Cebu is a great destination for normal, dating site girls. Ofcourse if on meeting they might not be interested in you irrespective of what they promised in chat. It is not cebu proper but you can get girls surrounding provinces including whole leyte area girls to come to cebu. If they come to cebu things are sort of guaranteed. Local cebu girls will leave if they do not like you.
I have not taken any P4P girls in Cebu or frequented bars except for a couple of drinks. Mainly because my normal girls have kept me happy and good companionship.
In Manila the girls icluding normal girls seem to have more choices and are jaded by big city life, not naive like province girls. Because Manila is expensive city to live in they expect and want more support and expensive gifts.
Ofcourse they know about all the latest gadgets.
Going to smaller province towns is not a good idea. Even the girls want to protect their reputation even if they live far away. Seen with a older foreign man is still taboo for a young girl.
So the best way is to fly her to cebu. If it works it will be great. Ofcourse there will be some dissappointments but overall you have not spent much on air-ticket or remuneration.
Sammon I agree with your report except for one thing. Yes the province is very different but it's not taboo for a young girl to be with an older man. As long as its a serious relationship. Girls just don't want to bring someone there that is going to be gone in a couple months or going to hit on her friends. Foreigners are very welcome in the provinces and I'm talking in the deep province where quite a few people haven't had interaction with a foreigner. But of course you have to watch yourself anywhere you go, like in my case, their are some serious admirers of my girl and I can tell 2 or 3 don't like me. But the rest love me so no worries!

On Friday fire destroyed the Gaisano Capital building located in Colon. When fire crews first arrived at the building they were refused entry by "some unidentified men" as thick black smoke poured from the main floor and receiving area.
The fire raged for more than 18hrs with fire crews unable to gain access to the upper floors of the 7 story structure due to heat and thick smoke. The breakdown of all three aerial ladder trucks available within the general Cebu City area made the fire more difficult to control.
No one was injured but an estimated 1000 employees are now without a job so if anyone has a honey or chatmate working there expect a message asking you to play santa.
The breakdown of all three aerial ladder trucks available within the general Cebu City area made the fire more difficult to control.
I have worked for the UN and they have a safety manual for travellers in SE Asia.
One piece of advice is to always stay in rooms on 6th floor or lower because fire brigades in SE Asian cities rarely have ladders that will extend beyond the 4th to 6th floore.
In this case it seems even that wouldn't have been safe if the fire had been in a residential building because the ladders were all broken.

I arrived back in Cebu Christmas Eve on the Cathay flight from HK. Arrivals was very smooth and quick for a change and apart from waiting 40 minutes for my luggage no other hassles. Daisy and the kids were waiting to meet me and before long we were in a taxi heading to the Waterfront in Lahug. Hotel is still busy over Christmas though there are not many Westerners here at the moment, it is mainly Koreans. Breakfast was entertaining this morning, I was having breakfast with Daisy's kids watching some obese Korean kid about 11 years old throwing a tantrum.
I left Daisy and the kids with money to buy dinner last night and I headed off to do some exploring alone. I met a couple of DIA dates, one at the Metro Colon Street and the other at the Metro in Mandaue. Got myself a bit confused as both appointments were within the space of one hour and as they were both at different places called Metro, at one point I forgot who was who.
Met both girls and the usual entourage that accompanied them and although cute I was only interested in them if they were going to open up their legs that night. Both girls were not typical DIA contacts, they were more interested in dating than fucking and will require a little more work than I was prepared to invest at the moment.
I went for a walkabout in Colon Street and surrounding area last night at around 11. Most shops were shut but Colon Street had been closed to traffic and there was a massive thriving street market. Lots of people around and quite a few young hookers who approached me but they were typical street girls and not really to my taste.
I went to Jonquera at about midnight and was hounded by 3 street pimps who would not leave me alone. In the end I settled outside one of the shacks with a female pimp and shared a beer with her. I was introduced to about 10 young girls all questioningly hovering around the 18 mark but again nothing took my fancy. I spent about 45 minutes watching the world go by and then took a stroll into the heart of Jonquera. There was an impromtu disco going full blast with lots of people about all having a good time. Absolutely no problems even though I was alone I felt safe but I was sober and as always fully alert.
I then took a cab to Mango Square, it seemed business as usual and I took a stroll into Juliannas or whatever it is now called. Quite busy inside, an SM light cost 60 pesos and with a 100 peso cover charge it was not too bad. Mainly Korean girls inside and not many pros or semi pros that I could see.
There were some old faces outside, regular girls I seem to see everytime I am in town. The cafe opposite was very busy, with lots of older Western guys sipping coffees and beers alone and looking quite miserable. All the bars up the road were closed, Vikings, Hot Lips etc.
I have quite a few DIA appointments lined up for today (Christmas Day). I thought it might be difficult to meet girls over the holiday period but so far it does not seem to have had any adverse effect. I think Ayalla Mall is still open today, I hope so as I have a few dates lined up!
Merry Christmas to all my fellow Mongers

Cebu at Christmas
Hey Mortman,
I am in Cebu from Christmas day for 3 days. Do you know if the Mango St bars are open Christmas night (25th) or if not, when they will be open again?
Snow.

I have no idea but if I was a betting man I would wager a very large amount of money on the bars being shut again tonight. I will probably head back there tonight anyway at least Mango Square seems to be business as usual. Both SM and Ayalla malls were absolutely brimming with people today, it all seems so strange when compared to the UK where everything literally shuts down on Christmas day.
Ended up with an 18 year old girl I met last night outside Robinsons in the early hours. Very very shy, I thought she was a street hooker at first but that was not possible given her acute shyness. She was with her sister and friend and I arranged to meet them again outside Robinsons this afternoon. After some negotiation with her sister I arranged for her to come to my hotel for 1000 pesos.
Well when I say my hotel I was referring to the Queensland! Paid my 350 for the room which by the way had completely been refurbished to a high standard. The towels were freshly laundered and sealed in polythene, but they still looked like rags I would wash my car with back home. Can't see the point of refurbishing a room to such a high standard and then providing towels that look like they belong in some back street 200 peso slum *****house.
Erica was tiny with a very very tight pussy that took some playing with to get her ready, but she was more than eager and willing once I started to penetrate her. I was not in the mood for a long passionate sex session nor was I interested in giving pleasure and climbed aboard missionary style for what may have lasted a few minutes at most. This was sex at its most basic and primitive form with me climaxing very quickly.....well it has been a few days!
Taxi back to Robinsons where I dropped off Erica where her friends were waiting eagerly for her to buy dinner with her new found wealth of 1000 pesos. I just felt relieved and contented and headed back to see Daisy and the kids at the Waterfront!
It was Gaisano South across from McDo not Gaisano Metro. See details.
At sunstar cebu online.
Yes that's correct and at the same time the fire was burning inside Gaisano, fire also broke out inside the McDo! The restaurant was full of people and it appears a generator overheated. LOL, fortunately there were alot of firemen around to put the fire out quickly in McDo.
Many are speculating that the Gaisano fire is suspicious because of the timing. The main office is located on the upper floors and all the tax records for 2011 went up in smoke. Now they can rebuild new for next to nothing and only remit a low-ball tax estimation. The same owner is involved with white gold club located on lower Mango. That building went up in flames long ago and was never rebuilt and now stands as a empty shell awaiting a condo developer to come knocking on the door.
Fire is a daily event in the Philippines and it touches many lives. The electrical standards are non-existant and everything is just good enough to work so no one questions or looks into the future to what can happen.

Welcome back to Cebu.
What Queensland did you go to? V. Rama or one of the two locations on lower Mango between CC City Health and the white gold corner? I heard Queensland is now asking for the 3hr room fee up front. Can you confirm?

For the record, all the bars were open last night except for Loan Star Saloon which is closed 23, 24 and 25 which means it is open tonight.
The bars and clubs around Mango Sq all seem to be open as well.
There is a big club at the back called "J Ave". Is this Julianas?
Snow.

Met up with WR another well known ISG member for drinks at Bo's on the terrace of Ayalla today. I also had arranged to meet a DIA date at the same place, someone I had never met on cam and someone I had only exchanged mail with a couple of times. Half way through our drinks, 18 year old Cherry arrived. She was very slim and very cute, not in a beautiful way but in a fresh innocent looking sort of way if that makes sense. She seemed very shy but soon got chatting and it turns out she has been having sex since the age of 13. Her first foreigner was a Korean at the age of 15 and she has not looked back since. It is amazing how some of these girls can appear quite innocent until you get chatting to them, however the giveaway with this girl was a large but tasteful tatoo above her right breast and clearly visible through the skimpy top she was wearing. A tatoo on a girl is often a good indication that she has been round the block more than a few times!
I normally run a mile when I see a a tatoo it has always been the one thing that turns me off women. However Cherry was an endearing girl and I took a shine to her immediately, as did WR. She would not win any beauty contests but she was still a lovely cute girl.
Anyway I cut short my meeting with WR and headed back to the hotel with my new found friend. I had to temporarily evict Daisy and the kids from the room so I had the place to myself and then we got down to business. Both of us showered and within minutes we were on the bed in a naked embrace, towels left in a wet pile by the edge of the bed.
Cherry wasted no time at all and started sucking my nipples, before gradually moving down to suck my now hard and throbbing cock. She interspersed the sucking to come up briefly and French kiss me in the mouth. I then pushed her onto the bed on her back and began kissing her body all over and then sucking her nipples and she was getting visibly excited, breathing more heavily as I moved to her small tits and nipples. I began sucking them delicately at first before sucking more strongly. Cherry had a beatiful body, perfectly toned with not one ounce of fat anywhere. Enough was enough and after about 15 minutes of this I was in no mood to wait any further, I pushed her on her back and mounted her wet pussy, sliding in slowly and building up a steady and slow rythym. I lasted about 7-8 minutes before exploding (yes I would not win any sexual marathons) and my excuse is that I did not want Daisy and the kids to be kept waiting for the room. I settled back to relax and chat for a few minutes. A very quick joint shower followed, we got dressed and took a taxi back to Ayalla. I gave her 1000 and took her for a pizza before sending her on her way. She is coming back tomorrow with a student friend of hers so I hope to have more fun tomorrow. Have given WR the number of Cherry I hope he has as much fun as I did during our brief encounter.
Met back up with WR at his hotel for a drink where he introduced me to one of his (many) female friends. Probably one of the best looking girls I have ever seen...,period! I am not exagerrating when I say that this girl could easily work at the best up market Korean clubs in town and still outshine many of the girls there. WR you are one lucky SOB
Don you have me so excited about my virgin trip to Cebu. You talk like it is a holy grail or something. Then to read that you were disappointed and thought you wasted your time with those chicks? There are guys who spend much more for a back crack and jack. Is there something I am missing here? To me it reads like it was time and money well spent. I especially like how you did not give Ms C any taxi money because she didn't do anything. This shows you are not a cream puff guy.
What can I say, VALUE FOR MONEY absolutely. The thing is I was looking for sex, for the first time ever in phils I spent a night alone and to say that I was frustrated its just an understatement. Few guys here picked it up I think I went to cebu with the wrong attitude. I treated Ms M like a common AC bar girl and she wasn't. It was a major fuck up the night before and when I set up the meeting with Ms B after few messages on DIA and a phone conversation I though I did well. When I saw the 3 I though I did really well. I was up only to be let down during lunch, poor conversation that kind of led me to believe I am not going to get anywhere. Then up again walking down the mall each one taking turns to kiss and hold me, up again in the room when they started striping without even been asked to do so then down when they didn't want to fuck or even suck (with the exception of Ms D. Like the entire trip it was a constant battle of ups and downs. I didn't get what I wanted but yeah I agree with you anywhere else in the world any other time even in phils this would have been one great experience. Even now when I think about it, it was enjoyable. I guess it wasn't what I was looking for at the time.
Good luck in Cebu. Its very different to Manila or AC, never the less its still fun.
