Great list. Thank you very much. I already copied and pasted into my Evernote.
Top Hills and Mountain View in Busay (My Area)
Zipline in Busay and also Liloan.
Sky Coaster at Crown regency which is next to Robinsons or next to Silver dollar.
Mactan beach resorts. I personally like the local cheap ones like Marigondon and Hadson Beach myself.
Mactan Beach Jet Ski and Parasailing.
Bantayan Island My number one pick and where the Govenor stays is Hoyohoy Villas.
Bohol Island. Tarsiars and Chocolate Hills.
Colon Street. Take a guide.
I am not into visiting churches but most people visit St Nino in Colon.
South Car Car for umpo and Chichiran (SP) Pork Skins. Beaches further south and resorts.
Southwest Moalboal Famous for water Falls and diving. Probably the Number 1 tourist destination in Cebu.
All I can think of right now. Pm me for more information.
MBSL65 does Cebu Part #2
Religious holidays kind of slowed the action down. Only the desperate ones are around. I still had my fun but quality went down.
My 23 yrs old keeping me very good company, but they all get clingy. Tonight I will meet two more girls from DIA. Never met them before. I need to go and put my charm on.

LadyBoys
I followed this advice and I almost ended up with two ladyboys. Darn, they are so woman like. However, the voice and shoe size won't give them a break. .
Good advise from below, I will use it on the next trip.
"After smiling at you the girl will continue to walk and stop at the next corner. It is the invitation for you to approach her. If the girl does not stop she is not available."
Thanks DIA
I ended up with a #10 27yrs old women. No kids, very educated and so so in bed. But every time I looked into her body, I wanted to go more round. Thanks DIA. BTW, she would not even take taxi money from me. Talk about quality

Malls
Well, there are always fireigners looking for girls at ayala. Ofcourse there are girls as well looking for a foreigner. Just be carefull as there are normal girls who smile with curiousity.
What I have observed is this although I have never picked a girl up mainly because I have a regular firlfriend every time I am in Cebu.
After smiling at you the girl will continue to walk and stop at the next corner. It is the invitation for you to approach her. If the girl does not stop she is not available. Sometimes girls do smile if you are eating alonf at one of the fast food joints.
Discos are tricky. The dealbreaker is usually the girls are hanging out with their friends and hard to say if they are having a good time or looking.
Not all guys get lucky at the mall or disco.
Try the salesladies, it works for me. But as with most of them, it is hit and miss.
I have put them in contact with Ausaid (

) which details the many aid programs available.
I hope you weren't serious in telling them that they can get "aid" through the AusAID link were you Jo?
They cannot.
I suspect you threw that in to show what a potentially useful and caring guy you really are LOL.
The Ambassador has a small discretionary fund that is used for special cases where properly constituted organizations might apply for and receive some "seed" money for a local project, but there will be nothing for laser surgery, burials or replacement of carabaos etc.
Their best hope for funds for local emergencies is their local congressman / woman or Senator. They have pork barrel funds that they use for these genuine emergency measures.
I hope you weren't serious in telling them that they can get "aid" through the AusAID link were you Jo?
They cannot.
You are right. I was being fictitious in the name of humour. I was surprised by the level of creativity that they felt they had to use in order to get some cash from me. But while I was thinking about it I was surprised by how many programs Australia has running in the Philippines. I hope the aid does get to the right people.
SO, my thoughts are now that in order to have these ladies available for my regular trips, I also need to drip feed them in between. I'm not thinking marriage, I'm not thinking kids, I just want company when I am in town.

Ayala mall
I think ayala mall has been over rated for meeting girls. I have been there at least 10 times on trips on my 2 trips in the last year.
I have met woman there. But have not been great quality at least the ones that approach me. I rarely approach, that might be the issue. Juliana Disco is my number one spot. Its open until 6 am or so. Just hang out long enough, they start approaching you after pickings get slim on foreigners. Robinsons mall was on fire my last visit but I thought it was a good pickup place. And right in the middle of the action. But on my next trip I will be back at ayala eating at the terrace. Great place to take dates.
Again the best exchange rate in town is in the basement of the ayala mall near the grocery store. It was. 3 pesos more per us dollar than the place one level up on the main floor.

Problem in such places is the decibel level, unbearable. By the way, where exactly is it?

The Australian aid program is directed at "systemic level" support and NOT at individuals, although indirectly some of the smaller recipient groups do experience driect benefits.
The systemic level support is usually given through bi-lateral grants to relevant government agencies using managing contractors as intermediaries.

They offered me the best rates and only one of a handful of places in Cebu that would exchange 500 Euro notes. None of the banks were willing to change 500 Euro notes. There was another place in SM Mall I cannot remember the name of, a small money exchange place inside one of the large departments stores on the ground floor (I think)

I was going to apply when I get there tomorrow afternoon. Now you've rained on my parade. Guess I'll have to ask USAID for a similar grant.

GE
Hahaha GE I am sure the US lads will give consideration to such an eminent fellow countryman and researcher as yourself to undertake some data-collection to bolster the future proposals and theses to be used by His Excellency Ambassador Thomas.
Us Aussies try to channel our funds towards such grand notions as "governance reform" and "poverty reduction", but success comes slowly.

Actually Ayala has been known to most of us who actually live here as the worst exchange rate of any place in town. My suggestions of two places that has always been the highest is 1. In Raintree Plaza which is directly across from National Book Store on Mango. Can't think of the name but is near the rear and you will normally find many people around. 2. Robinsons Place mall in the basement near the grocery store.
