On the second floor you'll find a number of massage places which I think are mostly legitimate, but there is also a place called D-Cup which is a fashion health shop.My Japanese is very basic but they didn't kick me out: they explained they have one girl who deals in gaijins and as luck would have it she was in the evening I called. Japan is not a banana republic.It's a lot more likely that one (or more) of the girls was put off for one reason or other by a gaijin customer and threatened to quit. Since supply is always less than demand for attractive girls in this line of work, the manager probably ran the numbers and - regrettably - put up the red light for gaijin.
