You can spend up to a couple hours in lines upon arrival and departure for check in, security, and immigration. Even if you are "Fast Track" eligible. AND to Aries Massage Bangkok can be up to an hour drive. Going back at rush hour can be even longer. My advice is find a shop near the airport if you have limited time.
