This is my first post in this forum. I am planning to visit Bangkok for 3-4 days. It's OK to want Thai girls but personally I have an obsession for blonde women however, old and average looking they may be. I have been contacting a lot of confusing escort agencies which claim to provide European or Russian blonde escorts. Some of them have replied to my booking request but its tricky sometimes an escort contacts you directly through what's app and sometimes its the agent. They don't share the pics of girls available with them and mostly charge 12000-16000 for 2-3 hours. I just to know your opinion about such bookings. In my view these are not the girls from Rajah Hotel etc and may be exclusive girls since they charge so high. I am not sure about the pics they share on their websites as most of them are rip offs from porn websites and models. If after spending 16000 bht for 3 hours I am going to end up with some babe like the ones found in Rajah Hotel or Grace Hotel then may I request you to warn me so I can drop the idea while I have time.

Are they working girls for old white women that are looking for something? In Bali they have the Bali Cowboys that dye their hair blond and prey on the Old fat Aussies, and make bank doing it.

And every three months when I'm in Bkk there seems to be more Africans? Thailand needs to gat a handle on this problem.

It seems the policing of prostitution in Thailand is, to put it midly, race-oriented. I'm no so much concerned about the human rights issue as about the quantity and variety of girls. There are too many factors driving prices up already without deportations. Wishing a particular race of girls to get eliminated just because one is not into that race (or because the sample available thus far is mediocre) is short-sighted.

When we checked in to our hotel in Pattaya, the front desk explained in great length about the process of checkin for girls, the mandatory requirement of ID, calls to the room to confirm well being of the guest, etc. Since I read about this in the forum I wasn't surprised.

However they also added that any girl who comes without an ID (seems the foreign girls can't get them) will not be let in. They specifically warned about bringing girls of other nationalities since it could be an immigration issue.

I personally think the local government is trying to get rid of non-Thai workers and this is one easy way to do it. Mongers can always take them to one of the hundreds of ST rooms however they will be discouraged from taking them to their hotel rooms. Considering the cleanliness issue of certain places the demand for foreign girls by affluent mongers will go down slowly but surely.

Any thoughts and similar experiences?

So, it hasn't been only the Africans who have been targeted, at least not in Pattaya anyway. Are any of those Ruskie bars still around in Pattaya? There were even some in Phuket as I recall.

Plenty of hotels in Pattaya are not fussy at all, and while most try to check ID, a passport is perfectly acceptable, I had a few foreign girls show those. Quite a few hotels will let the girl upstairs even if she has no ID, sometimes after giving you a stern look and asking if you [I]really[/I] want to do it given possible consequences (which is understandable, they don't want bad things like thefts, drugging etc on their property). Being sober might help your case.

It's NOT an immigration issue, unless she's on overstay, since as far as the hotel is concerned, there's no prostitution happening. I doubt immigration and vice policing issues can be effectively enforced through hotels, since most of the monger-class hotels have a strong incentive not to be fussy, and competition is strong.

Some of the nicer hotels try to walk a fine line between being non-monger friendly, not losing too much of the monger business, and getting some money on the side (I doubt there's an issue 100-500 baht to the objecting receptionist wouldn't resolve). When mongering, I try my best to stay away from such poorly-focused businesses, and give my money to ones who cater to what I'm in Pattaya for.

If they have ID / passport they can at least try to track the girl down if she drugs / steals from her companion. My gues is that if something were to happen and the police came by, the first thing they would ask for is the ID or passport.
