Only thing is the date you want is at peak period and from experience, the Apex hotel is Always 100% booked at that time because of cheap price there. Suggest you go online and book something for 1-2 nites and walk around (including the Apex and check if there are no- shows, then room could be yours).

I have been trying to dig out this information about Mercure hotel (accor chain of hotels) in soi 15. But I am not able to find any. Would appreciate your inputs on the same. I and my friend are travelling to Pattaya and each of us have a double room booked. So I hope getting back girls to hotel should not be a problem. If anybody has any experiences the other way around. Please let me know your feedback.

I am leaving for Patts tomorrow and even now its not that easy to find a nice room.
Flipper is fully booked, except some Twin rooms, which you dont want.

I will start at Eastiny for a few nights at the 7th floor and then shift to Bangsaen, close and quiet.

My only advice for Kimo: Come earlier, or later, but do not arrive on 31 Dec. I really cant understand you thought it would be easy to get a room on New Years Eve. Try outside Patts, as other members adviced, whereever you stay, its always close! Never far from the action.

Does anybody know where I can find a list of hotels that have on site fishbowls or low key bars with girls. Sometimes its just good to be able to get some without the effort of going out.

Pattaya dont really have FB hotels, as MPs are very limited in numbers there. For low key bars with girls, just walk out of your hotel entrance and chances are there will be several waiting for you- like you said, without much effort.

The Diamond Beach Hotel near walking street offers body massage with fish bowl on the lobby floor. Grand Sole also used to have a fish bowl but that was many years ago. I have not heard much about that hotel and I doubt they still have a fish bowl.

Try to avoid their restuarant, you will find cheeper and better outside the hotelarea.

Re: Grand Sole. There is still a massage place on the grounds I believe, just to the left as you are entering but I have not used it myself. A friend seemed to enjoy his time there though............

A better and cheaper approach in my opinion though is to take phone numbers when you are out and about at night. That girl you talked to last night and wanted to go with you will come a running in many cases when you put in a call to her. Assuming it's not high season anyway.

I just got back from Patts. My mate wanted to stay in Sandy Springs in Soi 13, but it was booked out. However, there were at least another 5 hotels closeby, and others in Soi 12, 13/1, etc. etc. So I don't think finding a room in Pattaya in Oct/Nov. is that much of a problem.

Most were under 1500 per night. Depends on what you're after.

I have a budget of $ 50-75 a night and looking for a decent girl friendly hotel in Pattaya, must be close to action.FYI this is going to be my first time in Pattaya. Kindly recommend me a few hotels to choose from.

I have RTFF upto last 15 pages but could not decide on any.

I am into white ladies, can you also please recommend some pick up places of other nationalaties than Thai.

Going back to LOS in either April, Or May. Im staying for a month, I plan on spending a week in BKK to meet some friends from past trips, and from there plan on hitting Patt for 2 solid weeks of what we all go to patt for. Ive been twice but both times I brought "sand" to the beach from Bkk. (non working girl) She handled all the particulars, hotels, taxis and such. Flying solo, Im thinking of staying at the Dynasty Inn. But reading just the first page here I noticed alot of other hotels that seem more fun. Since im on a budget I would like the most bang for my buck, So if theres anywhere else I should consider booking please let me know.

Go in may and the prices are lower - sawasdee does a promo 15 days for 10 (ok not the greatest but OK in my book for solid value)

LK Mansion is a dump IMO and LK Metropole is a very nice hotel.

the Sabai Inn is quite nice and cheap, just 800 baht and absolutely girl-friendly. No extra charge, even if you bring back more than just one girl :)
Rooms are clean with electronic in-room safe. Staff is very nice too. They have have no pool but you can use the pool of their sister hotel Sabai Lodge just across the street. Prime location, soi 2 opposite Big C. try to get a room with window facing the sea in case you mind the noise from the soi 2 bars.
