Example of why I don't have people on ignore
I don't think highly of the poster. But the post below has solid information in it and serves the purpose of ISG.
Well, actually you are the one who makes things complicated if you contact them when you don't have BOTG. These girls are looking for a customer today, or maybe tomorrow. But not next week, next month, next year, or whenever you expect to be there.
There is no need to open TF before you have landed in Bangkok. Open it when you have BOTG and then contact the girls who are online right now, or have been online within the last 10 minutes or so. Or just wait for 'likes'.
A Reader's Aid for Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Act
There seems to be some confusion and therefore much disinformation repeated about Thai Law regarding prostitution, prostitution establishments and solicitation for prostitution in Thailand.
Perhaps this will help to clear it up for those who apparently cannot read and comprehend the plain language legal definition of the terms as they apply to Thai Law and then carry those legal definitions forward to every subsequent reference to those terms.
First, let's review the actual, literal, plain language legal definition of "prostitution" that the authors of the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996 want its readers, the police, the Justice Department and everyone else in the World to think of each and every time that word appears in each and every subsequent Section of the Act. They do not want you to think of your Podunk country's accepted legal definition of it or Mirriam-Webster's definition of it for Thailand's legal purposes. They only want you to think of their plain language legal definition of it.
And here it is:
The Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996
Section 4
In this Act:
"Prostitution" means the acceptance of sexual intercourse, the acceptance of any other act, or the commission of any other act for sexual gratification of another person in a promiscuous manner for remuneration or any other benefit, irrespective of whether the person who accepts such act and the person who commits such act are of the same or opposite sex;
Ok. Now that we've got that firmly embedded in our brain, here is the way the authors of that Act would have written every subsequent reference to the word "prostitition" in their Act if they had thought in a million years that certain members of a Forum whose members are supposedly interested in having sex with women were going to totally disregard and disrespect the authors' plain language legal defintion of it for legal purposes and work so very hard to make everyone reading their posts to mistakenly think that the word "prostitution" in their Act had anything to do with those members' Pudunk country's concept of it and that those certain members would then mistakenly think that the mere act of consenting adults offering to and then exchanging sex for money and money for sex was illegal in Thailand and then continually spread that disinformation to others.
As though the authors of that Act were too dumb to figure out how to write "is illegal no matter what manner it is committed. ".
BTW, this also includes a bonus special education readers aid for the concept of "solicitation for prostitution" with regard to Thai law as it is also literally and in plain language defined in the Act.
Ok, here we go:
"Prostitution in a promiscuous manner Establishment" means the place or premises arranged for prostitution in a promiscuous manner or allowed for prostitution in a promiscuous manner, and shall include the place used for making contact or procuring another person for prostitution in a promiscuous manner.
Section 5
Whoever, for the purposes of prostitution in a promiscuous manner, offers, solicits, introduces oneself to, follows or importunes another person on a street, in a public place and such act is overtly and shamelessly committed or causes nuisance to the public shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand baht.
Section 6
Whoever congregates with another person in a prostitution in a promiscuous manner establishment for the benefit of prostitution in a promiscuous manner of that person or of another person shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month, or a fine not exceeding one thousand baht, or both.
If the offence under the first paragraph is committed because of being forced or under an influence unable to avoid or resist, the offender is not guilty.
Section 7
Whoever advertises or agrees to advertise, induces or introduces with documents or printed material, or acts by any other means to distribute information to the public in an obvious manner of solicitation on a street, in a public place, committed overtly and shamelessly or causes a nuisance to the public or communication for prostitution in a promiscuous manner of that person or of any other person shall be punished with imprisonment of six months to two years, or a fine of ten thousand to forty thousand baht, or both.
There. Fixed it for the reading and comprehension-impaired out there who simply cannot carry forward a literal and plain language legal definition of terms for legal purposes into subsequent references to those terms so the authors don't have to repeat those legal definitions over and over again for those readers who simply can't master that particular reading and comprehension skill.
I hope that helps.
Oh, why not:
Prostitution according to some totally irrelevant Podunk country's legal definition of it might not be legal in Thailand if Thai Law gave a shit about that definition of it, which it doesn't, so it's not.
There. Fixed that often repeated bit of misinformation too.

I am not a Ladyboy. I have a Big Black Dick. He clearly does not like people of color (very easy to pick that up in his posts). So, I do not understand his nearly 1 year obsession with me that seems to be continuing and intensifying.

Senior Members spreading mis-information on the ISG
So a certain member of a certain forum who is not a Thai Citizen nor a member of the bar in Thailand has chosen to rewrite the laws of Thailand (translated into English) according to him in order to proffer his own interpretation for others, instead of allowing them to read in interpret the law for themselves. So, in order to correct the consistent mis-information provided by this particular member I am suggesting that those interested read the law as it is written.
What does the law actually say?
Section 4 In this Act:

other act, or the commission of any other act for sexual gratification of another person in a
promiscuous manner for remuneration or any other benefit, irrespective of whether the person

Section 5
Whoever, for the purpose of prostitution, offers, solicits, introduces
oneself to, follows, or importunes another person on a street, in a public place, or any other

The authors of the Act did not forget their own legal definition of the terms
So a certain member of a certain forum who is not a Thai Citizen nor a member of the bar in Thailand has chosen to rewrite the laws of Thailand (translated into English) according to him in order to proffer his own interpretation for others, instead of allowing them to read in interpret the law for themselves. International Tricks from around the world can read the law for themselves. No interpretation is needed from a certain member of this forum who his neither a Thai Citizen or member of the bar in Thailand.
Period. Full Stop!
In the case of the authors of the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution in a promiscuous manner Act of 1996 and their literal and plain language legal definition of the term "Prostitution" for Thailand's legal purposes as well as their literal and plain language legal definition of the term "solicitation for prostitution in a promiscuous manner, in an obvious manner, on a street, in a public place, committed overtly and shamelessly or causes a nuisance to the public" for Thailand's legal purposes, as they took great pains to define in plain language in their very early reference to both in the text of their Act and fully expected if not demanded those literal and plain language definitions of those legal terms to be carried forward to each and every subsequent reference to those legally defined terms in their Act, they at no point announced in the text of the Act that from this moment forward the reader can now stop applying the authors' literal and plain language legal definition of them and start applying the reader's own utterly irrelevant Podunk country's definition of those terms to them.
Nobody needs to be a Thai citizen or Thai bar attorney to read and comprehend the authors' literal and plain language legal definition of the terms they expect the reader to carry forward to each and every subsequent reference to those terms in their Act. That's why they included those literal and plain language definitions of them early in the Act.
Please see my previous Reader's Aid for Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Act post for further clarification and assistance in grasping the concept.
Thailand and Thai Law doesn't give a shit about your Podunk country's legal definition of Prositution and Solicitation for Prostitution, did not establish their laws regarding Prostitution and Solicitation for Prostitution according to your Podunk country's legal definition of them and instead did so according to their own legal definition of them, which is found literally and in plain language right there in the text of the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution in a promiscuous manner Act
An observation re the Thai Law definition of Prostitution in the Act vs the Code
As we all now know, Thailand and Thai Law doesn't give a shit about anybody else's legal definition of "Prostitution" for legal purposes except their own, which, according to the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996, is when it is done "in a promiscuous manner" and in no other manner.
And as we all now know, Thailand and Thai Law doesn't give a shit about anybody else's legal definition of "solicitation for prostitution" for legal purposes except their own, which, according to that same Act, is when it is done "on a street, in a public place, or any other place and such act is overtly and shamelessly committed or causes nuisance to the public" and no other way.
Anyone with minimal reading and comprehension skills can read and comprehend those literal and plain language definitions in the Act, without a hint of "legalese" or specialized grammar applied to them, on several of my previous posts, several of fellow ISG member SubCmdr's posts and certainly by reading the entire texts of each at links provided by him and me including right here in this post of mine. See links below.
Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996

Thai Penal Code, in English.
See Title IX, Offences Relating to Sexuality
https://www.samuiforsale.com/law-texts/thailand-penal-code.html
An interesting observation is that only in the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996 is the term "Prostitution" even mentioned. And there it is immediately defined in plain language for Thai legal purposes in the way I mentioned above and as you can easily read in plain language in the link above or in several of my and SubCmdr's other posts and quotes of it.
And as I read Title IX of the Thai Penal Code, Offences Related to Sexuality, in its entirety, I see no mention of the word "prostitution" at all. Nor is there a mention of any manner of exchanging sex for money or money for sex with anyone being a crime.
The authors of the Thai Penal Code have apparently left that topic entirely to the above mentioned Act of 1996, which only cites an extremely narrow definition of one or two prostitution-related activities and only if done in a particularly extreme manner for it to be illegal. Otherwise, the authors of the Thai Penal Code have no legal or criminal opinion whatsoever about anyone being paid money for providing sex or providing sex for money, neither for soliciting for it, shouting it out from the rooftops openly and shamelessly, whispering it person-to-person in a bar, a massage shop, on the street or anywhere in any manner. Nothing.
Thailand and Thai Law is that disinterested in busting consenting adults on either side of the deal for discussing and agreeing to exchange sex for money or money for sex and retreating to private quarters to fulfill that agreement.
Yep, there is indeed no need for you to run Serpentine down the street with your P4 P lady of choice attempting to dodge bullets or threats of arrest by the Thai police going in or out of any bar, massage shop, Dunkin' Donuts bakery or whatever unless you are wearing that sandwich board sign with the neon lights stating your intentions to pay money for sex, difficult to run Serpentine wearing that anyway, or she looks particularly uncomfortable, as though she has been forced into being with you.
Unless I missed it. And I am always open to someone else reading it and pointing out where such a hidden treasure can be found in the Thai Penal Code.
There is, however, a Section 286 in the Thai Penal Code where the term "prostitute" appears! But that Section is all about busting deadbeats over age 16 who are living off the income of a prostitute when they are not the ones doing the fucking and sucking for money. See, unlike most of our Podunk countries, Thailand and Thai Law are very protective of prostitutes and the income they earn and deserve to keep from doing that job.
To be sure, there are many offences related to sexuality cited as crimes in the Code; forcing someone to have sex, procuring someone to have sex with another person, threatening them with bodily harm unless they have sex with you, inflicting bodily harm, etc.
But arranging and engaging in the exchange of money for sex or sex for money among consenting adults doing so of their own free will and in any manner isn't one of them.
Selective Enforcement of the law is in full effect!
The laws in Thailand are selectively enforced. A plain language review of the law would find Soi 6 in violation of Section 6 and Section 5. The operations on that Soi fit the definition of a prostitution establishment. Anyone who has actually been to Soi 6 in the past or present would understand this using their own eyes, both to observe the activities in the street and venues and by reading the law with their own eyes without paying attention to those who are unqualified to provide a legal opinion trying to tell his International Tricks how to interpret the law.
Period. Full Stop!
Prostitution is not legal in Thailand
In the history of ISG no one has ever produced a legal opinion that says prostitution is legal in Thailand?
Anyone here getting laid?
Are you actually reading RANTS for fuck reports?
The Senior Member making the most noise about prostitution being legal in Thailand says he does not file fuck reports. What he does is walks around Bangkok making observations, watches YouTube and talks shit to other Senior Members who are actually filing boots on the ground reports about venues in Bangkok and Thailand. Click on my posting history and you can answer your own question at least about me.
BTW, reports that don't list where you are sourcing your prostitutes, the services your prostitute provided and the price you paid your prostitute are useless. You will find many of those useless reports in the Thailand Lounge and Chat that is just ego chest beating and grandstanding!
are you too worried about the police?
Are you actually asking this as a serious question?
There is no enforcement crackdown like is going on with the nominees. But those laws were on the books for 20 years. International Tricks only need to read the law and operate with their eyes wide open in Thailand.
