Happy to help. In Jakarta, using MiChat (not Wechat) I've found young, eager girls who were available to meet me pretty much immediately. Pretty much 24/7. In Bangkok you can get much further socially with just English which will make it easier to get a girlfriend or whatever and there is a ton of things to see. Bali has a lot going on but the monger scene there is completely different and generally much more expensive than in Jakarta or even Bangkok. However, if you are going to be in Jakarta longer term and can at least learn some basic Indonesian Jakarta is the much better place to be.
