After coming to this thread on a link from beavers posts I was quite intrigued by the posts about relationships with bar girls.

I am not an expert Thai monger. I have been travelling to Thailand for 7 years.

In that time I have probably spent close to a year there.

Of course you are the entertainer and pay for meals beers and things, but the prices in the villages are so cheap after BKK and Pattaya that I always saved money by being there.

Sometimes we stayed with a sister or cousin and a couple of times in a local hotel.

But what I noticed when I spent time in the Thai villages, was that the terrible reasons that made them sell their pussy was common to nearly every family in the village. So why were there attractive woman in the village in just as much financial trouble as my lovely BG, but they weren't selling their pussy. Well to be honest I'm fucked if I know. But unlike what many of the bleeding hearts on this site will tell you, they don't have to sell their pussy, they choose to sell it. The good girls stay home and take any job they can get for whatever money it pays and they survive. The thais have been living in poverty for hundreds of years and it hasn't hurt their outlook on life.

There are all kinds of bad things that can happen.....such as creating a "super infection" (mutation of bacterium) to destroying your stomach (killing the good bacteria by dosing improperly). There are also issues of allergy and even heart conditons that can be caused by improper use of antibiotics. The dose, etc., is precisely the same whether one has consulted a physician or not. For gonorrhea and clamydia, one gram azithromycin at least one hour before or two hours after a meal (in other words on an empty stomach) to facilitate absorbtion. Most mongers have had these minor ailments many times, so to visit the doctor for precisely the same condition upon each occasion of re-infection would be, well, hardly providing any new information now would it?

That said, I'm the first to recommend a doctor's visit for gonorrhea if you prefer the shot-in-the-ass (ceftriaxone).
