Last time I went to Rome, this summer, via Salaria, Tiburtina and C.Colombo were like the paradise of SWs. Especially v. Salaria, approaching the border of the city.
I read that now the situation is very different.

Unfortunately I didn't go yet around in the night to investigate about...
The only spot I have visited in the night is the famous junction via Torrenova/via Prenestina where at 3:30 am there was a concentration of about 10 black girls.Some were hanging at the crossroad self, others near the carwash.
