If you stay in a Hostel (not hotel) even in private room, you will not be able to bring in a prostitute for simple reason, a lot of people staying at the dom will be watching you.

You could find a room in hotel for about EUR 50 in Berlin if you book it much early, or taking risk (I am not suggesting this), one day before arrival. You might get a bargain from people canceling their room.

Have you considered an escort that offers in all services or just going to one of the many brothels in Berlin? There is likely to be one in your neighborhood wherever you are staying. Outcall service tends to be more pricey than going to the girl.
