Before arriving in Moscow, I bought a pair of Italian leather shoes hoping it would comply with the dress code. So on Friday night I put them on and went to check out Loft which was just across the street from Crowne Plaza. You can find these small exchange offices everywhere. Make sure to carry USD or EUR as they are more common / accepted. You can also pull local money out from cash machines. Ask for where to smoke, its actually a hidden exit right next to the elevator that will lead you outside to the other side of the building. In my case, I picked up my girl at 8 pm, outside the main entrance on Pushkinsky, then I took her in through the 'hidden' entrance and were able to get into elevator unnoticed.
