If he makes an intellligent reply, please tell me. He is on my ignore list.
Is anyone else besides EihTooms and SubCmdr still reading this never ending debate about the legitimacy of prostitution in TH?
He did not listen to you then.
So please ignore him and let it go.
What makes you think he is going to listen to you now?
No ET, he only pretends that he's not grasping it.
What exactly am I pretending not to grasp. I completely understand that prostitution is not legal in Thailand.
Also may I remind you that in the entire history of ISG no one has produced a legal opinion from a member of the bar in Thailand that says prostitution is legal in Thailand.
He's not worth it.
What exactly is my value in your opinion?
He's provoking you.
Exactly how does posting a news article where I mention no other posters provoke EihTooms directly? There is no requirement for anyone to read or reply to my posts.
Good theory. He is either stupid or pretending to be stupid.
On what basis are you making this statement about me?
If he makes an intelligent reply, please tell me.
All my replies are intelligent.
He is on my ignore list.
When exactly did that happen?
On September 1, 2026 you responded directly to a post I made about visas. In the RANTS thread within the last week you posed a question to me directly about the legality of prostitution.
He is on my ignore list.
Thank you!
This is a excellent idea for everyone who does not like or cannot handle my intelligently composed posts full of reality and truth.
Good theory. He is either stupid or pretending to be stupid.
Are you a racist or just pretending to be a racist?
If he makes an intellligent reply, please tell me.
All my posts are intelligent (spelled correctly). I am still getting free rent in your head. Thank you! You are like a child that covers his eyes so he doesn't see something then asking his friend if he sees it.
He is on my ignore list.
On your ignore list but still getting free rent in your head. Thank you for continuing to read and enjoy my work.
No ET, he only pretends that he's not grasping it. He's provoking you. So please ignore him and let it go. He's not worth it.
But why would I miss out on the fun of provoking him? He certainly speaks for many who get this totally wrong. I would even say most get it totally wrong and some are in the international media. Imo, there are things worth learning in plumbing the depths of the ignorance on this issue. Has there ever been a better candidate for that purpose here?
Note the plain language words in the official stated purpose of ISG that are very different from the words you use that fundamentally change its meaning.
My bad. I made an error. On changing the meaning of the purpose of ISG. I didn't realize the pedantic would bum rush me over it.
In the history of ISG, no one has ever produced a legal opinion from a member of the bar in Thailand that said prostitution is legal in Thailand
You mean like when the hooker wanted me to go to the police station with her because she said I owed her money for sex, even though we never had sex? Simple as that. It should be noted that you settle the case and did not go to court to stand on your principles. Quite interesting.
ROTFLMAO!
Is group sex among consenting adults older than 18 legal if it involves the exchange of money between the participants?
Crickets?
I see a lot of posts talking about me. But those same people have not stated their position on the issue. Man up! Take a position and answer the question I have posed in the title of this post.
But why would I miss out on the fun of provoking him?
OK, please continue! LOL.
Has there ever been a better candidate for that purpose here?
No, I don't think so.
Anyone who doesn't realize that the registered democrat, non-Thai citizen, non-member of the bar, pussy whipped mother fuck who lives in Bangkok, Thailand, who has made it his mission to make sure as many Thai Girls over the age of 18 enter prostitution comes into this thread to take out his frustrations of being collared by his girlfriend, tired of having her pull his leash at will, is not really looking at the total picture. I am just his current target.
He has been posting here since 2018 and making accusations that others are lying on their dick Based on what proof? The fact that he cannot do what others are doing when it comes to actually having sex with girls and therefore according to him it is not happening. Anyone who doesn't realize that this is just verbal (actually written for the pedantic among us) tennis for me. I build a point every time a make a post. After running him all over the court. I hit a winner down the line and end his pain.
Provoked? No one has to read or respond to my posts. In addition if you do as others have suggested and don't quote me, no one who does not want to read anything that I write ever has to see it.
Undisputed Fact
In the history of ISG there has never been a legal opinion presented that said: prostitution is legal in Thailand.
The purpose of this Forum is to facilitate the exchange of information between men who are looking for sex with women.
Did I get it right? I know if I didn't our pedantic mother fuck will correct me.
ROTFLMAO!
I have no idea how much of the quotes below from the report SubCmdr linked previously will survive the Admin / Mod editing process. The problem is virtually every sentence of the report could be quoted and highlighted to show how it supports my contention about it that he erroneously disputes. LOL.
Therefore, it is very much worth clicking on the link to read the report in its entirety.
The initial complaints were about the venue staying open too late hours and employing foreign workers in jobs FOR WHICH foreign nationals are forbidden to work; prostitution being one of them. The violation is not PROSTITUTION, mind you, but because that is a line of work that foreign nationals are forbidden to work in Thailand. So is being a nail salon technician, BTW.
There is NO mention of any of those workers or any customer in the venue being arrested for prostitution.
The only prostitution-related crimes for which anyone was arrested and charged was of the owner, for running it as a commercial business procuring prostitutes wherein it was confirmed he collected the money to be transferred directly into his account specifically for acts of prostitution that were taking place openly in his commercial venue. All of which are crimes specifically cited in the Thai Penal Code and / or the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996 and discussed here and elsewhere many times as being the violations and NOT for the mere exchange of money for sex between the consenting adults in question.
Late-night raid hits popular Chachoengsao karaoke bar after complaints of illegal hours and foreign workers. Undercover sting confirms prostitution offers. Eight foreign nationals arrested, and owner faces multiple charges after a coordinated police operation.
..........
The premises in central Chachoengsao were raided after intelligence suggested it was a den for prostitution and employed foreign women, particularly from Laos. The late-night raid confirmed this, and the owner was arrested and charged at Chachoengsao City Police Station. Employees and foreign nationals found on the premises were also arrested and taken to Chachoengsao District Office for processing, including later deportation.
..........
Authorities in Chachoengsao Province raided the notorious karaoke bar on March 27, 2026, following reports of operations beyond permitted hours and allegations of the venue employing foreign women to serve customers.

Moreover, police intelligence suggested the bar employed Laotian and Cambodian nationals. Therefore, investigators began verification before launching the raid. Initially, undercover agents entered the venue posing as customers.
Inside, they observed staff movements and customer service activities. Certainly, police confirmed foreign workers were present during the visit. According to the undercover officers, the workers offered sexual services to customers. Furthermore, they also confirmed that prostitution was offered inside the venue.

Consequently, investigators prepared a sting operation based on the findings. Next, undercover agents arranged to pay for such services. Specifically, they transferred money to the bar owners account.
..........
During the raid, officers arrested one Cambodian national working as a housekeeper at the shop. In addition, they arrested seven Laotian nationals found inside the entertainment venue. Officials and police then checked the immigration and employment status of each detainee.
According to officers at the scene, three Laotian nationals had no work permits. Meanwhile, two had work permits but worked outside the permitted job category. In addition, two others had entered Thailand illegally.

There might be "selective enforcement" of the Thai business nominee laws that have been on the books for a very long time. But there cannot be "selective enforcement" of laws that have never been on the books and never will be on the books.
The hooker knew very well that her career choice is so not illegal and not a crime in Thailand that she naturally assumed there were some laws on the books protecting her right to the money she felt she was owed for the fucking and sucking. And in fact she is on the right track with that line of thinking. Several Citations and Sections in the Code and Act are elaborately written to make sure everyone understands that only the person doing the fucking and sucking for the money gets to keep and spend the money. No third party interlopers, pimps, procurers, moms, dads or boyfriends age 16 or older are to get a cut of that perfectly legally earned money or live off of it unless it can be shown they are under the prostitute's care and can't otherwise take care of themselves.
Is group sex among consenting adults older than 18 legal if it involves the exchange of money between the participants?
If they are consenting adults and everyone has discreetly agreed to do it in private and not as part of some organized commercial business or venue, then there is no Thai law forbidding it, citing it as a crime subject to arrest and charges.
I have never seen such a law cited in any legally enforceable document. Have you? If so, please post a link and quote for it.
But to be more precise in my response, according to the two determinitive documents there is no legal reason for the participants to be "older than 18". The Thai Penal Code and the Prevention and Supression of Prostitution Act of 1996 are both absolutely obsessive about stating the pertinent legal age for these things to be "age 18 or older", "having attained age 18" and so on. There is nothing legally pertinent about any particular age older than 18. Nothing new or different happens in this regard for someone at age 19, 20, 21 or older than that.
