Newb Guide to Lisbon.

Hey folks, just came back from Lisbon and want to thank everyone for sharing the info. It was invaluable, as always.

Since I was a complete newb, and still mostly a newb, I figured I might be a good guy to write a quick summary guide for other newbs trying to figure Lisbon out. I don't believe there are sticky threads unfortunately, but you can reference this post by URL with post number in it. I don't think "reports of distinction" is being used much, otherwise I'd submit it as a candidate for one.

Lisbon is a great city for our hobby, but can be a bit confusing to navigate at first. Prostitution is legal, but can't be advertised too much and brothels are not legal unfortunately.
