I like Sauna Palace in San Borja, located in a more commercial and upscale area, best. Sauna Palace is a little more expensive but a lot better. The facilities are older, of course, Onsen21 is a fairly new establishment, but it offers better service; a better steam room, a better dry room, a better pool, a much better restaurant, and many other services such as hairdressing, manicures, pedicures, and, of course, massages. But, while at Onsen you can get a girl to take her clothes off, although for the same price you'd pay an outcall for full service, at Palace there's nothing beyond the massage, nothing at all.
