Your experience mimics some of mine back in the days where I was transitioning from CFS to BBFS. So far I'm sticking to that rule, and there has only been one time where a girl flat out refused to get paid afterwards instead of first: a go-go girl on Soi cowboy, though her friend sitting on my other side was ok to go and accept payment after as usual, so we did not go together. Several shops do have separate prices for HJ/BJ/FS though. Per number of shots too. E. g. , I remember a shop on soi 33 or soi 33/1 (princess massage) where it's 1600 for BJ (bizarrely enough not including CIM per default), and 600 more if you book FS.
