will pop a full 100 MG Sildenafil before my session tonight and TOFTT. Enjoy, AR.

Haven't used it in years, but my memory was the jelly was too much quantity to hold under the tongue while it is absorbed. On the other hand, the troche form is small and can be held under the tongue for 5-10 minutes while it is dissolved. I felt it working much sooner than oral forms.
The one I'd like to have in Thailand is AVO Max III. It works quickly and the side effects are gone in about 8 hours. But it requires refrigeration during my 32 hour trip from home to hotel. I could use a special container for this, but the ones that last that long are heavy and I've already got too much shit to haul around.

Combination ED medicine
Just as a warning, Sildenafil is strictly once every 24 hours. Sildenafil and Tadalafil bind to the same receptor so unless this is prescribed after a health check (cardiovascular in this case) by someone who knows what he is doing (aka a healthcare professional) trying these combinations will significantly increase side effects with the potential of doing a lot of harm to people with existing (knowing or unknowing) cardiovascular issues. Or a bit more drastic: you might kill yourself. So do not play around with this!

Or a bit more drastic: you might kill yourself. So do not play around with this!
For me that's the point though. Viagra
Viagra should not be taken more than once in a 24-hour period. The medication is designed for as-needed use, and exceeding this limit significantly increases the risk of serious side effects, including dangerously low blood pressure and priapism (an erection lasting longer than four hours).
Standard Dosage: Most men start with 50 mg, though doses may be adjusted to 25 mg or increased to a maximum of 100 mg based on individual response and tolerance.
Timing: It is typically taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity, though it can remain effective for up to 4 to 5 hours.
Daily Use: While some men may use it daily if prescribed, it must still be limited to one dose per day. For those requiring frequent or daily treatment without timing constraints, alternatives like daily Tadalafil may be more suitable.
Safety Warning: Taking two doses or more within a day is dangerous and can lead to severe adverse reactions; if one dose is ineffective, you must wait at least 24 hours before taking another.
Has a speed limit. Just like when I am driving my car, I have exceeded the speed limit before. But I have also received tickets from the mother fucking police. Like anything in life, big boy rules apply.
I've finally got an update on this story. I didn't have stds or parasites.
I just found out that I have chronic kidney disease, so that stuff in my pee is probably protein, which my kidneys can't process.
So I've just gone from living a fairly carefree life, to suddenly having a disease, which is definitely going to kill me.

That just made me want to smoke even more.
Basically I might live 12 years if I live like a monk, or 5 if I just kick back and do what I like.
Dying would solve all my worries about getting old though.

Twelve years living as a monk with no pussy, no alcohol, and no weed is a long time to prepare yourself spiritually to cross the River Styx. One noticeable thing about all this is that most of the people I've told seem to be in denial about it so they haven't said much at all to me.
Yours is the most honest feedback I've had so far so I'm grateful.
I knew a couple of old mongers in Angeles who were told they had to quit drinking or die. A few months later they were dead.
One of them said to me 'wtf will I drink if I can't drink beer?' I said 'I dunno, water? Juice?' he said 'fuck that. ' LOL.
At the time it seemed to me that the obvious choice would be to save yourself but now that I'm in the same situation, I wonder what I've got to hang around for?
The world is such a shit show at the moment and I've lived a good life, doing everything I wanted to do.
It's just a bit shocking suddenly being given the choice.
I gave up drinking about 8 years ago so that's no problem. Having sex won't kill me. The exercise would do me good. But the weed will kill me.
That's the deal breaker for me, because I'm a life long weed enjoyer.
But yeah, I've spent a lot of time looking after my elderly parents lately and I came to the conclusion that I don't want to get that old.
It looks miserable to me. Britain's full of old people, staggering back and forth to the doctors for more pills.
Plus, I don't have a good pension or a pile of money to fall back on either.
Anyway. I don't want to lower the tone of the chat.
Let's get back to the back street hos and stds.

They are programmed to fear it, staying alive is probably the most basic instinct of all living things. Western medicine is mostly focused on extending the dying process of chronic diseases, as this is where the majority of the profit is made.
Since most people would refuse to accept their approaching demise, when they learn that your kidneys are failing, they probably get scared because they assume that you will ask them to donate one of their kidneys to save you. Ironically, at the same time, your decision not to seek a donor disturbs them because they cannot see themselves accepting their impending death stoically.
Western society is structured on industrial feudalism. People believe that they have to work at a job until they reach 62 or 67 years of age. Then they can retire and really start living. They rarely ever consider getting knocked out the game by a serious injury or terminal illness. Having some advance notice of your end and options mean that you no longer have to subscribe to the old age retirement and pension model. You get to decide how you will spend your last years.
Furthermore, as you mentioned, there doesn't seem to be a bright future for mankind. Capitalism is being replaced by techno feudalism under the control of tech oligarchs. In the West, we already live in an age of mass surveillance via flock cameras, and data on electronic devices is searched at borders. Wealth is increasingly concentrated at the top. We have billionaires, and a trillionaire, while the majority of the population subsists on precarious employment.
As for growing old, I watched my 95-year-old crazy cat-hoarder neighbor go through her last 15 golden years. First, she lost her car and became housebound. Then she had to get Meals on Wheels. After that, she went senile, started calling the cops and the HOA to report imagined offenses by her neighbors. No one wanted to deal with her nasty combative behavior, including friends and family. One Christmas, she fell down and couldn't get up. First responders had to break her door down to get to her. Her own kids did not want to take her to live with them. Eventually, she died alone in her house and they didn't find out for almost a week. Suddenly, hoards of her children and grandchildren appeared to pick over her belongings like vultures. What they did not want went into the garbage in about 50 black construction trash bags. A long life of 95 years buying and storing crap to be thrown into a garbage dump. LOL!
You enjoyed life and did all of the things that you wanted to do. That is the most important part of a life well-lived. You will not be lying on your deathbed wishing that you had gone to Thailand and fucked some tasty hoes like many of the unhappily married working stiffs in West. You should keep doing what makes you happy. If that means blazing trees and fucking hoes, that is what you should do.

DIY work in progress
Very informative and thanks to AR, ET, and HT for these posts. Unfortunate that none of these combined formulas are available in Thailand. I have tried to do some calculated dosages and play doctor to find what can be tolerated. So far a MAXIMUM seems to be about 20 to 25 MG of generic cialis (Cipla Tadacip which is good but doubt it is a full 20 MG pill) taken about 4 hours prior. 100 MG Kamagra about one hour before, then 4 MG of Apomorphine at around 30 minutes (half of these totals may be a better choice). Unfortunately my date kept asking every two minutes if I was finished which is always a bone killer for me so I need a better test subject. The Apomorphine is available from India and costs $5 for a blister of 10. I would NOT recommend a higher dose on the cialis even if used alone. Also found out that L-Cysteine supplement is good but takes a few weeks to be noticed, but every little bit helps when you're over 70!
No need to wait.
Or just Google PRIAPISM...
I think this and many more reasons is why I'm still alive. It's the curse of existence, those who want to live and have people to live for, usually die young, and those of us who have nothing to live for and are inherently pointless and bad, tend to live for a good long time. Look at all the evil dictators, ceo's and garbage people of the world, they tend to live for a while.
Now, if only I can get some of that power and money, so I can be truly despicable like everyone else.

I haven't been back on here because I've been a bit depressed tbh. I agree with a lot of what you said. If only I was clever enough to reply to each thing with quotations.
One of my oldest friends is a raging alcoholic. We've always had a down to earth humour, so when I told him, the first thing he said was, "OMG, you'll need a kidney!. I'm not giving you a kidney!
Which really made me laugh. His kidneys are probably fucked anyway.
I never followed a normal life path. I knew when I was 17 that working til I was 65 before retiring was not for me, so I retired at 17 instead. LOL.
Never had much money but I had a lot of fun, did a lot of travelling and slept with lots of women, which is all I really set out to do.
I seem to have lost the will to live now though tbh. The idea of going out to have sex with some random woman seems bizarre at the moment.
The idea of doing anything seems pretty pointless really.
When my aunt first learned that she had lung cancer, she decided not to have any treatment and she did actually enjoy her last couple of years.
I respected her for that.
I'm facing the prospect of dying alone in Thailand now and wondering how that will all work.
It's strange taking care of my possessions all my life, then realising that it will probably all just end up in a dumpster.
These are the kind of thoughts we'll all have at some point I suppose.
Which is exactly the reason why I don't like them. They help to get hard and stay hard, but then you have to fuck forever to cum. I don't want to fuck forever. It's tiring and boring as fuck. I want to fuck for 10 or 15 minutes at the most, and then cum.
So those pills solve one problem, but they create another. Life's a b*tch.
I had a prescription to Viagra and I tried it and most of the time it did nothing good to me, 1 or 2 pills. That was the only thing that it made coming even harder. Maybe it only helps to get it up it you cannot do that because of restricted blood flow to the penis. I'm about 50, a bit overweight and have 2 blood pressure medications (betablocker and losartan) and I think they already widen my blood vessels enough. And viagra doesn't make you hard without sexual simulation anyway I think.
I also have now statins but I haven't noticed much difference or problems with them. Before I had anti depressants and I think they had a negative effect on sex drive (and weighth) but it is still not great after stopping them a year ago. Maybe it is the extra weight that is the problem? Or just becoming old? Testosterone was tested and total testosterone was in normal limits but on the low side.
With condom I can never finish but without quite often (if not drunk). That's why I now booked an appointment with a local clinic for HIV prep. They will take more labs and all STD tests at the same time. I don't have any STDs but I have / had Bowen's disease pre cancer, PEIN, penile intraepital neoplasia stage 3) on my foreskin. It was treated with a burning cream for 2 months. Now it looks better but still red. Not 100% it has gone away the doctor gave me more cream. To suppress immune system and reduce redness. At least it is only a cosmetic problem. But who knows if the cancer is still down there advancing. Maybe then amputate penis LOL or even die if it progresses. But I think most of the time it stays local only.

TMvii STD
Has anyone encountered the emerging STD, Trichophyton mentagrophytes type VII (TMvii), while mongering in Southeast Asia? It first showed up in 2023 in Europe among mongers who traveled to SEA. In 2024, it showed up in the USA. It shows up as a mean case of ringworm that can only be cured with three months of oral antifungal treatment. That means catching it on the genitals or other sensitive location can knock a monger out of action for months.

If you look around in USA, you can find many combinations of the 3 common ED medications (sildenafil, vardenafil, and tadalafil) plus sometimes apomorphine and oxytocin. The torche form gets the medicine into your bloodstream faster than tablet form (for me, about 15 to 30 minutes to be fully ready) and they bypass the stomach and can be taken immediately after meals.
The ones containing 20 MG of tadalafil plus 100 MG sildenafil give me too much congestion and headache for well more than 36 hours (presumably due to the tadalafil). The ones with apomorphine and oxytocin seem to provide an extra emotional kick. When you search for whatever combination you want, beware that the oxytocin requires refrigeration.
Based on my personal experience, I prefer the troche forms over tablets or jelly.
I have never seen Stendra (avanafil) in torches. Perhaps because it is fast acting in tablet for even when taken on a full stomach.
I'm travelling to Bangkok tomorrow and would like to know how to approach a working girl and ask her if she has gotten tested recently.
Good luck with that! Are you going to ask for proof she is STD free?
Once with a BBFSCIP girl she showed me a picture of a negative HIV test stick, once. I have no idea whose blood was used or when the test was taken. It might have been a picture from a library for all I know.

Testosterone
So, the question is what pharmacies in Pattaya have testosterone?
I asked at a couple of pharmacies and they only had Testosterone Enanthate in single use ampules. I suggest Testosterone Cypionate in a 10 ML vial that will supply a number of injections. I saw that musclemassthailand sells it at 250 MG / ML while here in America I get 200 MG / ML. Simple math to calculate the dose.
Also, you want to inject at least once per week. More often will smooth out the ups and downs, but once per week minimum (that's all I can manage).

WGs usually conduct STD tests every month. You can simply ask her to show a recent test report. They carry it on their phones.
Thanks for all that.
LOL.
Never had much money but I had a lot of fun, did a lot of travelling and slept with lots of women, which is all I really set out to do..
Retiring yourself at 17 years of age was genius. LOL! Working for 48 years at some job that you hated just to retire and try to chase hookers at 65 years old is not the optimal plan for a monger. Sex is best enjoyed as a young man. So, you made the best possible choice, especially in retrospect.
Maybe, there is a monger on the board who is not an alcoholic and is willing to donate you one of his kidneys so that you can continue whoring in Thailand. It cannot hurt to look into your options.

Why are forged results needed?
If someone wants to prove their sexual health to another person, why not simply get a STI panel performed at the many locations available in Thailand?

A Man I Do Not Trust
This is not the first time that HarryReams has been blasted for recommending the creation of fake STD records. This time ADMIN even removed his post.

Thanks for the reply about thaifriendly guys. I saw many people taking Ladyboys (by mistake) as they get deceived by silicone and extra white makeup with glitter all over body. I mean there are so many clear signs those are Ladyboys. There is not much quality on beach road, confirmed by my various visits since many days now.
Went all the way walking on beach road but no quality, then decided to go to FMP Bar on Soi buakhao as it is just near my hotel room. Got a decent tight pussy, the girl was too much into me. She actually enjoyed me more than I enjoyed her. She liked to play with my nipples. I hate it when these Thai girls have such mixed hormones. Or does other country ladies like the nipples too?
Got itchiness on dick from the blowjob, so went to pharmacy to get Doxycycline tablet as I always take it after sex to prevent STD and infections.
She liked to play with my nipples. I hate it when these Thai girls have such mixed hormones. In my experience Chinese and Korean ladies tend to pay quite a lot of attention to nipples. Thai ladies not so often. I usually tell them that I don't mind, but that it doesn't turn me on either.

Oral Fecal Syndrome
Day 4 - woke up with the diarrhea. I thought it may have been the PREP because it give me short term runs but when it started coming out green and sticky I knew it was food poisoning or something. Most likely it was from a licking the ass of the girl from heaven, which I knew not to do but when it's tooted up it's hard to resist LOL.
Yup. Sounds like you got it.
You guys are insane for not covering up. Good luck.
Only the blowjob was not covered but still I have heard people getting gonorrhea from blowjobs, so got scared and took the pills. In my previous visit during Corona times, had to spend entire day in hospital to finish blood test, penile fluid test, then an IV drip as some strains of Gonorrhea can only be treated with IV drips. Total spent in hospital was 6000 baht. Then again the doctor had told to do all checks once again before leaving, I ignored that as in my country the tests will be cheaper. I reached my country and got my wife infected.
Thanks for the input Mogwai and XXL, you guys are on this thread since years I think. Nice work.

Testing
Hey Lads,
Anyone had any std testing done in any clinics in or around Sukhumvit area? Flying in next week and want to ensure a clean bill of health before the naughty shenanigans begin!
Much appreciated.

Go to MedEx on Soi 13 (https://medex.co.th/service/std-tests/). AR.
Got itchiness on dick from the blowjob, so went to pharmacy to get Doxycycline tablet as I always take it after sex to prevent STD and infections.
Yes. That was the first sign that you got an aggressive antibiotic-resistant strain of the clap in your dick. Remember that doxycycline only works on the milder garden varieties of the clap, not the super gonorrhea found in Southeast Asia. Also, you can absolutely get your dick burnt from BBBJCIM if the hooker has an infected throat.

Skin on skin
Since it is an STD spread through skin-to-skin contact, there is no reason why sexual orientation would play a role in transmission. Perhaps, gay men are more likely to seek medical attention when a red scaly itchy rash appears on their genitals, buttocks, and face. Another possibility is that manscaping leaves micro-cuts in the skin allowing easier infection. So, men who shave their genitals and body hair are more likely to catch it from skin contact during sex.
STIs that can be spread mainly by direct skin-to-skin or mucous-membrane contact include:
HPV (human papillomavirus) — causes genital warts and some cancers; can spread even without visible warts.
Genital herpes (HSV-1 and HSV-2) — spreads by skin / mucous membrane contact, often without visible sores.
Syphilis — spreads through contact with a painless sore / chancre or rash, often during sex.
Chancroid — caused by Haemophilus ducreyi; painful genital sores.
Molluscum contagiosum — small bumps; in adults often sexually transmitted.
Mpox — spread by close skin-to-skin contact, including sexual contact; lesions can transmit.
Pubic lice ("crabs") and scabies — spread by close body contact, often sexual, but also by shared bedding / clothing.
