As to the Dollhouse: There is no hidden fee for getting a seat. You will not be seated, you can choose a free place after entry. Some tables are reserved, you will find a plate stating "Reserviert". Usually, the staff wants to hold some tables free for groups. If you want a table or lap dance just contact any of the dancers. The table dance is quite costly (30 Euros).
