Nana Plaza. I visited some of the Rainbow clubs, Billboards, Butterflies, Angel witch, On top and one or two others. Bar fine was typically 700 B with ST at 4,000 B. Beers were about 150-160 B for Chang / Singha. Pulled some hotties from a different club each night and had a great time with each of them. Some places were extra loud and crazy. Saw two different americans making it rain by flinging $1 bills around and buying lady drinks for the 3-4 girls with them - either Billboards or Butterflies - had revolving stage. Also witnessed some guys from India, mad that they had gone into a lady boy bar, almost start a fight with security guards trying to get them to leave. Luckily the calmer ones were able to get the more angry ones to leave.

Soi Cowoby. Stopped by Tilac, Bacarra, Cowboy two and maybe some others. Bar fines were 1,000 B and girls asking for 3,000-4,000 B for ST. Beers were more expensive than at Nana and ran about 180-190 B. Also pulled some choice girls from these places and had a great time with them. I avoided the rip off "arab" bars. Rio, Deja Vu, Midnight, etc. While those seemed to have the best looking girls standing outside of them, the girls were super aggressive in trying to get guys to come inside, and were clearly dead inside. Thermae. Had been there before, doing a lap but never pulled a girl from there until now. Had a mix up on my hotel dates and realized I needed a place for two nights during my stay in Bangkok. Booked a room at the Night hotel (formerly dream hotel) on Soi 15 about 3 min walk from Thermae. Hotel was fine. Although it consists of two buildings across the street from each other. One has the restaurant, other building has the roof top pool and small gym. Thermae girls all were familiar with this hotel and had no issues with the short walk there.

Couple of tips for Thermae that improved my experience there - 1) The girls all seem to have their own particular spots. Standing in the same place each night. I kept that in mind when I returned there on subsequent nights as it made it easier to find gems I had previously scouted, but had not selected on prior nights. 2) Instead of doing a continuous lap around the place, you can bail out of the lap and chill in the center part of the place, drinking and surveying the girls in peace. After coming in and buying your drink, about a 1/3 of the way down the left wall, you can cut into the center area and stand behind the counter top that the girls are leaning up against. This allows you to look over the girls in the front 1/3 of the bar. Those along the initial left wall that you just walked past, those along the other wall that you will walk past as you finish a lap, and also those standing by the front door. Was able to stand there, drink my beer in peace and survey the scene. Example. Had initial walked past a cute little thing as I started the lap, who looked like a part timer trying to earn a little extra money. Bailed out of doing the lap and went into the center area behind her. Could then see she had a large back tattoo and tattoos on the back of her legs. Clearly NOT a part timer.

You can also bail out of doing a lap just before making the right turn along the back wall, as there are some tables there a few meters from the back wall. Was able to stand there (out of the "lap lane") drinking and looking over the girls in the back wall area and by the stair well area. You can also walk into the back stair well area. Which leads to the bathrooms and a back entrance to the associated hotel, and look over the girls in the stairwell area from the stairs behind them. Then, when coming back down towards the front door, about 1/3 of the way down, you can again cut into the center and stand behind the countertop. This allows you to survey the girls in the back 1/3 of the bar. Both along the initial left wall that you walked past initially and also the right wall as you head towards the front door. I found that this greatly improved my time there. Getting out of the lap "rush hour" loop, was able to better check out the girls, and to drink in peace. Unlike Nana or Cowboy, where you can party, chat up the girls (with the required lady drinks) and then bar fine a girl, if you want, Thermae seems more like "a store" where you go there, look over the girls and select one if something catches your eye, and then leave with her. No lady drinks, no real chit chat. Just discussed price and services wanted with her, and she either agrees, or passes. (Also saw some girls quoting guys ridiculous prices, perhaps as a polite way of saying "no". Like I said, I had never picked up a girl from Thermae in my prior trips, but once I adopted this mindset, and used these tips, I enjoyed this break from the typical gogo club scene and was able to find some gems each night.

I went for the first time tonight. It was jampacked with probably over 150 FLs / semi-pros. I would say. About 60% are for sure sexy enough to pique my interest.
