The Marriott Thonglor Gym
Kiria123, you sir have a full inbox so I will answer your question here as best I can:
Is the gym in the hotel any good? /Kirsia
While I have not tried the gym, I have walked past it numerous times (every day in fact) on my way to the pool area. It seems very popular among the guests and there are always friendly Marriott staff present to assist. Therefore I think you will find the gym more than adequate.
All the Citadines hotels are basically the same
Any feedback on this? Getting 25% off so I would like to check it out. Anyone stayed there?
Good, basic lodging, absolutely no hassles about bringing in "friends". Soi 11 is my favorite for a bunch of personal reasons. Soi 23 is very near soi cowboy. If you have specific concerns / Qs, shoot me a pm TTG.
Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18
I really like this hotel, as it only cost $70.00 cnd / night, has a pool and a small gym. Also, most importantly its girl friendly. Walked in and out with several different girls, and not even an acknowledgment from the front desks. Rooms are nice and clean, and only a few minute walk to Soi Cowboy action. ASOK station and Terminal 21 are only a short walk away as well.
