You never know who your messaging
The person that your messaging may be a dude that works for organized crime or a casa.
One time I thought I was messaging a tall Vennie and she had all the goodies that I was looking for on Milerotico. I invite her to my AirBnB a block from Parque Lleras, she shows up and I asked her about some of the things on the ad and and messaged stuff she had a blank look and did not understand what I was asking about. (BTW I do speak Spanish). At that point I figured out that she must be working for an agency or something like that. We get down to business and I really did enjoy my session with her. So afterwards we were chatting at the table and I asked her for her WhatsApp phone number and she gave it to me. Later on in the evening I started getting strange messages on my WhatsApp from her. A picture of an elderly man (some family resemblance to the girl). Then a picture of a man walking up to the Pearly Gates. Well that really freaked me out and I deleted her number pretty quick.
I stick with the Independents now and one thing that I do to help me filter out the ads is run the phone number on the Milerotico search and if more than 1 girl shows up in the ads I move on. Another thing that I'll do is Google the phone number without the Country code and sometimes you can find local reviews on them.
What's offered in messages before you're in Colombia is often much different from what is offered when the girl is standing in front of you.
The girl's goal is to get into your room. She doesn't get paid if she doesn't get in your room (unless you're foolish enough to pay in advance). Many will say yes to anything to get in the door.
Also consider, saying "no", or directly contradicting someone goes against Colombian social norms. A better approach is to draw them out on subjects. Instead of direct yes / no questions. Ask what they like, work them around to talking about a subject.
