Landed in Bangkok airport on 26th November with good hard cash just for mongering.

My Stay. Parkroyal suites, Near Nana BTS I booked 2 different rooms based on my activities planned.

5 days in their cheapest room possible as I would mostly go out and enjoy the trip. Plus needed to click lot of pictures for the family and not just stay focused on mongering from day 1.

Day 1 and 2 - Lot of Shopping at Terminal 21 and Icon siam mall.

Day 3 - Muay Thai Boxing (Best Experience alone).

Day 4 - River Cruise Dinner (Took a Thai Friendly girl) After the Cruise took the girl back to my hotel and banged her twice. She was typically not a freelancer which worked in my favor. Lot of DFK and 2 fucks for just 2000. Same girl quoted 3000 when contacted on Instagram.

Day 5. Tried Thermae but it reeked of Koreans and Chinese spoiling the rate cards offering even 5 k for 1 hour for average birds. So I left and started inviting Outcall massage to my room Outcall.

Nana BTS is walking distance around 250 meters. Was very easy to reach from the Airport using ARL+BTS combo.

I scored many birds who usually live nearby and some of them even joined me early morning for my morning boner, just because it was very close from their place.

Back to Nana Plaza and Sukhumvit after a long absence of a few years. Such a disappointment!! In the gogos the quality has seriously gone down. Gone is the time when myriad of girls in their early 20's would do anything to be taken out of the bar for a very reasonable retribution. Nowadays it is women in their 30's, with body figures probably appealing more to the Subcontinent and Middle East patrons. Very little nudity on stage. I suppose because the customers have changed, therefore the "products" have adapted the market. The odd young, slim, pretty ones can still be found of you look carefully, but would ask ridiculous price, and judging by their attitude you are not even sure to be rewarded for splashing big bucks on them. Or, very likely, they will drink with you as much as you want but when it comes to pay bar time, they will decline the offer politely, because that's not what they are here for. Back on Sukhumvit at night, same impression. 80% of katoys, the rest is plumpy women in their 40's. Best is probably some African girls who are in their 20's and can be fun. Choose carefully.

I think I'll pass that part of Thailand for another few years, before my curiosity calls me back to check if any more deterioration.

One last word from an old "Senior member" if I may, after reading posts below. DO NOT, under any circumstances, ever pay money upfront! Pay your bar fine, but you MUST pay the lady after the deed. This is not China or Japan. This is Thailand, this is how we do here, it has always worked well, based on mutual trust, and it must keep that way, for everyone' benefit. If they refuse, just walk away. If they ask why, tell them Erik said. They know me. Gogos, BJ bars, street girls, same rule. The only exception would be in massage parlors, where you pay at the counter before the walk to the room, God knows why. I had listed out about half a dozen questions for my research of First ever International Trip. Mongering or otherwise. I am of Indian origin and I live in United States.

My research and overall trip reports from number of mongers don't align with what you just wrote. I was under the impression that at GoGo bars / Beer Bars, establishments where you have to BF (bar fine) the ladies, you need to pay bar fine + her fee upfront. Unless you have established lot of street cred with the establishments. I guess you have to be a frequent monger. If you want to tip her extra that can be done after the deed. I am told the mamasaan will pay her based on their internal arrangement.

Am I wrong? Has my research been faulty?

I had 3 of them and all of them were open to FS for 2500-3000 Baht. You have to ask for it. Don't wait till the last 15-20 minutes. Then it won't be worth paying 2500 just for 15-20 minutes of boom boom.

They don't explicitly advertise about extra service and it made me take their service thinking it will be very good massage that too at the comfort of my own hotel room which was very good cosy. Massage was damn good and will take it again and again.

One advice, do not take 4 hands massage thinking of very good porn like threesome. LOL.

I landed in BKK later afternoon. As I didn't prepare the TDAC, I took a longer time to arrive at the Eleven Hotel on SOI 7. After some Pad Thai and I headed out to Nana. The normal way is to pay the barfine and the drinks (yours and the ladydrinks you offered her) when you leave the bar and you give her fee when you have finished with her in the room, before she leaves you. Of course you should enquire with her (only with her, don't involve the mama in price negotiations) the amount she is expecting to receive from you before agreeing to barfine her.

If you're asked to pay everything upfront there's a great risk that the girl will give you a low level service, best thing is to walk away from these kind of deals.

The fact you're of Indian origins might change everything (they might not trust you), but for everybody else, that's how it works.
