I know this is the Lima forum, but does anyone here have any experience with Bolivianas or Santa Fe de la Sierra?

I'm trying to decide between going to Lima and going to Santa Fe. I am aware of the political turmoil going on there. I would post in the Bolivian forums, but there isn't any activity there. I figure since Peru is next door to Bolivia, ya'll might know a thing or two.

Any intel is appreciated! Feel free to DM as I don't want to take derail the Lima thread.
