There's likely to be 1000 alone working in the Nana Plaza establishments.
Add another 1000 plus working Soi Nana (Soi 4) bars, massage, and freelancers.
Also another 1000 working along the Soi Sukhumvit walking strip as freelancers and bar girls (think inside Thermae as well), and include Soi 5, Soi 7, Soi 7/1, Soi 8 and and Soi 11.
