Not being a fan of small crowded places I've avoided it previously around 8 pm to 10 pm based on the numbers I saw outside, assuming inside it was heaving. Did you make a lap around the place and observe all of the girls standing along the sides? This is where the younger and more attractive girls are standing, with the better ones (in my opinion) standing on the left side as you enter. It may have been an extremely bad night that you visited but in all hours of the night I've never seen less than 50 ladies inside Thermae.

We could start with the doorman, in reality they are anything but burly. Yes they'll direct you to buy a drink which let's face it all bars expect you to do I. E. Buy a drink but I've always found them to be real friendly and super efficient in there as well.
