I am a tough grader, for example, even Margot Robbie on a great day would only get a 9 star rating from me and a top Thai bar girl would have to be an absolute stunner to receive a 7.5 star rating from me. Add to that it is very hard to tell from one amateur photo what is really going on, so I will refrain from giving a star rating to Sam's girls. That said I agree with Mogwai & Houston that # 2 has the best photo and #4 reminds me a little of a very sweet, sexy Khymer girl I used to know who worked in a Soi Cowboy Go Go opposite Baccara near Soi 23 (I forgot it's friggin' name at the moment, but it will come to me).
In my experience at the prives, 100 real extra has often been sufficient to get BBFS. Some would do it for only 50 real extra.
Hey JB, you said what I was trying to get at in 2 sentences. Way to go! I would only add that RJ prives are very economical, so a 100 br is not an outrageous sum to pay extra for BBFS. Also, for a little more money, I prefer Sao Paulo clinicas because they are situated in stand alone houses in nice neighborhoods like Moema and it is fun to clinica hop and check out a few of them in an afternoon. They are the best bang for your buck in all of South America, IMHO.
I normally don't comment on another man's choices of women but since you asked. I would rate girl #2 as the best looking and a 6 or 6. 5. The others are all 5's to my taste.
Me either. Neither do I rate chicks, but if you twisted my arm, I would say the same as you. They just look like normal average chicks.
If I walk into a prostitution establishment on Soi 6. Buy a girl a drink. Ask her for short time. Negotiate the following before going to the room upstairs:
Is this legal?
The Section 6 that poster referenced under the false impression it was addressing an activity taking place discreetly between consenting adults age 18 or older in a gogo bar, beer bar, massage shop, the bottom of the steps at BTS Nana station, in a temple, a rooftop bar, nightclub or the lobby of your apartment complex says nothing about forbidding that activity in those environments. Only in a "prostitution establishment", which is forbidden by law to own, run, manage, work in or patronize in Thailand.
Stay out of them. No "brothels" for you. If you, that poster or anyone else reading these threads see a sign outside of a storefront saying anything remotely like "Buy your red hot fucks and blowjobs right here, the best and cheapest in town" similar to the way now legal weed shops can advertise and sell their product in a "weed establishment", steer clear. I strongly advise you not to enter and start throwing around offers and bookings for sex in such a place. Just don't do it.
That would be illegal and a crime as clearly stated and quoted in his and your post in plain language in Section 6 of the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996.
Sure, if you had gone into a "weed establishment" in Thailand that had a big sign outside saying, "Weed For Sale. The Best in Town", in the days when it was illegal and a crime to own, run, manage, work in or patronize "weed establishments" you would have been risking arrest, indictment and punishment for committing a crime in Thailand for that as well. But not now.
So here is what you do instead; go into a gogo bar, beer bar, massage shop, temple, rooftop bar, nightclub, near a BTS station, lobby of your apartment complex or wherever for the purpose publicly stated that environment exists; to drink, eat, listen to music, dance or watch others dance, relax, get a massage, pray, ride the choo-choo train, get to the elevator that takes you to the level your apartment is on, whatever. And while you are in that environment for those publicly-stated purposes, see if by luck one, two or more people age 18 or older who strike your fancy approach you and discreetly offer and personally consent to exchange sex for money with you. Then if she or they discreetly agree to your offer or you discretely agree to hers or theirs, go right ahead and the both or all of you move along to private quarters to discretely engage in the sex and the payment you all agreed upon.
Easy-peasy. No law has been broken. No arrests will be made of you. No punishment will be levied on you for what you have just done. Enjoy yourselves you happy little Thai law-abiding love birds!

Remember our discussion on tennis shoes? My Baoji's that I bought the first month I was posted up here are still going strong. I just had to replace my New Balance's. The New Balances's cost 3 times as much as the Baoji's. I just bought two more pair.

What percentage of girls in Scandallo have you barebacked on the first meeting?

What percentage of girls in Scandallo have you barebacked on the first meeting?
As I posted, the last 4 times I was in Scandallo I got lucky and I received BBFS without mentioning it beforehand. But with the vast majority of my 1st time Scan encounters I am getting CFS and I would estimate that percentage is around 25% at best. This is without negotiations, and just going with the flow. I think my going down on the girls helps my stats, but who knows. Negotiations and a willingness to pay extra would probably help too, but I prefer not to do that. I like to just focus on establishing a good vibe with the girls and see how it turns out. The last time I was as in Scan in June, I had a 1st time encounter with an attractive, branca, ex. Azul Airlines stewardess who spoke perfect English. I went downtown on her and she had an orgasm or claimed she had one. Who knows, and as I moved up in between her legs, I asked her if I could enter her vagina and she said yes. Now I am not saying it always works out this way. Most of the time it's CFS, but this particular girl and I really clicked and that was starting to happen while we were still fooling around in the courtyard bar. It was a great shag. I regret that I only had 2 more nights in SP and I was booked up with the Missus, so I could not see my stewardess again. Maybe I will see her in a couple of weeks when I am back down there. Who knows.

Is this legal?
What is a prostitution establishment under Thai Law?
Under Thai law, specifically the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act be. E. 2539 (1996), a prostitution establishment is defined as a place established for prostitution or in which prostitution is allowed, which also includes a place used for soliciting or procuring another person for prostitution.
Broad Interpretation: While the law does not explicitly define "prostitution establishment" in exhaustive detail, it is broadly interpreted to include any location where prostitution occurs, such as massage parlors, go-go bars, and karaoke venues when used for such purposes.
What EihTooms writes below is a improper interpretation of Thai Law because he fails to take into account the actual definition of a prostitution establishment. The law does not mean what EihTooms says it does. anyone reading the plain language definition of a prostitution establishment cannot logically or legally come to the conclusion below.
So you think you are breaking Thai law and risking arrest and punishment for it when you pay them for the sex you just had with them? Interesting. Have you told them that's what you think you just did?
Why did you ask the question?
No law has been broken.
Just more of your word games.
In the history of ISG no one has ever produced a legal opinion from a member of the bar that says prostitution in any circumstances EihTooms describes is legal. His posts providing his legal opinion actually illegal in Thailand. In very plan language. I have quoted the statue before:
Thai law strictly prohibits non-nationals from practicing as lawyers or providing legal advice in Thailand. Under the Lawyers Act B.E. 2528 (1985), specifically Section 35, holding Thai nationality is a mandatory qualification for obtaining a license to practice law and appearing in court.
My personal stat should read: the vast majority of my 1st time Scan encounters is CFS and I would estimate MY percentage of BBFS 1st time encounters is around 25% at best. Just setting the record straight. BBBJ's remain the default, but getting a girl to swallow is another matter. This does not affect me because I am with President Bill Clinton on this one. A BJ is not sex! LOL I always finish in a vagina.
Recently (in the past year and a half) a couple of clinica girls have reached for a condom lying on the nightstand before attempting to blow me and I just said, not now, baby, and they proceeded with the BBBJ like their reaching for the umbrella never happened. LOL.
I have never been there to be certain it is the destination you are talking about but my guess is Brazil, yes?
If so, the problem there is I have read online and heard from fellow punters that Brazilian women are adamant about requiring their partner to wear a condom for fucking and are not all that keen to provide a BBBJCIM.
I have never tried to BB a hooker in Brazil. It is no problem with normal chicks though. No problem with CIM with hookers. My first time at a fuck place called 4 x4, me and my wingman were doubleteaming this chick. I skeeted in her mouth and she tried to kiss him. That was 24 years ago and we still talk about it to this day.

If you have discovered venues in Thailand in which prostitution is allowed, then maybe you should report that to the police the way you seem intent on identifying my posts as "illegal."
It appears to be your ISG mission to make sure everyone reading your posts believes they are committing crimes at every turn in Thailand so when we read or hear of a closure of this or that gogo bar, beer bar, massage shop, escort service, the roundups of ladies on Beach Road, Soi 6, Walking Street, etc in Pattaya and Soi 4, Sukhumvit Road, Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, Saphan Kwai, etc in Bangkok, all the bars in Phuket and so on we now have every reason to conclude that is due to the diligent efforts by eagle-eye Thai residents and message board members like SubCmdr simply doing what they think is their civic duty to point out what they think is breaking Thai laws that don't even exist in any legally enforcable document.
But, hey. You do you here and elsewhere.

I mean, with 4-5 African lady first time sessions in Bangkok on my record with 1 of them producing a great BBFSCIP result, I am already at a 20-25% success rate for BBFSCIP with above average looking Black / African ladies right here without flying to and from Brazil and booking hotel room there. LOL. Just sayin'.
I generally don't give No to BBFSCIP With Me in the Room ladies a second chance unless they initiate a followup Line or personal contact to assure me they have seen the light, changed their mind about it and now realize they cannot live a happy life unless they have BBFSCIP with me right now. And even then I'm usually too busy with other things to meet them right now and suggest they try again next week.
I'm guessing that isn't going to happen in Brazil with Brazilian hookers.

............
Why did you ask the question?
I see you dodged and refused to answer Horse Trader's very good hypothetical question.
I can't speak for Horse Trader but the reason I asked that question is because I am trying to gauge how far and wide you are going publicly and privately in your mission to "teach" punters, sex workers, Thai police and all legal authorities what, where, how and why non-criminal behavior mentioned nowhere in any Thai legal document is breaking the law, a crime, subject to arrest and punishment, and that any bar, massage shop, nightclub, escort service, hotel, apartment complex and so on, if an otherwise discreet and non criminal agreement to exchange sex for money or money for sex among consenting adults is by your reckoning in the law makes it a "prostitution establishment", has been allowed to take place and therefore ought to be shutdown.
Everyone can already see why you are so adamant to find out where my dick has been regarding P4 P, what I might have learned and can share here about P4 P in Mira Club or somewhere else, what all of us can tell you about where the "hos" engaging in the exchange of sex for money can be found and on and on.
Now I am so glad I didn't keep you updated on those specifics here because you have made it abundantly clear in plain language that your mission is to do and say whatever possible to get these "not legal" in your mind activities and participants arrested, indicted, sentenced and shut down even if the law can't find a Citation or Section in any legal document to apply against them.
I won't hand you ammunition in this obvious mission of yours. I value the good places and ladies that have facilitated great P4 P experiences for me in Thailand too much.
I would also suggest anyone else on this ISG Forum to be very, very cautious about sharing positive info about those things here as well. Unless you don't mind anti non-criminal prostitution zealots like SubCmdr using that information to continue doing what he has time and time again proven himself to be driven to do; to alert the authorities publicly here and possibly privately as well that he sees it as "not legal", effectively lodging a complaint and joining every other such zealots out there to demand the Thai police investistigate, monitor and potentially shut it down even if they eventually never find a law that has been broken.
The latter detail will by weak solace after the ladies, customers, staff and proprietors have been frightened away by the arrests, interrogations and monitoring of those workers and the establishments shutdown by the Thai police in response to constant messages about it by SubCmdr here and whoever else is motivated by him and his posts and other such zealots. My advice is to be very careful about any usable details you share here about P4 P in Thailand and perhaps anywhere else in the World. SubCmdr is watching and fully prepared to alert anyone and everyone far and wide, on this public forum and privately that in his mind it is "not legal" and corner the authorites to do something about it.
That is obviously what SubCmdr has decided is the real purpose of ISG, in his mind.
I have never had a lady try a BJ with a condom in Pattaya.
