Folks, just back from KL and my report of the Bukit Bintang area.

The BB district has a good choice of places. Allson Genesis seems to be a refurbished place with small but clean rooms. Seems to be awfully busy this time of the year, especially over the weekends. I got a room for 170 RM + 30 as a weekend surcharge. Radius looked a whole lot nicer and the damages there is 300 RM. Maybe next time I wil try that out.
Another note. When they are running full, its impossible to do an early check in. I arrived at 6 am and got my room at 2 PM after the standard noon check out. So you may want to plan accordingly if you are on a redeye.
