Has anyone taken the Airport Express bus from Lima Airport? My flight arrives early in the morning around 5 am, and the earliest check-in my hotel can offer is 8 am. Instead of taking an Uber straight to the hotel and waiting in the lobby, I'm thinking of taking the Airport Express to get a local feel for the city first. I'll only have a carry-on (no checked luggage). Is this a safe and practical idea that early in the morning? Any tips or things I should be aware of?

We have taken it with no problems, other then a "security" guard trying to hassle us for money. However, the bus doesn't run until 7 am from the Airport.

My plan is to take the bus from the Airport to the Tourist Information Center, pick up some sightseeing information, grab breakfast, and then catch an Uber to my hotel.

You can buy the bus tickets from inside the terminal. There is a booth set up but not sure when the booth opens. The bus departure point is behind the building in front of the airport and at the edge of a parking lot. You can get last minute deals to Machu Pichu from the information center too.

Otherwise, I'll just catch an Uber. Either way, it's either the hotel lobby or the airport until I'm able to check-in at 8 am.

I couldn't help notice most of the girls referenced in here from chongos, streets, online are from Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, but very few of Peru. Is it because girls from Peru not interested, low female population, comparatively rich, not so great looking?

The unicorn I play with is Venezuelan. Other then when I play with the Venezuelan lady, all the other girls I have have played with in Lima are Peruvians. Many Peruvian ladies are quite pretty.
