that's why you should have taken a double treatment for both clamydia and gonorrhea anyway. like coma said the big problem of clamydia is that sometime is asymptomatic .in case you don't have symptoms the only way to find out if you get clamydia is the urethral swab test and a blood test.despite clamydia is not a virus it produces antibodies (igg, igm).for the first time vd's catcher (not my case) calmydia will show itself with symptoms like light swab (in the morning) , hitching sensation in the urethra and burning when [CodeWord111].best antibiotics for killing clamydia belong to macrolides family:
erythromycin,azythromycin,iosamycin,roxithromicin.....commercial brand name : zythromax,erythrocyn,iosalide,rulid,etc....
dosage : 600 mg. on empty stomach every 6 hours for 2 weeks and you will kill clamydia straight away !! i know it very well, trust me.
i have been away from these forums for a while. i have symptoms and have been living with it. i gave up.
gonorrhea
gonorrhea gonococcal infection (clap, drip)
gonorrhea is:
an infection that is spread through sexual contact with another person
caused by a bacterium, neisseria gonorrhoeae
second only to chlamydial infections in the number of reported cases.
the gonorrhea germs are found in the mucous areas of the body:
genital tract
penis
rectum
throat
vagina
in women
the opening (cervix) to the womb (uterus) from the birth canal is the first place of infection
the disease can spread into the womb and fallopian tubes, resulting in pelvic inflammatory disease (pid) which can cause infertility in up to 10% of infected women and tubal (ectopic) pregnancy
risk groups
any person who is sexually active can be infected with gonorrhea
common among younger people, ages 15-30, who have multiple sex partners
increases in gonorrhea have been found among men who have sex with men
occurs more frequently in urban areas than in rural areas.
transmission
gonorrhea is spread
through sexual contact including:
penis to vagina (infection rate for males 30-50%, females 60-90%)
penis to mouth,
penis to rectum
mouth to vagina
from mother to child as the child passes through the birth canal during delivery causing:
eye infections
in children, usually due to sexual abuse it is found in the:
genital tract
mouth
rectum
other risk factors
an infected person can spread the infection to another area of their body by touching the infected area and transferring the excretions
clothing or wash cloths of infected people can spread the infection
symptoms
in men:
creamy or green, pus-like discharge from the penis
painful urination (burning sensation)
testicular pain
in women:
bleeding between periods
creamy or green, pus-like or bloody vaginal discharge
excessive bleeding during menstrual period
irritation of the vulva
lower abdominal pain
painful intercourse
painful urination (burning sensation)
rectal infection
throat infection
rectal infection:
constipation
creamy, pus-like discharge
itching
painful bowel movement with blood in [CodeWord113]
rectal bleeding
symptoms usually appear 2-7 days after infection in males, but it can sometimes take up to 30 days for symptoms to appear.
often there are no symptoms at all in:
10-15 % of men
80% of women
people with no symptoms are at risk of developing complications from gonorrhea and can unknowingly spread the infection.
from the time of infection gonorrhea can be spread and will continue to be spread until properly treated.
past infection does not make a person im***e to gonorrhea and previous infections with gonorrhea may allow complications to occur more rapidly and increase your risk of getting hiv.
long term complications
in men
epididymitis
an inflammation of the testicles that can cause sterility
in women
abscesses
ectopic pregnancy
a pregnancy outside of the uterus
pelvic inflammatory disease (pid)
an ascending infection that spreads from the vagina and cervix to the uterus and fallopian tubes, which can lead to sterility
perihepatitis
an infection around the liver
sterility
in newborns
gonorrhea can be transmitted to newborns.
diagnosis
many doctors prefer to use more than one test to increase the chance of an accurate diagnosis. there are three laboratory techniques usually used to diagnose gonorrhea:
staining biological samples
staining biological samples directly for the bacterium is carried out by placing on a slide a sample of the discharge from the penis or cervix and staining it with a dye
the doctor can usually give you the test results during the consultation
this test is more accurate for men than women, as only 1 in 2 women with the infection have a positive stain
detection of bacterial genes or nucleic acid (dna) test
detection of bacterial genes or nucleic acid (dna) test is carried out using [CodeWord109] or cervical swabs to detect the genes of the bacteria
this test is often more accurate than culturing the bacteria
treatment
gonorrhea is treated with penicillin or other antibiotics in pill form or by injection, however, the disease is becoming more and more resistant to many standard medications.
antibiotics that are currently used are:
cefixime
ceftriaxone
ciprofloxacin*
ofloxacin*
tetracycline
* the antibiotics ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin should not be taken if you have gonorrhea and are:
pregnant
younger than 18 years old
gonorrhea and chlamydial infection, another common std, often infect people at the same time
a combination of antibiotics is taken which will treat both diseases, such as:
azithromycin
ceftriaxone
doxycycline
all sexual partners should be tested and treated if infected, whether or not they have symptoms of the infection.
if untreated the gonorrhea infection can spread:
into the reproductive tract
and through the bloodstream infecting:
brain (rarely)
heart valves
joints
the most common result of untreated gonorrhea is pelvic inflammatory disease (pid), a serious infection of the female reproductive organs.
gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease (pid) often appears immediately after menstruation and causes:
in women
abscesses
perihepatitis, an infection around the liver, as a long-term complication
scar tissue to form in the fallopian tubes
sterilization in females
the embryo to implant in the tube causing a tubal (ectopic) pregnancy, which can result in miscarriage and sometimes death of the mother
the fertilized egg not to pass into the uterus if the tubes are partially scarred
in men
arthritis
epididymitis, an inflammation of the testicles that can cause sterility in the long term
other organ infections
skin problems
swelling of the testicles and penis
approximately 2% of persons with untreated gonorrhea may develop disseminated gonococcal infection (dgi).
symptoms include:
arthritis type pain
fever
skin lesions

that is what i have right now. my penis has the same stuff coming out of it all the time.
After coming back from BKK I've got tiny little bumps on the head of my penis now. They're really small, like goosebumps. Nothing in particular hurts, and I'm not having any unusual discharges (as far as I know). I saw a doctor immediately after returning and they did basic tests and didn't find anything. I'd had a full test before going which came out clean - I wanted a full test again but the doc said "your full test was fine before, and your basic's fine now so I don't think you have anything to worry about." Still, goosebumps on the penis here.
He gave me some ointment, but I'm still kinda concerned about it. Anyone know what it could possibly be? And how I can get rid of it?
Azure Knight,
sounds like a fungus, but could also be a skin irritiation due to (hopefully) heavy use of rubber condoms. If it doesn't go away within a few days go see another doctor again.
BTW, did your doctor made a smear test ?

Do a google search on HPV or venereal warts - I THINK this is what you've got... along with 50% of the population!
Actually its incredible that venereal warts, caused by the Human Papiloma Virus is so prevalent (50%) and yet not many people aware/concerned about this - what I would consider - widespread epidemic.
I have been away from these forums for a while. I have symptoms and have been living with it. I gave up.
What u mean u're living with it ? Don't underestimate your symptoms, go to a doctor immediately , best thing to do is a swab test to find out what kind of bacterial is responsible for your disharge.Don't worry is not painfull, very easy and fast.If you got problem with it lets go to the pharmacy and buy treatment for both gonnhorea and clamydia so you'll be sure to kill anything.
If you have synptoms since long time already it wil be harder to erase bacterials so I suggest you what I named HIROSHIMA Therapy wich consists taking two different drugs at the same time.
I'm not a doctor I'm just telling u what did work for me and for my friends...None of them has been disappointed with H.Therapy :
TROBICIN 2gr. inj.(Spectinomicin chlorid.) - 1 vial a day for 3 days .(it will erase Neisseria Ghonorrea)
ERYTHROMYCIN 500 mg.tbl. ( Erythrocyn) - 2000 mg. empty stomach ( 4 tbl. a day) for 2 weeks (it will erase any Non Specyfical Urethritis including Clamydia etc.etc..).
Side effect due to Hiroshima Therapy :
Antibiotics destroy any kind of bacterials in your body, bad and good ones so you might have symptoms like diarrhea , candida albicans , etcc.. Try to take some vitamins during this therapy and in case you got candida (kind of fungus in your penis) don't worry , just use some cream, once you end therapy you're gonna be ok.
Trust me this is the only way to erase both Gonhorrea and NSU even if you got symptoms since long time and you've becomed chronic.
Therapy is strong but it worked for me and for many fellows like me.
Ps/ Anyway it's a very long time since then I'm using gloves and I suggest u doing the same.

SE Asia Joe,
it should also be mentioned that about 70% of all cancers of the uterus are caused by HPV. There are about 500.000 new cases each year and about 300.000 deaths.
Merck just released a vaccine named Gardasil - GlaxoSmithKline's vaccine Cervarix still needs approval. The US government intends to implement it into their regular vaccine program and any girl between 9 - 26yrs should take it.
There's a very good stuff selled in Thailand for the treatment of small warts, calluses and corns, it's called DUOFILM (Salicylic Acid + Lactic Acid).
It's not selled anywhere, I found it at the biggest pharmacy in Patpong (after King's Castle) and J.D. Pharmacy in Pattaya (near soi Diamond - second road entrance) .
It's a small bottle containing a liquid to apply on the wart. Be carefull , the liquid is very strong so only one drop covering the wart will be enough to destroy HPV virus and I suggest to put some vasellin cream to cover the skin surrounding the wart so you won't burn anything else but the wart.
The treatment could be repeated after a week .
In case wart is pretty big I suggest going to a doctor for surgical removal.
MarcoStraight,
lactic acid is often used to get rid of any warts (on feet and so on.)
In the end it's acid and will etch the wart, preventing it to grow. But one drop a week won't be enough, it must be repeated at least twice a day to have an effect. This can be painful because after some time you will have etched away the wart and have an open wound, which will heal afterwards.
Nevertheless I doubt that he has warts. He was talking about many little red spots, not just one or a few warts. I still believe its a harmless fungus. Some cream for a week and he will be fine.
Anyway, he shouldn't be too shy to see a doctor. We can only guess but don't know shit what he really got. Best advice is still to see a doctor.

I'm just telling what did work to me.Duofilm worked to me and to several fellows just with one drop, problem is : you got to start treatment when the wart is still very small .I don't think you should repeat the treatment twice a day...You gonna burn your dick and it's gonna be dangerous.Much better start with a drop , then see what happen, if the wart's still there repet the treatment.

I think so, warts actually do not come in 'many little red spots', it could be some candida/fungus or herpes simplex.
I'm going to live in Taiwan for a year or so and I plan to take several trips to BKK.:-) Therefore, I'm sure I'll get something and so I suppose I better get ready.
I actually already have HPV. I got it from a long-term GF here in the states. I've never had much for symptoms. But now that we're on the subject, if you already have HPV, will having sex with a HPV+ sex worker cause it to flare up more?
I have my Hep shots, and shots for just about anything else, and I always wrap up before any FS, P4P or not. Also, I don't do anal. It's just too risky if the condom tears in my opinion.
However I still want to get BBBJs from pros in BKK. I heard you can't really catch HIV this way. I'm sure there's a number of things you can get though. Is it worth it to put on the rubber for BJ, in your opinion?
I mean, if I don't have uncovered sex and have all my shots, what's the worst thing that will likely happen to me? I figure if I have to get some antibiotics from time to time, that's the cost of doing business, but I don't want to really screw myself up.
Writing this just in case it helps someone else out there. Over the last couple of years i developed a reaction to Condoms (seriously). Started slowly, but after a couple of years of bi-monthly 1 week stints during which i would go through around 20 of the things, my old fella would start to itch, then develop a burning sensation, and after going home and not having the condoms on, the burning would become unbearable, reach a peak of pain then the skin would start flaking off! All very distressing and awkward when you come home from an overseas trip to Asia!
It reached the point where my old fella would just retreat the instant i brought out the condoms, no matter how horny i was! (I always knew it had a mind of its own) Even wondered if i'd need to start taking some of those blue pills.
Found latex free condoms, and now theres no stopping me again! Zero reaction. They are hard to find over here, but for me worth the search. And no need for blue pills yet!
:-) Ozirob

The worst thing could be herpes simplex type 1 or some candida - fungus, you could get it having an uncovered blow job.Forget getting HIV or hepat.C having an uncov. B.J.
Don't take antibiotics time to time, it's not wise.
Taking antibiotics continually it will destroy your immunitary system instead and it will be easier to get candida, fungus or herpes plus antibiotics are VENOM for your body don't forget it.
Take antibiotics just in case you got simptoms not to prevent any disease.
Good luck.
