The impacts financially are one thing, and can be horrendos, but the emotional and psychological damage to the children can be far worse.

I'm going to bet, that some here, might agree that the best thing they got out of being married where children, at least that's my personal experience being married and divorced with two children.

Of course the key is in determining the "fair amount. " It's like when the Democrats say that "rich" people need to pay their "fair share. " Don't be a sucker and assume that what they ask for is "fair. " Maybe it's fair to them, but not fair to you based on the market. I agree that they want a nice guy who will not hurt or abuse them. Especially if there is a good possibility of repeat business. Fuck Davivienda! I spent almost an hour at the bank asking them to return my 1. 000.000 mil they stole form my bank but not spit money out. I checked "Decline banks exchange rate" and said the transaction was successful but did not spit any money at me. I have capital one so called them and the transaction went through on there end and the rep said the ATM should have gave you money. After using google translate with some manager at the Davivienda bank almost an hour did they tell me they will credit the account but my take 7-10 bussiness days. Still recieved no answer why ATM did that. I'm not the only one, other people have been scammed a couple years ago by same bank. Careful of Davivienda bank.

I almost requested 2 mil. The good thing is it gave me a receipt saying transaction not received. Went back the next day and was able to get it back from security.

You are digging a hole that becomes deeper and deeper as you get older. On the other hand, if you have already passed the time threshold or are wealthy enough, then waiting does not have the same issue as in a shorter marriages, let's say less than 10 years.

One day she told me that she got her original cedula and we arranged the cita. She arrived and front desk called me and said they won't let her in because the cedula is fake. When I later asked them what was wrong they told me that original cedula was issued to a MAN with different name. I know for sure that she's not underaged, so I don't know what her intentions were to use the fake cedula, but couple of my friends had her and that cedula passed "inspection" in Energy Living and couple other places. I also know at least 2 chicas that were using their older sister's cedulas and were banging gringos at 16 and 17 and one that is 18 already but didn't get her cedula yet and using her friend's cedula.

P.S. It reminds me of the "perfect" ID (from the states though).

I went thru this when divorcing with two teenagers at the time, and there are "scars" in the sense of very bad memories my children haven't been able to completely get beyond due to errors by both me and my ex-spouse. And marriage length his huge, but everybody goes a different route as to handle if and when to divorce. And I remember working and meeting guys going thru a divorce who had children, and I remember a sports event with my daughter at around 12 years old at a Park where a couple were going thru a divorce and fighting in front of their kids and other parents. Some really ugly stuff goes on and my bet is there are several others who can attest to this.

Fast forward to one year after I divorced about twenty years ago and I show up at the Del Rey in San Jose Costa Rica on my maiden mongering foray.

Oh my god, what a fucking eye opener that was. Not only the women who worked there at the time, but how many guys where showing up there who were in the throes of divorce. And after sampling the Colombians there for a year I finally started coming here!

It gets corrected in the end but you may have to inform your bank. When I got home, the money was still withdrawn from my bank account. I emailed my bank and they said they would look into it and temporarily gave me back the money. After a week or so, I got another email saying that the money credit was permanent and all is well.

She has already been seen a number of gringos. I told her I would wait for her to turn 18 because I don't want any trouble. Another girl told me that she could bring her sister's cedula. Well, at least the girls are honest enough to tell me that they are not 18.

I have had a number of guys on this website who ask me for the names of some of my favorite Facebook girls in Medellin. These are my thoughts about that type of request from anonymous strangers who I have never met.

It takes me a lot of time and effort to find the type of girls that I am interested in. Then there is trial and error in seeing these girls and some are good and some are not. Over four trips, the girls who are good to me end up on my list of favorites. After each trip, I am back on the hunt looking for new girls when I am home for my next trip.

So basically guys want the results of all this time and effort in exchange for me basically nothing more than thanks bro.

So there's not a lot in it for me to share this type of information but I have done so for guys that I have actually meet on the ground who are struggling with Facebook girls and for my real friends in exchange for some meals and drinks. Instead people would rather be greedy and make the lawyers rich. Then some people just do not know any better. I was talking to a coworker the other day that paid a lawyer $115,000 when she got a divorce. Her ex took her to court on contempt charges and she paid even $7,000 more for the lawyer to show up to court with her. I tried to explain to her how she was out of her mind and could have done it her damn self but she insisted she needed to be ripped off. My divorce only cost me the $55 it was to file the initial petition.

Emotional and psychological damage only happens when people have jackazzes for parents. When my mom and dad got divorced my dad still came to see me and my brother everyday when he finished work. The only difference for us was that he did not sleep there. My dad has been remarried for almost 40 years but he still goes to some events on my mom's side of the family even when she does not go and my mom still goes to events on my dad's side of the family.

A couple days ago I turned 51 and me, my mom, dad, and brother went to lunch and my mom paid for it all. My mom and have have always known that what matters is their children. No matter how much my dad was behind on child support she never stopped him from seeing his kids. Even after my brother turned 18 my dad still owed money for child support and the state was trying to go after him. My mom told them to forget about that, the kids are grown already.
