Can anybody provide any details on this establishment. A friend suggested I go there on my next visit but it looks like that it is more focused on Asian customers than farangs. Any idea about costs, food quality and what the deal is with the hostesses if you take a fancy to one. Local input appreciated.

Thanks for the nice detailed Bangkok post. I was also in town a couple of weeks ago, and was surprised with how many good looking girls were at Thermae- that place has picked up again.

I'm a regular visitor to Japan, but frankly now never bother with the 'fun' side. My sense is that if you aren't Japanese or at the very least speak passable Japanese, then you will not get into any of the best clubs. And if you do get in, you will pay an arm and a leg, and another arm, for a limited service.

And I admit I let my guard down a little bit.
