Looks like my travels to Panama will most likely have to wait much longer, unfortunately. I think I really don't want to go back until bars are open and who knows when that will be. So, I will wait this out like everyone else.

Hi guys I was a very regular poster on this forum a few years ago before Obama changed the "wet foot dry foot" policy of allowing Cubans to enter the USA after traveling their way up north thru Panama. I loved those hot little non-pro chicas but that ship has sailed. Que lastima! Restaurants are re-opening starting Monday for Early Birds specials till 19:30 hrs.

Beach will re-open during the weekdays only from 06:00 till 16:00 hrs.

No more division of sex for shopping (ok gender for those of you mean headed people). What a relief for the eyes.

Like someone posted before, business opened last Monday, no gender restrictions in place to go out. Beaches, rivers and pools open during the week only. No bars, clubs and the like. No alcohol is sold during weekends, its total lockdown, no even by delivery services can alcohol be obtained.

After another two-months period of restrictions on weekend (full locked down) now all movement restriction have been lifted, except the night curfew from 10 PM to 4 AM.

Beaches are now open and weekend are free. Let's see for how long, before the third waves strikes and they close it again. Then I will move out of Panama once more, pretty sad to say but true.

Does anyone know if the girls are back out at the bars and casinos? Is the night club at the top of the Hardrock open? Habanos? Girls at the casinos?

I imagine if they have started, that within 6 months they can get enough of the population vaccinated they feel safe enough opening. (herd immunity).

I've decided that I will not be back in Panama until bars (Habanos) , strip clubs etc are all open and I think many tourists / travellers are waiting for this also. Panama City without nightlife is just no fun IMO. I can't see the government waiting until the middle of 2022 to open this up. Losing another winter season to tourism (winter to us North Americans. Canada and US. Dec - April) I'm also seeing Panama Covid cases are down into the 200's now and still declining. I'm hoping this will all be open later this year (fall). Panama's population is only 4 mil + and they just need to vaccinate a good % of this to get herd immunity. I also read Panama has secured 4 mil vaccines so they have enough for their entire population.
