I'm recently divorced after years of no-Sex marriage. I'm looking to do a solo mongering trip to Thailand however I'm quite scared to catch STDs. I'm aware of PreP and PEP and Hep / HPV vaccines. And of course, Planning on using condoms. Is there anything else I should be doing? Like only going through an good agency or asking for a latest test report from the girl?

You have a great plan. But Thailand has a way, it enchants you like a snake-charmer and next thing you know, you're having bareback sex.
1. Do NOT fall in love with a bar / massage girl.

Can anyone recommend where to find a great 3 some? Is it better to go to soi cowboy / nana and ask the ladies if they down? Or trying to pair up 2 freelancers at thermae? Anyone have good success?

Hoping an agency will do that? I don't know dude. This is Thailand, and it's not really a thing. It's always going to be a risk in Thailand, about as much as in Europe. You've done all you can do. But since it's Thailand, and if you've got the cash, and if you can keep an eye on the chick every day as she's with you, you can feasibly arrange a multi day booking with a girl. Almost all of them will do it, since it means cash. Have her tested at the beginning of the first day of booking, and then fuck her to your hearts content until the last day. But I would say if you're going to hobby, then the risk of std's are going to be par for the course. It is what it is.

Obviously use good judgement and don't pick up straight trash on the streets but the girls will be thrilled you want to use condoms and the chances of catching anything are vanishingly small. ITS very trasparent.

They basically did anything and everything for the entire night and again 2 or three times the next day. When I mean anything and everything, I literally mean that. I found the most recent girls on Thai Friendly. I picked them separately and then invited them both to drink first to see if they had chemistry. Then we went back to my condo. So, you could try that in Bangkok too. However, TF in Bangkok is not the same as Pattaya. There are a lot of regular girls on it here. So, be selective and be careful about who you send messages to and feel them out first.
In Bangkok, I have tried to find the same thing, but the girls were not active with each other. The rest was ok though.
