Thanks
Plenty of information in the thread if you read it, mentioned many times, same goes for your comment on the hotels. Even a google search can find some answers so why not try that.
Am sure the next FR will be "where can I find hot chicas and can I have their numbers please"

Will go back and double check (there certainly won't be plenty info on what I asked about as it is not common for people on this forum to go to them)

Or you could hang around outside colleges as universities start soon that would attract attention of sorts LOL

Only saw 2 posts in which Colon St. Clubs were mentioned along with a club in Mandaue.
Maybe you can provide some links to all the "plenty" of info?

it never ceases to amaze me how dumb some people can be. according to the article, he was confronted by hotel staff about bringing **** girls to his room (undoubtedly for sex). he chose to ignore the warnings given by hotel staff and he continued to bring young girls to his room. maybe he wanted to go to prison!
anyone have any idea what hotel he was staying at? seems like they may share some culpability if they knowingly allowed it to happen or am i reading into the article?
what i also found interesting in the article was the part of the pertaining law that was quoted, namely: republic act 7610; article vi; section 10; para (b) :
http://www.chanrobles.com/republicactno7610.html
"any person who shall keep or have in his company a minor, twelve (12) years or under or who in ten (10) years or more his junior in any public or private place, hotel, motel, beer joint, discotheque, cabaret, pension house, sauna or massage parlor, beach and / or other tourist resort or similar places shall suffer the penalty of prison mayor in its maximum period and a fine of not less than fifty thousand pesos (p50, 000) : provided, that this provision shall not apply to any person who is related within the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity or any bond recognized by law, local custom and tradition or acts in the performance of a social, moral or legal duty."
what i wonder is if anyone has ever been charged with "dating" a girl who is "10 or more years his junior" or does that fall under the exclusion of "any affinity or bond" etc?
sounds to me that if the courts were to enforce that law then they would see a significant decrease in the amount of male tourist traffic every year, most of the expats would be in jail, places like the bars in ac would be shut down and many "marriage and dating" websites would go under, lol.
on another note, a different board is reporting that a canadian man was arrested on friday for also being with **** girls. reportedly he was bringing several of them at a time to his condo to "give them swimming lessons". he was reported to the nbi by another expat living there. as this happened on a friday he probably won't be formally charged until monday or tuesday. i'd expect to see it reported in the local press then; that is of course unless he managed to make a financial arrangement over the weekend.

Saw this and posted in the general thread. Pune Nut FR suggested this relates to minors only not all mongers, so depends how you read it. See the General Information thread for his comment on this as many had images of only dating MILFs (and some really old ones am sure LOL)

whichever board you were reading had it right.
What I wonder is if anyone has ever been charged with "dating" a girl who is "10 or more years his junior" or does that fall under the exclusion of "any affinity or bond" etc?
If I read it right, it refers to a "minor" that is 10 or more years his junior, not adults 10 years younger. In other words, a 20 year old might get away with having a 17 year old in his room, but someone who is 28 or older would definitely have legal problems dating someone 17.
However, best to avoid minors in all circumstances. Why people risk this makes no sense to me.

during my recent trip, a gal from cebu i barely knew from some online dating site kept contacting me via sms. when she hinted she was 18 i literally cross-examined her about her dob via sms until she confessed she would be 18 in a months time. i refused to meet her. she wanted to bring a younger friend along and needed some money for school.
given that i could not recall a chat history with her or remember developing even a semblance of a rapport before my trip, i acted paranoid.
doesn't make sense when pussy is so available in pi at the drop of a - dime or your pants (select the right answer).

Both take the same amount of time yet only one is productive.
However, best to avoid minors in all circumstances. Why people risk this makes no sense to me.
You're absolutely right, makes no sense to me either. Plenty of legal aged girls available.
When using sites like DIA I usually search from 19 or 20 and up. Just in case a girl is adding the time she spent in the oven and not from the actual day / year she popped out. And I always insist that they bring a photo I'd; I usually tell them the hotel may ask for it. No I'd or if it looks suspicious, I'll give them a 100 or 200 pesos for taxi money and I walk away.

Whichever board you were reading had it right.
Other boards are also stating that IJM is making a big "push" in Cebu as its being seen as a sexual playground by "foreigners".
One report says there are up to 100 frequent visitors to Cebu being "monitored. Whatever that means.
But the moment that IJM is involved it means money for all and that is certainly seeming to be a motivating factor for Cebus finest to be making many more arrests than ever before.
Hi,
My first post here. Thanks guys for all the useful infos.
Am in Cebu rite now and would like to know the afternoon options apart from online datings site?
Thanks

An many Koreans in Cebu but I never see Koreans busted for what the white boys are.
IJM has a purpose so why don't they go to Thailand with the nude shows and far more naughty stuff. Or go to Cordova and raid all the dens
There run by Filipinos or even the ones you mentioned in Taguig.
As you say FF, money means people will do and at times say anything. One of lie's natural corrupting influences . Like yourself FF LOL
