Can any of the forums PP experts advise if they have indulged themselves with one of these, and was it edible? Curious to know.
http://herb.co/2015/11/08/pizza-joint-in-cambodia-offers-amazing-happy-herb-pizzas/
Pizza is OK. It has a slight aftertaste of the weed, but not too noticeable. It is low quality weed. You only get a mild buzz (from the perspective of a stoner).
Happy Herb Pizza was the first one. It was listed in all the tour books (when there used to be books around). Then many copycats popped up.
When you go there, you just have to tell them, "Make it happy".
Yeah, the weed is definitely low THC quality thus ordering happy pizza in Phnom is a very newbie, touristy thing to do. What is the point other than to send a selfie back to your straight friends showing them how "avant garde" you are. Its ridiculous. When I want a pizza, I want a good tasting, reasonably authentic pizza not a weak buzz and a case of diarrhea.
Try Lemonchellos between 102 and 100 St. riverside. They serve a pretty good pie, but don't be a clown and ask for a happy topping here because you won't get one. Order a good bottle of Chianti instead. Your gastronomy will thank you and you will have a better high. And go to Amsterdam or Aspen if you want to sample some decent quality bud.
I've shunned away from Camb & PP because of previous posters hit or miss reports. But you're making it sound enticing.
Imo no one should skip PP. Let's be clear it's definitely not Pattaya and not even Bangkok in terms of quantity but it's still a great place to be in for 3-4 nights. Nothing to do in the day time though so either keep your girl from the night before or write a very detailed ISG report for us. The bars are fun and dirt cheap. They are indoor and all air conditioned. Khmer girls are all friendly but be warned some do get extremely clingy. The hotels are nice and cheap. Airfare from Bangkok $100 and a 1 hour plane ride. My big negative is food around the main bar isn't high quality.

Quick question then.

How would you break it up in Camb, considering PP, Sihanook & SR were your go to places? It would appear 3 wks is too long. My thoughts 4 days PP, 3 days SR and maybe 5 days Sihanook (I like beaches) and then off to Thai, Phil etc.
Aim: 3/4 mongering 1/4 sightseeing. Thoughts?

Go to Kampot. BYO again. Spend the last days in Phnom Penh. Catch up with "old" friends from 2 weeks before.
Very easy to spend 3 weeks.
Dont forget to report on ISG.
I totally agree with it is "very easy to spend 3 weeks," but differ slightly with AskeAske on the finer points. I would recommend spending at least a week in Phnom Penh and more if possible. It's a great town and chock full of friendly Khmer girls.
3 nights (2 whole days dedicated to visiting the archeological complex) is the minimum for Siem Reap. Actually, Siem Reap is a nice town and I like it better than Chiang Mai, but girl wise it is pretty dry these days and I would not recommend bringing a girl from Phnom unless she is a special girl because your average bar girl will get tired of touring the archeological complex in a hurry and as a result she will dampen down what should otherwise be a remarkable experience.
I really like Kampot and Krep, but there is not much to do there except rent a motor scooter and tour the countryside. One of the best meals I ever had was at the Krep Crab Market where I feasted on Kampot Peppercorn Crab in one of the adjacent sit down restaurants. The meal was spectacular! Kampot and Krep are definitely a BYO girl kind of place for 3 or 4 days of sightseeing and doing nothing at all. I have heard of a couple of brothels in Kampot, but I did not investigate when I was there assuming quality would be real iffy.
I have never been to Snooky because I question whether the beach is worthwhile in itself and because I assume the bar girls are pretty low on the totem pole based on the pictures I have seen and their low low asking prices. Snooky in my opinion is another BYO girl kind of place unless you want to sample the local lesser quality (my assumption only) fruit.
Battambang is another worthwhile destination in Cambodia. It's not for everybody especially guys only interested in mongering, but it is an interesting town and worth a couple of days to check it out if you have other things on your mind besides nooky. I assume there must be a local brothel or two, but again I suspect quality would be real spotty to say the least.
This is why I spend most of my Cambodian time in Phnom where the finest Khmer honey is located, but it is rewarding to check out the rest of the country, especially Siem Reap and Kampot / Krep if you have the time and inclination.

I love Phnom Penh and are happy if I can stay for weeks.
I have 2 time taken girls with me to Siem Reap. One from Sihanoukville and one from PP. For both their first visit. They loved it. If the girl is a active budhist, it bring in another dimension to the visit. The temples is build for hinduism, but now taken over of budhism. Siem Reap is in my opinion not a good destination for mongering.
There is no reason to BYO to Sihanoukville. There are many options there. Sihanoukville is very underrated in my opinion. I can always find really nice company there. Very easy to find beautiful girl for LT, 30 dollar a day. Most girls very GFE.
I have never been in Battambang, but it is on my "to do list".
I love Cambodia and Cambodian women.

Siem Reap: I remember back in the good ol' days there used to be a nightclub (disco)/ massage parlor called Sok San where I met a bevy of nice girls. The place was expensive especially in those days at $50 per girl but always with unlimited number of shags per session. I used to have a real good time there with some pretty high quality girls. I don't think there is anything close to that going on in Siem Reap now. I think you are fortunate to have taken some nice girls interested in the temples and the culture with you. I am sure that with the right girl it can add an extra dimension to the trip.
Sihanoukville: I know I will eventually go there and check it out, but tell me, what is the beach like? I mean is it nice? Clean? Unpolluted? I expect it must be cleaner than Pattaya Beach with respect to water pollution, but how would the Sihanoukville beach compare say to Chaweng or Lamai, Koh Samui, which are pretty nice beaches, though a tad over developed IMHO, but where there is also a fairly decent nightlife? And where would you recommend going to find "nice company" as you put it in Snooky?

The night life in Sihanoukville is not concentrated. There are at least 4 areas: Two main areas for hostesbars, Golden Lion area and Victory Hill. There is also bars downtown, but I am not to familiar with them. And the beach bars.
Victory Hill is my favorite area. A small street with some girliebars. Very friendly girls. Thise bars are very good for a fun night in town. Take a girl with you at home, if you want. I never tried a girl say no.
The bars close to Golden Lion are also nice. Maybe more stunners. Most of them also a little more expensive.
At the Serendipity Beach there are some beach bars. Also a fun place for a night out drinking. Just be aware of the stoned backpackers. Easy to find FL there. Just be aware that many of them are drugusers, which I prefer to avoid.
Just remember that Sihanoukvilles nightlife is not that big. You can in no way compare with Pattaya.
There are many different beaches in Sihanoukville. They are very different. The main beaches are Serendipity and Ochheuteal Beach. I never swimm there. Is you want better beach, then go to Otres2 Beach. Just only go for dayvisit. It is very boring at night. Another nice beach is Hawaii Beach. This beach most atract locals. Not many foreigner go here.
If you want really nice beach, then go to one of the islands. Find a nice bargirl and take her to Koh Rong Samloen. An island perfect for GFE. I always stay at Freedom Island Bungalow.
Koh Rong is another island. I normaly avoid this island, because of the many backpackers. I hate all their drugs and noise.
I have not been at the other parts of this island. Maybe more quiet there.
Sihanoukville can be a little rough. Be aware of the police, normaly they are not your friend. Be aware of the tuk-tuk and motodrivers. They always try to scam you a little bit. Normaly I rent a motobike and only use tuk-tuk when out drinking.
Any way, if you are streetwise, you never have big problems.
Natty, I look forward to your report from Sihanoukville.

I see on vids people swimming there. What exactly s your reason for this comment?

I prefer more quiet beaches without too many humans.

Ochheuteal Beach

Throw in the lovely Khmer women available and all things considered it's a pretty sweet setup!
Hello all,
I will be visiting Cambodia from Jan 21- 29, 2017. I will be in Siem reap (21-25) and in Phnom penh (25-29) . I have figured out most of bar scene in PP but will be much obliged if you any of you (kind souls) could message me wechat / line / tinder ID of semi professional / amateur WG's. I am looking for a partner to accompany me for entire trip (possibly or PP leg or SR leg) and thus want some credible contacts. I am 29 / Indian fairly athletic and decent looking. I have already started looking on my part but could do with some help. Shall pay standard LT rates. Not into any fetishes / fantasies but would like an occasional anal and regular BBJ.
BR,
Nazgyul
You can ask a lot of question. You can send PM and ask for contacts. But you can not write a report. This forum is give and take. I don't think you understand that.
