You're right, this is a very informative thread. But the good providers do seem to move around and change their names a bit more than I am used to.

I just want to take this opportunity to touch on Rebeca Diniz, who I have seen a couple of times in the last few months - once earlier this year and again fairly recently. She is mentioned extensively on this board but I won't be returning to see her as I didn't like some aspects of the meetings.
