Curious how you all do it for dinner though? Is it normal to eat alone? Any good places to handle that solitude?

Then buy a drink at Baccara or Crazy House (which is actually on Soi 23) and call it good.

As for attire, just about anything goes, including a baseball cap. It goes without saying that being freshly shaved and showered is a must. I carry breath mints and/or gum -- which I use frequently and give away to the girls. Finally, I'm a big fan of good cologne, and I'm surprised by how often the girls compliment me on it.

What is the purpose? Agree with people gawking, just seemed stupid to me. But I guess they want pictures to post on IG on their exotic vacation.

Except maybe at high-end restaurants. But in the Sukhumvit area there are mostly budget and medium range restaurants, where you will see many mongers and also Thai people eating alone.

In my opinion it is one of the main reasons Nana is soo much more comfortable to spend an evening in compared to Cowboy. They keep the pan handlers and bootleggers out. They age check the women. They even have a knack for screening out the large groups of men who are obviously there to look but not spend. Net result; no over crowding, usually always a seat available, and people watching is undisturbed. Compare that with the chaos of Cowboy. Fake watch men bothering you every 15 minutes and tourists with live streaming cameras strapped their hats walking around. Hell, I was sitting street-side with a beer one night and some moron on a bike came roaring down the street and mowed down a whole bunch of people. Whether it was deliberate or an accident I could not tell. Whats crazy is that after a few screams the street just snapped back to normal within a few minutes like nothing happened. No police, no ambulance nothing. People just got back up and kept on doing whatever. If I go to Cowboy it's in and out. No hanging about. Cowboy needs a checkpoint at both ends. Don't get me started on Pattaya. Odds are you will see one or two people on crutches and you can be sure that they didn't arrive to Pattaya that way. My head is constantly on a swivel while in Pattaya and thats not my idea of relaxing.

So I was looking up Seeking profiles in Bangkok / Phuket and was absolutely gobsmacked by the sheer quality of SB's there (especially European / Russian ones). Each one better than the other, all selfie verified.

I'm planning a trip about a month later and I wanted to know the ballpark range for PPM for a 3-4 HR meet, especially for European / Russian / South American SB's!

I have taken notes from previous posters on which "Arab Bars" to avoid on Soi Cowboy. So I have already acquainted myself with the scams that go on over there like bill padding etc. Some of those bars on my list to avoid are [B]Nice Girls, Deja Vu, Midnite and Venus.[/B] I might venture into the general area of Soi Cowboy since I am told that Terminal 21 Asok is a good place to hang out and they actually got good food.

Hygiene and grooming goes without saying, and as a matter of fact, I always carry with me box of Altoid mints on me whenever going on a date in the US.
