What would happen for a 55 year old guy who is at 420 total and he got a shot of test at a pharmacy in Colombia? Is it possible to take the shot and have an increase in libido without any lasting side effects or would one shot even make a difference?

My testosterone is 200 now. Pretty awful. Which is why I can't screw like I use too. Unfortunately I've been diagnosed recently with diabetes. Went to hospital with over 1000 blood sugar. I don't want to put any more substances in my body. Insulin, statins, diabetes meds. Testosterone will just make things worse. I figure I have 10 years left before I croak. I'm going to blow a ton of money next Rio trip. I can't take it with me so the hoes will get my money as it should be.

He's probably right that you are at a higher risk with girls off the internet. I mostly pull from Facebook myself and have a similar experience to you with one or two girls where I didn't vibe (and this was in the beginning before I'd fully learned the ropes) and a lot of good to truly amazing experiences. That being said the safest venue and move would probably be Casas during the day. But what we do is inherently risky on many levels (meeting people we don't know, a higher number of scammers, STDS, being in a foreign country). If you can't stomach any risk stay home and jerk off. But be careful having too much fun in the shower as you might slip and kill yourself (jajaja). Otherwise take steps to be smart and mitigate the risks of your behavior like staying at a more secure spot, stowing valuables in a safe or hiding them, having a burner phone you use when traveling that doesn't have all your banking and personal data on it, investigating and screening people you meet, watch your drink, order taxis and pick meeting spots etc.

I have only seen Facebook girls on my three trips to Medellin and I have generally been happy with the results. I need my cellphone when I travel to check on things but having a second cellphone when you go out is a good idea too. Staying in a hotel with security is also a good thing to do. The downside is that sometimes they are too rigid and you can't get your girl to your hotel room. Screening girls is always a good idea but sometimes I take chances on girls with very little on their FB profile and it has worked out. But that is taking additional risk.
But the point is that there are things you can do to make it safer if you are concerned. I would also agree that going to the casas and having sex in the casa and not in your hotel room is much safer if you don't want to take any chances. The girls will not drug or rob you in the casas because the casas are trying to run a business and you can't get customers if the girls are doing that in your casa.

Testuviron comes preloaded in a syringe.
