Because she will pick a girl that she knows and is comfortable with.
Asking 2 girls from TF who don't know each other to come to your hotel, can work out just fine or be a total disaster. It's not recommended, I think.

Also: tell the girls in advance what you expect from them, and be very specific. For example:
