The Cmdr's update: Long Time
LT is 2500 for me, and includes 2 or 3 shots.
For my regulars it is 3000. Often includes date night activities. Two shots.
I have bar fined long time Soi 6: 3000.
I have bar fined long time Heaven Above: 4000.
All prices in THB!
The Cmdr speaks on racism!
So now I am a racist because I call it the way I see it and give to you mother fucks straight no chase in your eyeholes.
you anti-white racist!
This mother fuck does not like the fact that I am a Strong Black Man pushing back against his narrative that Prostitution is legal in Thailand. So he calls me a Spook. When I call him out on it. He calls ME a racist. Imagine that?
How to deal with our obnoxious little black racist. But the question is how to deal with this race baiting, antagonistic, idiot. Yeah, it's kind of fun to insult him whenever he provokes it, but the insane truth is he craves the attention. Self-ridicule is his thing.
Here is another mother fuck that does not like the fact that I am a Strong Black Man who pushed back against his narrative that there is NO RACISM in the Dis United States of America. I provided documented proof that it there was and that it exists to this day. His response? To call me a racist and an ladyboy lover. Go figure?
If Obama had of been a Republican mother fucks like this would still be talking shit about him. Why? Because he is also a Strong Black Man.
You hate white boys
This mother fuck. Well this mother fuck asked me to meet him on Soi 13/4. Enough said!
O look, ghetto boy plays the race card LOL.
This mother fuck has been trolling me since 2023 when I first started posting in the Thailand Threads.
Such a tough guy. Big talk from behind the keyboard. Like in most of your ego needs posts through various venues, including Sosua. There's the place you belong LOL.
If you guys want to see an example of someone who provides little information but spends most of his time just attacking other posters, with his favorite term mother fucker, read through some of his posts from down there in South America. Dude has an anger problem.
Oh BTW, your welcome for the information about Krungsri. Glad you gleaned more info from one of my posts than anyone has gleaned from all of yours.
Enjoy your time in Thailand, boy.
P.S. Love the way you call folks "trick" as an insult on a forum where everyone contributing is a trick or potential trick. You talk like a two-bit wannabe pimp from the South Bronx in New York City. That must be why you go to Sosua.
Now tell me again you respectable white gentlemen, who are you calling a racist?
Prostitution is not Legal in Thailand!
The Plain Language for those qualifiers and addendum that make certain Prostitution-related activities illegal have been quoted many times on this website, the result always being showing where those qualifiers and addendum are the crimes but not the Prostitution part of it.
This explanation defies legal principles. You have to have the offense first before any of the other conditions can kick in to create the penalty. Prostitution is called a predicate offense. A predicate offense is a foundational crime that serves as the legal basis for a more serious, complex charge. None of the criminal penalties attach until a act of prostitution occurs.
So the OP arguing vigorously that prostitution is legal in Thailand is completely wrong.
Persons associating in a "prostitution establishment" with another person for the purpose of prostitution faces a jail term or a fine or both. The term "prostitution establishment" is clearly defined in Section 4 of the relevant Act, and it may be broadly interpreted to include any place where prostitution takes place.
That means Bar with short time rooms, Gentleman's clubs with short time rooms, Massage Places, literally inside any business where prostitution occurs is illegal. My opinion is based on the following law:
The Entertainment Place Act B.E. 2509
AI Summery.
(1966) in Thailand regulates establishments like massage parlors, go-go bars, and karaoke bars, which often serve as venues for the sex industry.*
*While the Act does not expressly permit prostitution, it creates a regulatory framework for "service partners" and "bath service providers," distinguishing them from non-sexual staff through mandatory identification disks.*
Key legal implications include:
Criminal Liability for Owners: The Act places the onus on establishment owners to prevent prostitution on their premises; failure to do so can result in criminal liability.*
Rehabilitation Requirements: Under this Act, sex workers found practicing prostitution may be subject to one year of rehabilitation at a reform house after serving their punishment.*
1. Criminal Liability for Permitting Prostitution The core language of the Act places the burden of prevention on the establishment owner. It stipulates that if prostitution occurs on the premises, the licensee (owner) is held criminally liable for failing to prevent it.*
*The Act effectively treats the occurrence of prostitution in a licensed venue as a violation of the license conditions and public order.
Prostitution is NOT Legal In Thailand!
The Defense Rests (yet again)
Hey EihTooms, the gloves don't fit. You know what that means?
You cannot win against The Cmdr. I am not going to yield!
Check ball!
The simple fact is that the poster saying prostitution is legal in Thailand is wrong This individuals states that because their are no news reports of prosecutions they have been no prosecutions. Has this individual reviewed all of the historical cases brought under The Act in order to affirmatively assert as a FACT that his statement is true? No he has not.
3. As has been stated over and over again, Prostitution establishments are illegal in Thailand and operating one, being "employed" as a Prostitute in one or patronizing one for the purpose of Prostitution is forbidden by that Act.

Now, on a related matter, over the years of living in Thailand I have known owners and operators of a Massage / Spa / Blow Job Bar and a Happy Ending Massage Shop quite well. The Farang and Thai owners of them. Right in ground zero for P4 P in Bangkok, minutes walks from BTS Nana and Sukhumvit / Asoke. I have asked them about these "bribes" they supposedly must surely pay the police or the government in order to stay open and run their businesses where, coincidently, despite their businesses offering therapeutic massage to the public, it turns out some of their staff make discreet and private agreements to exchange various forms of sex for money.
Both of them said they have never paid anyone a bribe to stay open and run their little therapeutic massage shops. And they have never been approached by anyone in authority asking for or demanding such a "bribe". But those are only two examples.
The OP completely overlooks the definition of a Prostitution Establishment. The way owners of Prostitution Establishments in Thailand drive a truck through the loop hole in the law is to register themselves as a "Entertainment Establishment" and to employ all employees who work in there as independent contractors. That way the business owners have plausible deniability if a individual engages in prostitution in their "legitimate establishment".
I would suggest you go into establishments for the purpose of getting a massage, having a drink, watching exotic dancing, meeting new people and making friends and then see what happens.
I enjoy the word play the OP engages in. That is the difference between people in IVORY towers and those of us who are actually on the street participating in activities in Thailand. The conversation in a bar occurs in the open. Bars are not hotels. Why do they have rooms?
You might meet a consenting adult in there who makes a discrete and personal decision to exchange sex for money with you.
Hell, you might meet The Cmdr and think I am Tom Cruise.
For which there is zero Section in either The Thai Penal Code or the Prevention and Suppresion of Prostitution Act as well as zero Plain Language sentence in either one that cites that behavior as well as the actual act of having sex in exchange for money as illegal, a crime or subject to a fine, imprisonment or any other penalty whatsoever.
WRONG!
The example is below:
Section 6. Any person who associates with another person in a prostitution establishment for the purpose of prostitution of oneself or another person shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to a fine not exceeding one thousand Baht or to both.
Example. A male customer enters a gents club with short time rooms on site. Has a drink with a Thai girl. The Thai girl and male customer talk about going short time upstairs in the short time room. The male customer asks how much for short time. The lady says 1000 Baht. The male customer then confirms what services he wants such as BBFS CIP or BBBJ. The lady agrees. Then the cashier informs the male customer the cost of the room is 500 Baht. The male customer agrees. The cashier then collects the fee for the room and often collects the ST feee too for the lady, but other times the lady collects it in the room. They go upstairs to the room and have sex. One hour later the cashier knocks on the door informing the couple the time is up. Boom! Section 6 law is broken.
The OP making the argument that prostitution is legal in Thailand is wrong.
Until someone can produce and quote the Plain Language statement in any Thai Penal Code or Act that states thr penalty for consenting adults engaging in Prostitution, sex for money or money for sex, or any credible news report of consenting adults getting arrested just for that with no qualifiers about where and how openly and shamelessly the solicitation for it was in a public place causing a nuisance, then I have no choice but to firmly conclude that Prostitution between consenting adults is neither illegal nor a crime in Thailand whether or not the state decides to "legalize" it for the purposes of allowing those aforementioned currently illegal Prostitution Establishments to be set up, regulated and taxed.
He completely ignores Section 7.
The Cmdr keeps it real
The OP defines a narrow range of conditions under which prostitution in Thailand incurs no criminal penalties.
Walking Street
How come the Police and check Walking Street and discover there no prostitution going on? Because there are no rooms in Entertainment Establishments on Walking Street. All prostitution activities occur outside of the Entertainment Establishments.
Curious?!
Of course, never mind the fact that if the police decide to run a sting. They could walk into an Agogo, start up a conversation with a independent contractor in the the Agogo. Negotiate sexual acts for payment in violation of Section 6. They could then make an arrest. It is right there in the law. I have some experience with law enforcement in Western Countries.
Why doesnt this occur? Because that would kill that portion of the tourism business in Thailand. That would cut off a source of social support that would then require the Thai government to create large social programs to replace the money earned by the Prostitutes who work in the Entertainment Establishments.
You see those in ivory towers do not understand street enforcement of the law. The police choose to look the other way. Not because they cannot make a case, but because entities that manage Law Enforcement resources have decided NOT to use the Law Enforcement resources at their disposal in that manner.
Watch if Isan suddenly discovered oil and became rich. Thailand would shut down those Entertainment Districts faster than the OP can make silly analogies and racially questionable comments.
OP is being irresponsible by insisting prostitution is legal in Thailand. It is not. Don't fuck around and find out. International Tricks should know they are walking into a grey area of the law that exists because the Police choose not to make a case that is clearly able to be made.
Prostitution is not legal in Thailand!
Consenting Adults behind closed doors in the Kingdom of Thailand
Everyone one is welcome to review the following video:
https://youtu.be/Cos_tfojfZM?si=Ev_RZqoX_pLiuuXe
The man never says Prostitution is legal in Thailand! The Act does prohibit certain activities INSIDE Agogo Bars the man says as an example. It is possible to depart the premises with employees of those establishments and all arrangements that occur behind closed doors OFF THE PREMISES the law does not care about the man says. Premises, Privacy and Consent comes into play the man says.
Well, anyway, what I did post that included a link to and the pertinent excerpts from the Thai Penal Code, a link to the version of the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996 that does not require downloading a file to read it as well as screenshots of the pertinent pages from that Act ought to be enough for anyone who thinks they see a phrase, a sentence or two in the Code and / or the Act that states the exchange of money for sex between consenting adults to be illegal, a crime and punishable by whatever penalty to reference and point out where exactly they think that is stated.
Spoiler Alert: that is not stated anywhere in the Code or the Act.
Perhaps you are celebrating your victory too soon?
Let's see if this sticks for a couple of months until some other posters come along to grandly declare that prostitution is illegal and a crime in Thailand and, oh look, 5 more rowdy and boisterous African ladies and 3 more grabby and stubbornly determined Vietnamese ladies got busted "for prostitution" on Beach Road in Pattaya and Soi 4 in Bangkok in the middle of a crowded Mother's Day Celebration! LOL.
Thanks again.
It won't! As long as you take the position that prostitution is legal in Thailand (when it clearly is not) I will respond to legal statements that you make that are in error.
On another note: I happen to know of bars that are under suspicion of being prostitution establishments on Soi 6. I am not naming names as that would be defamatory. And I am not going to tell you how I know (no reveal of sources). It's not in the news. But according to the OP it doesn't exist if there is not a news story about it. Let me tell you my brothers, it exists. And the problem occurred because someone posted details to social media with photographic evidence that was then used by the police to conduct their investigation. So, please do not ask me to read a code while you sit in your IVORY tower handing out false legal information and making racial slurs against individuals such as myself who push back against your narrative of prostitution being legal in Thailand.
