I could tell off the bat the kind of girls I was dealing with just my looking at their friends list. Don't waste time with girls that have a sausage fest for a friends list. You will often get better results from the girls with their WHOLE family as friends. I usually ask for Skype as well but its hit or miss.

La Cadena Supermarket in Gazcue, near Jaragua Hotel, Hotel Riazor, Jaguar Hotel is a smallish supermarket. The Supermarkets take plastic for payment (credit or bank ATM cards). I was in a Supermercado Nacional in Naco (on Avenida Lope de Vega). Good size supermarket, not super large. Some attractive women were shopping there.

I bought a whole barbecued cooked chicken, price was 247 pesos (about $6. 50US) , the chicken weighed about two pounds (came in a plastic container with a clear top, same as you see in supermarket in the US).

I looked at the pet food prices, can of Friskies cat food and Alpo dog food in a can was at least double the price what I pay in New York.

I bought a pound (libra) of ground coffee at Villar Hernanos Restaurant (across the street from casa 305) , if I remember correctly the price was about 240 pesos (about $6. 13US).

Prices for some food products is high.

They may not eat as much or as often as we do in the states or have meat at every meal I have seen that. One chica I was with at the Jaquar after we had one session I asked chica are you hungry now she did not ask and she seemed somewhat surprised that I would even asked her if she was hungry. Now this chica was not big at all I took her to manoles and I do not know if she was really hungry or simply does not get to eat that type of food (meat) regularly, but the chica ate and was very thankful in the resturant and when we went back to room.

The smart phonefor some of them is internet access (if they can work it out) , a camera, a photo storage, a message center, a contact list, etc.

It is what a PC is for most of us: a working tool and a status ssymbol (in some cases of high level PC).

There was a thai girl having a Blackberry, bought 2nd hand I Singapore, that couldn't set it up as not much familiar with english language.

Not sure how you guys are measuring intellect. Nothing about the people I meet in DR makes me think they are less intelligent then people any where else.
