Icheck on soi 2 or even 4 would be much better. One of the hotels near 6 alley on soi 4, or or maybe try the Nana hotel itself but you have to book direct with them they are not on agoda anymore.

The one on soi 2 looks like they provide a tuk tuk any may be a bit far too.

A moto taxi is usually only 20 baht though. Walking from Soi 7 will ultimately be about the same time and distance. Sometimes I walk, sometimes I ride.

One I just discovered was hotel solo on soi 2, any info on that one?

One I just discovered was hotel solo on soi 2, any info on that one?[/QUOTE]First time in Bangkok I stayed at Boss Suites (nice place I recommend) on Soi 4 750 m from Nana plaza they had a tuk tuk which is ok going out but unless you want to wait in heat bit inconvenient on way back. Second time I stayed at Ruamchitt right on Sukumvit Soi 15 what a difference that made. Much easier to get around there. And girls right outside the hotel. Hard to beat. So I think it's worth it to spend an extra 500 baht a night on a better location.

Solo did not want to allow me to have a female visitor aged 19. Said that is below age limit. So I checked her in as a normal Hotel guest and she stayed the night. Stupid stuff!

Solo is small hotel with cramped B/F area. I don't really recommend it.

Can anyone suggest some good short time hotels near Nana and what will they charge?

Having stayed in Hotel Mermaid and Park Plaza Sukhumvit Hotel near Asok I was wondering that somebody knows a better girl friendly hotel between Soi Cowboy and NEP.

Requirements are minimum 40 meter square room and price doesn't need to include breakfast. Bathtub would be a plus. Rate between USD 70 and USD 85 per night.

I have been very happy with both hotels I have stayed in before but it seems that PPS have higher rates these days even though still doable. Still happy with Mermaid even though not between Soi C and NEP.

[/QUOTE]Check out Admiral Premiere (ADM & grand suites), Column (1br exec suite), Grand Mercure Asoke Residence (deluxe & exec suites), & Fraser Suites (superior (w/balcony) & deluxe suites). Agoda and whoever frequently offer very good deals on these hotels (large 1 bedroom suites) for under $85/ night before taxs and fees. It goes without saying that these hotels are GF and they never batted an eye when I escorted 2 or more girls up to my loom. They all have relatively nice swimming pools and offer a varying degree of good locations close to the night action. All these suite hotels have separate great rooms (living room/kitchen combos) & bedrooms, large bathtubs, washer/dryers, and refrigerator/freezers.
