No idea about price, I prefer my place instead.
To answer the original question, Nana Plaza used to have short-time rooms at the top roughly where Butterflies is, 7 ish years ago. Now if you want a ST room the girls bring you to White Orchid Inn, about a 3-4 minute walk from Nana Plaza entrance, 300 baht.

A better ST option is Atlas on Soi 7/1 for a few baht more.
It has been my experience that the Nana Plaza gogo girls prefer to go to my hotel.
I like Pattaya's GC's like Heavens Above, Cat Flaps, Passion because all the action is on site. No need to leave.

I could use a second opinion on this: -- I was possibly set up by an underage girl. One month ago, I was walking back to my apartment near NANA and while walking past Thermae a cute girl approached. I was a bit drunk but asked her how old she was and how much for short time. She said she was 22 and wanted 2,000. We agreed and she walked with me to my condo. Once in the room, things didn't go well. She wanted payment in advance and asked me if I was taking pictures or recording. Once undressed, she started complaining about pain from a UTI. We didn't have intercourse but messed around unsatisfactorily. She took her phone with her to bed. Was she recording? After about 15 min, I said we should stop and told her that she didn't do what we had agreed to and should refund me 1,000 Baht. She became upset and gave me back the 2,000 and then said she was going to call somebody and call the police because she was only 17. I gave her the 2,000 back and apologized. I walked her down to the street and she disappeared. There are lots of CCTV cameras in the condo I was renting. Should I be worried? I left the next day to go to Phuket and left BKK one week later. I confess that I was worried that I would be detained at the airport but I wasn't. I'm sort of afraid to go back to Thailand in case she was working with the Police to shake down foreigners. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
