I've been trying to research where to find Chinese escorts in Bangkok, but I haven't been able to find much information. I really doubt you'll find many. Even the Chinatown PRC scene is fairly slim these days, compared to a few years ago. Some of the PRC workers that were there have been cleaned up by the police (say, Broadway Hotel).
If you're into PRC Chinese escorts, better go to KL Malaysia.
I don't think there are any compelling economic reasons for PRC Chinese hookers to work in Thailand. The demand is not all that high (plenty of competition from Thais in low / mid range), the legal / immigration situation is unfavorable, prices are not high.
If you're not too old and have some game, Chinese tourists might be a better bet.

With the amount of business travelers Bangkok get from China you would assume that there would be some higher-end escort agency catering to them, but if there are I'm sure it's not something us Westerners would bump into by accident. For instance, Pratunam seems to be popular, and so is the street near King Power close to Victory Monument BTS. The Erawan Shrine (at Rachaprasong intersection), seems to be a top spot on Chinese tourist itinerary. Not sure how easy Chinese tourists are to approach, or how fruitful it is -- I chatted up and spent time tour guiding two Chinese girls so far (separately), but no sex came out of it. Unlike the Thais, I get a sense they're perfectly OK to take without any intention of giving.
There is also an area for recent Chinese expats east of Huay Kwang MRT on Pracha Rat Bamphen road. The street is full of businesses catering to Chinese, almost like a new Chinatown, but for the recent arrivals. No obvious signs of naughty activity (as far as I can see), but if you speak Mandarin and can chat up people there, it [I]might[/I] offer some clues.
Another potential place of interest the building with Tesco Lotus at the corner of Yaowarat and Mangkon roads (in Chinatown). On the top floor (take the elevator), there are some tea houses, massage shops and such catering to the Chinese, and occasionally what appear to be a few rather elderly PRC hookers. Not one was doable, but they might know more, if more exists.
If Thai-Chinese are good enough, try hitting the high-end soapies like The Lord, or maybe G-Clubs.
Sorry for the lack of better info. Personally, I had a few PRC streetwalkers on the low end in Bangkok over the years, but all of that has been 4+ years ago, they don't seem to be around anymore.
