Prostitution in Thailand is not Legal
Prostitution is defined as the exchange of sexual acts or services for money, valuables, or other forms of compensation.
Prostitution in Thailand is not Legal! It exists in a grey area of the law where under certain conditions it is not of interest to the state and under other conditions it is considered illegal. The video from an American Attorney who is not a member of the bar in Thailand said this. The specific phrased use was: not of interest to the state under certain conditions namely behind closed doors, between two consenting adults. That is a very specific condition under which Thailand will not pursue criminal action for Prostitution.
I will not accept him saying that Prostitution is Legal in Thailand. Why? Because it isn't. He cannot produce a single legal opinion that says it is. He cannot explain why the police are making arrests for Prostitution when prostitution is legal in Thailand. Oh, wait, the Police are not doing what they say they are doing because he says so. He takes plan language of what has been written in the news papers and says what is happening isn't really happening. Why? Because he says so. A lay person who is not a member of the Bar in Thailand. Right?

What is the purpose of International Trickin?
My reason for International Trickin is to meet my objective.
Well, if it proves anything, iall a man wants is a hole to stick his dick in)
That is all a International Trick who knows what time is it wants. Other mother fucks that are Internationally Trickin for some other purpose than to bust a nut are the ones that need to look in the mirror and do some internal evaluation of themselves.
What I need from a prostitute is reasonable access to the mouth, pussy and ass (on occasion) in such a manner that allows me to meet my objective.
My objective is to nut!
At the end of the day all a sex worker can do is have sex with you.
Your linked reports don't cite a section in the law for prostitution as you described

The specific phrased use was: not of interest to the state under certain conditions namely behind closed doors, between two consenting adults. That is a very specific condition under which Thailand will not pursue criminal action for Prostitution.
Your report links never cite a violation of a Section in the Thai Penal Code or the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act that states Prostitution as you described here between consenting adults to be a crime. Because there isn't one. They only cite violations of Section 5, which covers the crime of soliciting for prostitution openly in a public space or place. The most recent report you quoted from in the General Reports thread actually uses the qualifying word street for the alleged prostitution activity crime for which the foreign ladies were arrested. That's because the only alleged crime they could be arrested for is for soliciting openly on the street, not for Prostitution itself.
I see you are being very careful to use the words "legal" or "not legalized" now instead of falsely stating prostitution itself is a crime in Thailand. My point has never been about Thailand's recent efforts to "legalize" the activity for the purposes of better controlling it, regulating it, allowing it to be advertised and "sold" more openly, taxing the income from it, etc. But I have had no problem responding to that topic as well, including accurately pointing out the effort is to "legalize" the activity overall for those reasons and not to "de-criminalize" an activity for which there already is no crime cited in any Code or Act in Thailand.
Aside from that, my position has always been that the Code, the Act and so far every news report posted by you and others on the topic supports the accurate contention that Prostitution between consenting adults over 18 years old is neither illegal nor a crime in Thailand and I can say it with exactly those words this very day. Can you?
Not every one is going to agree with your International Trick preferences
I have leisurely scanned your big posting history, and it's relatively light on the sharing of information on having sex with girls in Pattaya, but very heavy on rants.
It's a good thing I don't give a fuck what you think!
I will not calculate their BMI, but just like Horse Trader I will certainly check their height and weight in Thai Friendly, to see if it corresponds with their pictures.
And my method is also simple. Two of my favorite girls are both around 160 cm (5 ft 3 in) and have a weight around 48 kg (106 lbs), which is perfect for me. Not skinny and not chubby.
So if I see a girl in TF who looks slim in her pictures, but states in her profile that she is 158 cm and 55 kg, for example, then I know that in reality she is chubby.

Body proportion is important to me too. I don't like chubbies or thickies and I know that many girls use dated pics on their profille. TF is not like trawling on Beach Road. On TF, I also pre-screen to weed out baby mamas. Why it is so hard for some to appreciate that some of us have preferences? Whatever effort we make to get the spec we prefer, that is on us. AR.
Here is a pair of mother fucks that just do not get it. If you are going to post your preferences on a public forum then you better be prepared for others to comment on them. Those comments will not always agree or align with yours. If you cannot handle that don't post.
That is some ship captain shit!
That shit is for mother fucks who prefer knock kneed bimbos walking like hoes. You make them get on the scale before you fuck? In my opinion, mother fucks gots their priorities out of order. It's about the mouth, pussy and ass (sometimes hand). That is what a girl uses to help me achieve my objective.
My objective is to NUT!
This a rare case but I happen to agree with Mr. E. Only I said it first! Johnny come lately eh? Two middle fingers up to ya mother fuck!
ROTFLMAO!
Chihuahua Monger is nipping at my heels again!
The last 4 of 5 posts that you have made have been about me. It's actually getting creepy. ISG is a forum about sharing information on having sex with girls. I am a man. Care to explain why you are so focused on me. It's like having a internet stalker. ROTFLMAO!!
Seriously, you don't know why white men fear you? You confessed to committing murder and getting off on a plea. Most likely your victim was some rich white guy minding his business in the suburbs. Don't tell us that you did something even more heinous like murdering your own kind over some rocks. LOL!
I was never on trial for murder. I have never been charged with murder or any other crime. I have never taken a plea. I told the story to make a point.
Do you believe that he makes up all those black snake moaning stories about Thai girls not being able to handle his BBC?
I am surprised you were so ready to believe that but you didn't believe I have a Big Black Dick. Rolling on the floor laughing my ass off. But I enjoyed how you took the bait and ran with it. If you don't believe me then you have to prove it. Now, every time you repeat it you are defaming me. Just like you defamed Kickin Chicken by calling their product greasy. You still haven't even told us when you visited the restaurant you suggested. I'm looking for your post about it. Please point it out to me.

Under criminal law, intent is not required for liability, and even true statements can constitute defamation if they harm reputation and are not in the public interest.
You are very good at projecting your homosexual thoughts in great detail.
Chihuahua Monger, When are you going to come to Thailand? When are you going to file a trip report that you had sex with a girl any where in the world?
How you like me now?
The White Hoodie wearing mother fuck is back to talk shit
Not telling any one what to do. Stating my opinion. Just as you are free to state yours.
Fuck you , who are you to tell anyone what to do.
Any time you feel that you have the testicular fortitude to step to The Cmdr and say what you have to say to my face. You let me know. When is the next time you are visiting Thailand? Are you going to make a post about actually having sex with a girl here in Thailand instead of spending all your time commenting on the posts of others?
