There are so many YouTube videos on Thermae Cafe that make it one of the places that every new monger visitor to Bangkok must visit that I thought I would write about my last visit here just to make guys aware of some reality of that particular venue. * I had visited it last fall on my visit to Bangkok then and I returned with a friend last month. * Since it was his first time in Asia, Thermae Cafe was just one of the venues I had to show him since there's so much video exposure for it and it is a unique enough place that it's worth visiting even just once to see it.
My experience from last fall was quite unsatisfying as I found the girl I pulled there had some of the worse service during a session I ever experienced. * So for this trip since my personal sample size was small, I thought I would give this place another go especially since it was my buddy's first time here. * he ended up pulling first with a girl who actually approached him which I thought was suppose to be against house rules as we are suppose to make first moves at Thermae. * Anyway, I ended up pulling a slim but taller than average Thai girl and when she quoted 3000 be, I countered with 2500 which she accepted. * We went up to my room at Ruamchitt Hotel where I was staying and almost immediately the red flags appeared.

By that, every first timer wants to go there, Thermae now, Patpong way back when. Just because of all the hype. And I'd encourage them to go, telling them there are better places. BUT, if they didn't go, back home, when asked how was Thermae / Patpong, if they answered "didn't go", then the [I]never-beens[/I] would say they hadn't seen the [I]REAL[/I] P4P scene. Just easier to go, then be able to say, been there, done that.
