General Info
You have to look up resolucion 777 de 2021 Colombia. The information is there. I have read the 7 page resolution 3 times and do not see anything there, but all the online news outlets are reporting it to be part of the document.

I'll have my novia look into this, It's a complete reversal for Colombia to do this but nothing out of Colombia surprises me anymore. Jaja.

Also it looks like the Government and the paramilitary are out to stop the anarchists' from doing all the destruction to the cities.

Here's hoping the cities get back to somewhat normal and the working class can get back to work again without having to walk to many kilometers to work and back.

It looks like it's true, no more PCR requirement, now if the USA can get out of the way and stop the Anti8 gen test we can get a little closer to normalcy.

Tough position.

In the past I believe (not sure) you had to prove to the outgoing airline in USA, then USA immigration, and then Colombian immigration. So any of those 3 entities could throw a wrench in anyone's travel plans. So it may be safest to get the test just to be sure. I would definitely print out something off the Colombian government website.

I mention this because my trip to the Philippines had a stopover and plane change in China. The airline employee in the USA checking in my bags said I needed a visa to enter China. I had to explain to her that physically I would be in China but legally I would not be since I would not be going past immigration and outside the airport. Amazing!

Just when I am planning my trip next week. I am in desperate need of sanity, sunshine, and beauty I can get my hands on.

Except the downer is that the airlines don't have that updated yet. Perhaps there is a misunderstanding. They might have said no more PCR testing at the airport in Colombia, but still requiring it for boarding a plane to Colombia? However, instead of 72 hours they give 96 hours, which is much easier to schedule.

https://www.copaair.com/en/web/us/travel-requirements
It's good news no PCR anymore but Colombia never does anything smoothly. It will be a little rocky for a while but I'm sure the airlines will get the word soon but not until they get clarification for Colombia. Best to consider the possibility of needing the test if your traveling soon. I'm in the same boat, I travel on June 10th.

I'm going to the Mansion on Thursday. From NY. American airlines is bombarding me with stuff about covid, Colombian websites etc. I'm going to get the test just in case there's a problem somewhere along the line.

If they don't let me board, will I be able to get a test at the airport and board next available flight?

If they don't let me board, will I be able to get a test at the airport and board next available flight?
I think they will let you board without test. The old rule is that you have an option to take the test after arrival and quarantine until result is available or something like that.
Please which airline?
I used to think spirit was one of the worse too. But I flew with them to Colombia 2 weeks a go and was pleasantly surprised. They were on time and flight attendants were really nice. The planes are equipped with the bare minimum but you get what you pay for. I would travel with them again, given a chance.

After some discussion with the airline and explaining to them I can enter Colombia without a test and self quarantine until I got my negative PCR in Bogota and was able to continue on to Tyrona Nat'l park with no problem. SO you fly and enter Colombia but self quarantine until you have a neg, PCR test in hand. No sweat. But I don't think they will ask for noe now under the new regs.

Anyone has any idea about the "going rate" for the SeekingArrangement dates in CO, Bogota, Medellin? I have done an "arrangement" from Badoo once in Brazil where I had a perfect arrangement for 24 hours and she picked me up from the airport. It was quite hot actually. For the 24 hours I paid 1000 BRL, which was about US $ 400 at the time, and the value of about 4 hours of a regular escort. Some said I paid too much, but I don't think so since I had 24 hours of fun with emotional connection and that blind date that was agreed on. I told her: when we meet I see you at the airport and the first thing we do is kiss passionately even before I'll hear your voice for the first time. It was tickling.

Anyway, now I am trying to come up with a reasonable proposal to those SA girls. If I take the same calculation, I would say 250,000 COP x 4 = 1,000,000 COP for 24 hours.

But if I don't even want 24 hours it gets more interesting. 500,000 COP for the night? Would that seem too cheap?

I checked average monthly income in CO is under 450 USD, so 3 such nights and she'd have that average monthly income.

Should we negotiate lower than the rate of the straight up working girl? In this case we'll meet up for coffee just to be sure that there will be some chemistry.

And finally, any advice on safety? I have some concerns with the specific information we give about ourselves on the site, we might be subject to some serious robbery rip-offs. Taking the girl to my apart-hotel? I know the theory is better not, but I am looking for experienced advice, not textbook.
