A separate account is one of several steps you would have to take to prevent facebook introducing ALL your contacts to each other. The other steps are covered in a couple of searchable threads in this web site.

All kidding aside, the transformation of Calle 10 and the Lleras area since the Pandemic seems to be in step with the increase of tourism.

And the prices being reported here by others are ridiculous, especially when the quality at least what I have seen is on par with Centro as this is where a lot of the SW's have been showing up from as I and others have noticed.

I wonder if the blatancy of SW's on Calle 10 and the Lleras area will occur in Provenza, and I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

I have been dining out and partying in Provenza countless times, and never got approached by a working girl. Heck, they even have cops now by the entrance on calle 10, right next to the burger joint and La Cruda restaurant. There are no SW in provenza. You may see some p4 p girls, but they are wined and dined there, not standing around looking for a client. The vast majority are normal people having fun and enjoying themselves.

I don't use FB anymore with my friends and so I just started deleting all my real friends and started over with girls from Medellin.

It tends to get very hostile with a lot of guys insulting other guys and calling them simps so I don't want to get into that. There are too many variables for the girls so there is no one set going-rate for girls in Medellin. For each person, it boils down to their own financial situation, and how much they really want that particular girl. My take on it is if you are happy with paying a certain amount to a girl and she is happy with the amount, then it is a win-win. Now, you could have paid less, but you don't have any issues with it so I would not worry about it.

You are here on vacation. You want to have a good time. You're having a good time and the amount you spend is fine with you. Then I would say the amount you paid to the girls is reasonable and fair to you.

Although you and I have never been approached when there, I suspect there are some SW's working inside Provenza, but let's say a different category of SW's than we see working Calle 10 and Lleras.

Meaning ones that don't congregate with others, wear slutty looking outfits, and are a bit more sophisticated, and for many, might not be recognizable to us, especially being dispersed amongst so many other people walking around in Provenza.

I thought I wrote that Provenza has prepagos. It's reassuring to be considered a normal person. I've been known to have a drink or two when I'm out but so far I haven't gotten so juiced that I can tell the difference between la 10, Lleras and Provenza.

That is indeed the deal. They have to keep a lower profile and dress more modestly than their Lleras / la 10 counterparts (not very difficult). The checkpoints are not at all difficult to defeat. It's pretty simple to just walk in the back way or at any corner of la 10 west of the checkpoints. I'm wondering why there are anti sex tourism signs at the entrances of restaurants on carrera 33 if there are no prepagos. But seriously, in Provenza girls don't whistle or pull at your clothes like on la 10 but they are working.
