One Tree Hill mentioned Bar Bar, and his is right. This place is a full on S&M bar, with many 'themed' private rooms upstairs. It's 900 Baht entry which gets you one drink, drink prices are much higher than other bars, but i forget exactly how much.
On entering, you will be shown to a couch, the bar is very dark and kitted out with cages and crosses and what not. When i went there 9 girls came over and split into groups of 3, there was spanking going on with a paddle, there was hot wax being dripped onto genitals, there was whipping, crawling, all of what you'd expect from S&M i'd guess. After around 10 minutes of watching the girls start trying to get you involved. i have only ever seen one other customer in this bar, its not a bar full of punters. I had a nice 'first' experience in the bar, been meaning to go back for a long time, but just haven't made it yet, like Retired Army says, theres not much to go to PAtpong for, and going all the way just for BarBar hasn't appealed so far.
There is also a similar set up i believe on soi 33, perhaps Big G (Giotto) can lend a post on that one. I have also heard there is an S&M Oil Massage venue in soi 24, but don't recall the name.

My prior "8 outing" report was of my first experience mongering of any kind, and very enjoyable. Problem is, from what I've read, starting out in Bangkok has likely ruined the rest of the world for me :) I can get to Japan, HK, and China more often than BKK, but will I have as much fun? I've truly enjoyed the massage girls in BKK (even where there was no massage involved, like Poseidon and Nataree), but can I find it elsewhere, never mind the price?

Business starts here at 7 pm, some bars are ready for customers at 6 pm.

The bars to go are still unchanged (my POV), Monet, The Office, Renoir and Livingstone's. Watch your bills carefully in Napoleon, Christies and Dali.

Bar fines are expensive in the road - everybody should be aware that this is not a cheap area like Nana or Cowboy. Early barfines are around THB 1,500.00, sometimes higher.

The girls will ask for ST/LT 3,000 / 5,000 . They will go before 11 pm for 2,000 / 4,000 . Late night the prices drop to 1,500 / 2,500 . But some girls will not go for that either. Others might even go for a lower rate, if they desparately need money.

BESTARD! The name of the bar is Desmonia, before it was The Cave. It's in Soi 33, a bit further down the road.

I have never been in there, but I know that you need to wear black clothes to get in. Show, BJ in the bar, I heard about all that, but I never went there up to now, and I never will.

Gherkin[/QUOTE]Good to share some idea’s on this but if BK was your first mongering trip you probably right, but I would not say it as ruined the rest completely, Thailand is the best so far when it comes to girls, looks, attitude, quantity and quality of service at least according to my years of experience in Asian country’s but in China you can find also a great service and many special treatments and not just a Bang Bang or massage parlour but pricing is higher these day’s, they all getting a bit spoiled due to the booming economy and rip-off is almost par now in some big city’s, have a look at the China forums for the typical Chinese spa’s and small places. HKG is since a long time a pure rip-off and dangerous mongering these day’s, I have been there recently and did not monger at all, many guy’s taking girls up to there room and get drugged and robbed, some get killed this on daily base. Japan is still ok but to many places in Tokyo are now run by black guys and all this as lost his Japanese charm from before, to many Eastern block girls instead op nice Japanese chicks but if you know your way around a bit or have a local friend you will still find nice places with local girls, however the price tag is the highest in the would beside Las Vegas maybe. Jakarta is still a bit like BK but not as good.
