The medicines given to those patients act slow, however duralast is a fast actine SSRI, so take it about half an hour before the act, it pulls your anxiety level down for some time, however if there is some other reason for fast ejaculation other than anxiety it may not help much. Also tazzle is another brand containing tadalafil for stronger erections, but it can cause headaches to some people so be ready with a seridon as welo. To be honest these measures can be taken once in a while, but as it is said "brain is the most powerful sex organ" these medicines do not help much in the long run, or can be counter productive if taken without proper diagnosis, so be careful.
